I took my older Cadillac in for some minor service. Very professional, was prompt, and got the repair done on time for a reasonable cost. Gave suggestions of things to watch for in the future, but did not try to upsell unnecessary repairs. Not the biggest dealership, but has the great customer service you would look for.
