Very professional. Called them and they responded within a week to give estimate. We approved and they came in a couple of days. Completed job and took pictures to show us. Explained everything. Would definitely hire them again!!!!

This company was wonderful. They gave me a fair estimate and installed a new roof within 2 weeks. Their workers were very professional and clean up was amazing. I highly recommend them.

I’m not pleased by the quality of work done. Bathroom exhaust vent is to low for a flat roof if I was showing a client a home and seen this kind of work, it would be a red flag The entire process and communication seemed to be off, They initially installed the bathroom exhaust vent over my bedroom instead of the bathroom. I now have to pay another company to install a taller vent to avoid possibility of water damage in the future

Helm Construction was fast, efficient, and very customer friendly. They finished, beautifully, work that another larger roofer ignored previously. I am very satisfied with Helm and will call them should the need arise in the future.

Great company, from beginning to end. Needed my leaking roof repaired quickly. Emailed for estimate, called back within a hour. Came out the next day to look at the roof. Estimate within 24 hours. Job completed quickly. Will definitely call if needed again.

What can I say? They quoted me about half what others were asking and did an exceptional job. Work was done in one day. My property was very clean afterwards. No debris from the job to be found. Everything was super transparent. They even upgraded my shingles with their insane price! Now the warranty covers my shingles for 40 years! Couldn’t be happier. The whole process was smooth. Couldn’t have been done better or faster. If you want it done right, warrantied, and fast… there’s no substitute. I am thoroughly impressed.

I had a roof installed and three weeks later it was leaking. Reached out to the owner several times. It wasnt until I wrote a review on Facebook that he responded back to me. Now a month later I am STILL waiting for them to come fix the interior from the leak. Reached out 3xs no response. They make you feel like your in the best hands til they cash your check. I find this to be astounding and very unprofessional how they conduct business

I originally called about a 12 foot piece of flashing that blew off during a windstorm . When I found out where they were located I told Cody Helm , " You wont come all the way up to Pottsville just to fix that " . Cody replied , no job is too small , how does Monday at 11 oclock sound. This was Friday when I called. Amazed I said yes. However that day his Foreman showed up , looked at it and said they have a crew nearby and can get to it immediately. Thats service thats unknown anywhere. While he was here I showed him the condition of my roof ( knowing I needed a new one). He said he would take measurements and get back to us in 2 hours. Within 2 hours the phone rang and Cody offered a unbeatable price along with a 30 yr. shingle guarantee and 10 yr. Workmanship guarantee. After picking the shingle color and being offered an excellent loan package ,we were ready to go . Monday was the day. There was some snow and ice on the roof but his team had the old roof off and new one on in one day ! Amazing ! Clean- up was good and we are more than satisfied with the whole experience. By the way ,he didnt charge us anything for the fascia work . We highly recommend Helm for any and all roofing work. They go the extra mile and are very reasonable. As a side note , local contractors either didnt answer the call or didnt call back. Call Helm , they will get er done !

I truly had the best experience I have ever had with a contractor. The owner came to my home and introduced himself. Very personable, caring, knowledgeable and very patient with my crazy schedule. He quoted the job, we did the paperwork and when there was a break in the weather they were here and completed the job in a day. The crew represents the company well. Very professional, personable, friendly, very knowledgeable. They did an excellent job from start to finish. I love my new roof! I would highly recommend this company. They care about their customers. They follow up to make sure you are happy. They are amazing! Using them was the best decision I have ever made.

Would highly recommend Cody and his company to anyone looking for a high quality roofer at reasonable prices. The quote process was very thorough and he took time to clearly explain the protection system they offer, answering a bunch of questions I had along the way. We opted to go for some additional water protection and other options as well due to our roof style. The crew worked hard all day with barely any breaks, and my roof is not an easy one to work on. Cody himself came to review the job when finished and made sure we had no issues or questions, which you surely dont get with a larger company.They did such a nice job I booked them a few weeks later for a rental unit, which was also done very well and efficiently. Great local company! Call them before getting sky high quotes from the larger or fly by night companies that sometimes dont even match the warranty either.

Cody performed an inspection of my roof due to some leak concerns. When Cody came he was very polite and asked about my concerns. After listening to what I needed, Cody inspected the roof and made sure all my questions were answered. Cody made sure that my inspection report was delivered in a timely manner. Windstorm caused some shingles to come off of our roof. Cody came out, inspected the roof quickly and temporarily fixed the problem areas. Took pictures of potential problems that indicated a new roof would be needed soon. The estimate for a new roof was reasonable, scheduled within few days. The workers were professional and had our roof done in a few hours, an hour of which working in a downpour. Very impressed with the follow up and the service of the whole company. Would definitely recommend.

So I call Helm construction company for a roof estimate. They came the very next day gave us the price upfront and followed up the next day with a written contract they also noted in the contract that there would be taxes on the material, the exact price of the material. The salesman Jacob was very pleasurable and explained what they would be doing exactly and in detail. I drug my feet for two weeks deciding whether to use them or not because Ive heard about fake reviews on-line but these guys are to be commended for their professionalism. There men showed up early and stayed till the job was complete and everything cleaned up. We were very pleasantly surprised by how smooth everything went from start to finish. These guys definitely gave my wife and I the WOW factor. I would recommend them to anyone needing any type of work done. We had 4 estimates. Helm Construction had the lowest one. I usually dont go with the lowest estimate. I did this time and I am extremely satisfied. The roofs look great! These guys are on time and they bust it all day long. They cleaned up at the end of the day. It took 2 and a half days to do our garage and house. I chose Helm Construction for the roof replacement project. They offered the best mix of price and quality under the circumstances. The representatives at Helm Construction were courteous, responsive, and helpful. The work crew arrived early a.m. and vigorously and professionally changed the roof. Not only did they know what they were doing, they showed a proper care for the property. One of the representatives of the company was cleaning the lawn meticulously from residues of the roofing process. The only complaint I have so far is that they are so popular that sometimes we have to sign up way in advance and that is the testament of the quality of their work. What a wonderful experience we had ...the workers showed up bright and early and completed the awesome job in 2 day. We had our roof replaced on our home and our garage. There was no need to worry about clean up (due to having family pets that run all aroundonce the job was complete there was so sign of them being here except our Amazing new roofs! Had a tree come down on my house 2 days before Easter. Didnt find the hole in the roof until Easter Sunday. Cody came out on Easter Sunday to patch the hole so that there wasnt any damage until he could repair the roof in the following weeks. Did an excellent job! Would highly recommend!!

Cody Helm and his team provided great service from start to finish on our roofing project, working diligently dawn to dusk around fluctuating weather to get the roof replaced in a safe and expedient manner.
