Hensinger Plumbing & Heating in Noble County

My central air conditioner wasnt working and it literally took 5 minutes to replace the part and have it working with a bill that was way less than I was expecting. I would highly recommend this company to anyone

I needed plumbing work done on my commercial property and they didnt want to do the work. No quotes and no interest....simply they didnt want to do the job. They say they do plumbing but dont hold your breath when you call them. They could have quoted me 600 on the job I needed done that really should cost 200 and I would have paid it. This is the second time I hade this same issue. First time was even before the plandemic. If zero stars was a option, thats what I would have given them.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! Called to have a leaky toilet fixed. I told tech on phone that it most likely needed replaced. He went to warehouse to pick up new toilet for me. He replaced toilet with expert precision, in a timely manner. Who can complain about same day service Thanks to Beau foryour professional installation of new toilet. Its a great up-grade!

Was ready to hire them for a job. They came to see the work needed and said that they would get back with me before the end of the day and did not. He is trying to monopolize the Kendallville area with the getting to big to quick and forgetting about the smaller jobs that got him where he’s at now even though we don’t really know where that is? Love to keep hired work local but have no problem going elsewhere after this experience. He forgets the starting the business days when jobs like this helped him with his start. I lose respect quick and easy with people like that.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. No communication, not honest. 6 month wait to tell me it couldnt be fixed. This company is joke.

This company is great. They are professional and courteous. Their prices are very competitive but reasonable. Its nice to have a plumbing/heating company you can depend on. Their service is actually exception.

They have always been quick to our service, and able to get us back up and going efficiently and economically.

My husband called and made an appointment with them 2 weeks ago and they did not show, with no call to reschedule while I waited for them all day. This time was blamed on a glitch which I do understand can happen but it seems to be an ongoing issue. The time before they were late and came after we called them about it and then never sent a bill. We looked at eachother a few weeks later like "did we pay them? " thankfully were honest people and called or they would not have gotten it. If they get some organization we would be able to see the quality of their work but until then I can only give a 1 star.Since then I did get our units serviced. The techs are nice and professional. Came out when scheduled and were very quick thank you!

If you want my opinion, Hensinger is the best. They have it all. Trust, quality, very knowledgeable and polite. They have meet our needs every time.Would definitely recommend them.

Ive had Mr. Hensinger out to give me a couple of quotes. Great guy! Really seems to know his stuff. Great memory too. The lady answering the phone on the other hand, dont expect a response!! I sent 3 emails. No response. Left 2 voice messages. No response. I probably wont waste my time again, sorry

They fixed it fast with a decent price

We were having trouble with our water softener leaking. My husband is kind of a "Mr. Fix-It," with the help of youtube nowadays, but he just couldnt seem to figure this one out. We finally accepted defeat and called this plumbing establishment. They were very quick to come and get the job done, and then, we got the bill! And we remembered why we always try to fix things ourselves. The PVC pipe alone was $170. And the total bill was $442.95. WOW! I hope theres gold in that PVC pipe. We are begrudgingly paying the bill but will not be calling a plumber again anytime soon unless our house is floating away.

Dependable and on time! Great locally owned business that you can depend on!! If you dont service your HVAC unit regularly, you should, it could literally save you from spending thousands on a new unit! Thanks Michael for the great advice!

I was in the market to have central air installed in my home and most companies were either booked really far out or wouldn’t take the time to come give an estimate. I found Hensinger on Google and called requesting a quote and the owner came out that evening and I had a quote later that night. I decided to use them for their services and had nothing but a great experience. They were very responsive and respectful of my time as I had relocated home for work. When they left that evening, all I was left with was a cool house as they had went above and beyond with clean up. I will trust Hensinger with any and all of my future HVAC needs.

Im very impressed with the quality and the professionalism of this company. The employees are very underatanding and personable when it comes to meeting your needs!

I called them as I needed a toiletreplaced and was also having trouble with bubbling in the bathtub when flushing the toilet. Troy showed when I was told he would. They worked efficiently and told me what they were doing each step of the way. Very professional staff. Came out the same day I called. Would highly recommend them.

They have fixed my plumbing a couple times excellent service

Eighty dollar fee to look at a furnace for 5 minutes and conclude its dirty. Never metered a single thing or looked at the rest of the furnace. They suggested and were willing to install a new furnace for three thousand dollars in about two weeks.Update: We fixed the furnace today by removing a piece of plastic and some fuzz near the blower motor restricting airflow. Five minute job they couldnt find or fix for eighty dollars. Hope at least one person finds this review helpful.final update 8/31/19. Maybe I was harsh when I wrote my original review. it was -10 outside at the time of this review and my furnace didnt work. I called a company I thought could help and they didnt/couldnt fix it. They tried to sell me a new furnace. My dad and I were able to fix my current one in five minutes after he worked a 14 hour shift. It still works to this day. Considering your response I would wager you knew this review was coming.

Good guys. I call them for all of my heating and AC questions and problems. They also fixed a leaking/broken valve in my laundry room. I will probably be needing a whole new AC system installed before too much longer. They will be guys getting the call for the installation. 5/5 stars. Highly recommended!

We were in need of a plumber for root problems in our lines. We called Hensinger Plumbing and they came out, diagnosed our problem, and returned in a timely fashion and took care of the problem.
