John is not very bright. I was going to have him finish the basement on my new house. Quickly I realized he is not all there and was the wrong person to do business with... Truth be toldI listed a camper for my folks over a month ago and John wanted to purchase it. He didnt have all the money apparently so he asked my folks to hold the camper for a week, then it became 2 weeks. He didnt have a truck to pull it so he ask them to deliver it. I warned them that this was not how to do business but they were kind and waited for him to come up with the money. So after they delivered the unit to a week had passed, John decided the tires were not great. I was not there for his purchase, nor did I meet John but he quickly went full charge against everyone he could. So after many harassing phone calls to my elderly parents (80 years oldJohn decided to harass me. I offered to buy the unit back from him. That did not satisfy him... So he went on my business page and ranted that my parents are liars and they cheated him, and I let them. So I wanted everyone to know that John is not worth working with.
John was great to work with! He kept us updated on all progress, and finished in a timely manner. Our cabin looks great!!!
John is terrible to work with and appears to have no clue what he was doing. Definitely not recommended for anyone to use this guy.
I had wooden steps up to front of house that were rotting and wanted them to be replaced. Thought I was going to do the project myself and bought some of the materials but realized it was a bigger job than I thought. John gave affordable estimate. Not knowing what exact materials to get, John advised me on items needed. That was important to me as then I knew I wasnt upcharged for materials and could return items not used. John completed project in timely manner and kept me informed through the project. Steps are sound, secure, and look perfect!
Constantly late to appointments. Needed to go to store to purchase tools and equipment several times. Had to stop out more than 7 times to complete this job, very disorganized with removal and installation as of he had never done this before. Homeowner had to assist in installation?! What kind of professional company needs help installing a window from the homeowner? Workmanship subpar as gaps in trim inside and out, wavy siding installation, and window company said outside need to be resealed but this was not done as he refused to do so. Overall: this job was performed at a less than mediocre level. Please use caution when hiring.
John come out to our home to do a home inspection. He was able to fit us in same day, he was very knowledgeable, sat down with us and went over his findings in detail. Great company to work with!
Excellent experience, professional and quality craftsmanship.
My wife & I hired John to finish our basement. The communication & the work was excellent.
John is honest reliable and a true professional. I highly recommend
Very unprofessional.
Although I was skeptical about using a family member of mine for a project of this magnitude, knowing my cousins work ethic and seeing the work he has done for others, we decided to use Heritage Remodeling for new windows in our home along with new siding and gutters. When we contacted them, John came out and went through the whole process with us with regards to what was going to be done, when it was going to be done, and helping us to choose the right windows. He was very professional and explained things very well. The work Heritage did was incredible. Our home had 13 windows and a patio door that needed replacing. We also had them install a new window. This ended up being an incredibly difficult project because we found that the wood surrounding a couple of the windows was rotten to the point of dust. John had to do an incredible amount of work to tear out a portion of the existing wall and reframe around those windows. He did a wonderful job on the wall repair on both the inside and outside of the home. When you look at the finished product it is impossible to tell any additional work was done. Heritage Remodeling gets our absolute highest recommendation!!
John was great to work with for our remodel project in our home! Everything was planned out, done on time and for a fair price! I will never go anywhere else! The communication during the project was amazing! I always knew what was going on! The finished product is absoluley stunning, and more than I imagined!! John is a true professional!
What a godsend John is! I contacted him for a bathroom remodel, he came over and learned that I was trying to update our 1950s rambler to sell it. We talked about what we wanted to get done and he said he could help me with all of it. He swung into action, got guys in here to do the work and everything was done so well! He also went to batt for me on the bids, reducing some of the costs and keeping it as low as possible. He kept in touch with me constantly by phone, email and text so I always knew what to expect.I really cant say enough good things about John and Heritage Remodeling. Use him, you will not be disappointed!
