Herks has been absolutely awesome. We had a very mysterious issue in the master bathroom, and they didnt charge us when they couldnt figure it out the first time and came out again a couple days later. They ended up having to remove the toilet and using one of the weird cameras, but they found out that there was a construction defect. Theres no way I would have ever known that, and the fact that they knew exactly what pipe fitting was code means that hopefully I wont be on the hook for the entire bill to fix it. It cost me a few hundred bucks but they have potentially saved me thousands so I couldnt be happier

Mitchell was here this Saturday morning - called before they arrived to let me know he was on his way. Finished everything super fast. Cleaned up everything, and left in less than an hour. Brand new toilet ready for business!!

Called for plumbing issues. They came and fixed the problem. They did a camera scope on the main drain and we decided to have them do the work. What I was told they were going to do and what they did, does not match up. The yard was left in horrible condition, sections of plastic pipe left behind on the ground, a big plug sticking over 6 inches..Called and they came to "fix" it. We are left with holes and unsafe conditions. Broken mow strip and sprinkler. Called 3 days ago and left a messageto speak to owner, no response. Will follow up with BBB. Very disappointed, $5000.00 and going to cost us in yard repair for the plumbing repair.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! They arrive on time. They are super knowledgeable and kind. They explain repairs and give options. The quality of their work is excellent!We had a toilet (40+ years oldthat needed replacing, another one (25+ years oldthat needed repairs, and then the morning of the appointment our water heater (8 years oldstopped working! Talk about frustrating and inconvenient! We called the morning of the appointment to let them know about the water heater. They came prepared for a replacement (which we did need). Additional issues popped up when trying to replace the toilet and they had to make an additional run for more parts. When the second toilet decided not to work well with the new repairs, they went out, picked up a new toilet, and installed it for us instead of requiring us to pick one up and make an additional appointment for it. When we panicked a bit about the estimated cost, they talked us through it in a kind, empathetic, patient and non-pushy way. The final cost was fair and below the estimate. All work was done efficiently and in a timely manner. The guys went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that repairs were done well, done right, and everything was running properly before they left.I had started that morning in tears of frustration. I ended the day in tears of thankfulness! I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing services and they are number one on my list if/when we need any additional work at our house. Thank you SO MUCH Herks Plumbing!

We started out a little rocky..but Dustin & Brian came in to save the day! Some of our parts didnt fit..no fault of Herks..just manufacturer of the faucets...and our older houses shower valves need new cartridges that we havent been able to locate, YET. But they are still going to try to locate them. I cant say enough about Candace in the office she made sure I was taken care of and was very accomodating. This family business is one worth keeping around..I highly recommend them!

I called them on a Thursday about a leaky bathroom sink that another plumber and 2 handymen Have tried to fix over the past 15 years. Dustin came out on Monday looked at it came up with a new idea fixed it quickly and cleanly. Very professional. The cost was less than quoted over the phone and even less than I expected.

Very Great Company! The company came out to clear a clogged tub after two failed attempts by my usual plumber. Found out that down in the drain were roots which was the reason for the clog.The two guys that came were very helpful and friendly and explained what next steps to do. I definitely recommend this company and definitely give them a thumbs up.

I moved to the Central Valley a few months ago. Thinking I had a clogged toilet I was hoping to find a reputable plumber for same day service. Although I was informed that they had a full schedule, Shane and Joe called and stopped by soon after. They were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable of the product. Being very honest, it was explained to me that there are different types of toilets and how this one works. Being disabled and on fixed income I felt relieved for their honestly as I have had bad experiences in the past. Herks is in my contacts now and I would not hesitate to refer them to family and friends!!

Herk called ahead of time to ensure access to the outdoor clean up port and respectfully avoided coming inside due to being dirty from earlier jobs! They showed up on time and immediately got to work on the drain. A few short minutes later they were all done and performed the work for a reasonable price, would definitely use them again!

This wonderful man worked on our problem that was Severe on a Sunday and took care of a Big issue that was recognized as years ago ( We were not here then)that occurred now! Herks Plumbing has come through for me again! I had a problem with my toilet 6 months ago and they quickly unstopped it. The problem returned recently and low and behold they came to the rescue again! Look no where else when it comes to a professional plumber.

I Called herk’s plumbing and needed Same day service to fix a leaky pipe and a clogged drain. They went above and beyond my expectations.they did a fantastic job and showed up on time. Our water heater went out on a Sunday. Spoke with a few company’s and decided to go with Herk’s. I can’t remember the name of the technician who I spoke with ( who was also the one to come out and install the water heater, on a Sundaybut he was very professional. Very kind, removed old water heater, installed new water heater, cleaned everything, even had some little toys he gave to my kids. He gets 5 stars from me absolutely. Since it was a Sunday, the office was closed, so we couldn’t call to arrange payment. Tech said they have like a net 30 day cycle anyway, so it wouldn’t be a big deal, pay when we could. We had the money in an account my wife has that I didn’t have access to. She was going to call in and pay some time that week. Apparently she forgot. Our fault absolutely. This lunatic of an owner, I guess Herk, pulls up diagonally across my driveway one night at 8:30, blocking all my cars, and comes knocking on my door with what I can only describe as confrontational energy. Telling me I need to pay the bill now, saying they have been calling and leaving messages all week ( I had a couple missed calls from unknown numbers, but no voicemails so I assumed they were spamI apologized and told him I didn’t realize my wife hadn’t paid it, but she was currently upstairs asleep with our baby. He suggests I go wake her up so square the bill. I reassure him we will get to it first thing tomorrow morning. He’s asking how I liked the service and telling me how the world works (someone performs a service, the other party pays for the servicelike I’m a child. I explained that we had been told it wasn’t a big deal to get it paid the next day, that they had a net 30 days deferred payment, he told me that was only for commercial accounts, like I was supposed to know that somehow. After a few minutes of this harassment he goes and gets back into his truck and I’m just standing there in disbelief watching through the security door making sure he leaves and doesn’t do any damage to my vehicles or property in the process. He sees me through the door and gets out again, walking quickly up to the house, asking “did you say something? Want to go wake up your wife so she can pay the bill??” Even more confrontational this time. I told him he needed to get off my property immediately. He left in a huff and that was that. I believe the owner of this company was doing everything he could within the law to threaten me. I do take responsibility for the fact it wasn’t paid the next day, but his actions were unnecessary and he was unhinged.

I called this company and they answered right away. Youre very helpful and courteous and getting me scheduled the same day. He told me someone could be out there right away. Less than 1 hour after we spoke they arrived and were able to fix the problem with ease. I will definitely be referring this company to anyone who needs any Plumbing services.

Herk and Edward came to my moms house recently. They quickly identified the issue and fixed it within minutes. The showed my mom a potential issue in the future and told her to keep an eye on it. She decided she wanted it done then. The repair was done quickly and very reasonably. They left the area clean and dry. We will not hesitate to call them again.

I love friendly hardworking people and so must Herk’s Plumbing because that seems to be the only kind of people they hire. The lady answering the phone at the main office was very nice. The plumber, Cliff, was on time, did excellent work, and even explained what he was doing every step of the way. He really made me feel like he appreciated me as a customer and as a person. He is a very good guy. It has been such a pleasure doing business with Herk’s. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family. It’s great to have such an excellent family owned business in my hometown.

Highly recommend 👌 these guys are the good Samaritans of the plumbing world. "Cliff" came out inspected the water heater and seen no problems with it, instead of just have a not my problem attitude like so many these days, he got to the root of my problem and solved it. Very knowledgeable when it came to replacing my water heater, when the time comes. They definitely have my future business.

Its a good thing they didnt hook up the dryer vent when they were done. Right after starting a load in the wash, I stopped the washer and climbed back there to hook up the dryer vent (after noticing it was getting hot 2 minutes after starting itand I saw they didnt put the drain hose from the washer into the drain pipe. Another flood avoided luckily.

Its a Tuesday morning and I noticed the occasional leak (thought it only happened with a drain clogcoming from inside the wall at the outside clean out adjacent to the kitchen sink was really dripping. Called one company who told me it would be Friday before they could come out. I then called Herks Plumbing who said they could come out between 2-5pm that afternoon so I booked it. A few minutes before 2pm I get a call saying theyre 20-30 minutes (good communication, much appreciated). At 2:20 (on time, very much appreciatedthey show up and assess the problem saying they need to cut into the wall, and they give me what I consider a reasonable quote. Since I was already expecting to have to cut into the wall, this was not a surprise. An hour later they had made the repair and were heading out, and they lowered the price because it turned out to be less work than expected. Maybe I got lucky this time, but theyre 1 for 1 with me so Ill be calling them in the future if I have any plumbing needs. Thanks!

I couldnt have asked for better results in unclogging my kitchen sink! He showed up on time, was very courteous, got the old built up sludge out quickly and made sure there were no further problems. I called Herks because of all the 5 star ratings. I had a leaky main turn off valve that I wanted replaced. They quoted me approx.250.00 and I scheduled an appointment for this morning. The young man that came out talked me out of replacing the main turn off by scaring me into believing I could end up having to replace my main water line if he started messing with it. My house is older. He then proceeded to take out a wrench and tighten the screw ( I could have had anyone do that !!and charge me $90.00 for a service call.

By far, the best plumbing business I have ever used. They are fast, efficient, friendly, and affordable. Dustin helped me today, the day before Fourth of July, and though they were clearly busy, he made the time to come back after he diagnosed the problem to install the toilet after I went to the store to buy it. We are new to the area fixing a 1941 FIXER UPPER. Herks Plumbing was recommended by our appliance installer. If you need anything done, and done right, call Herks Plumbing. These guys are punctual, conscientious of your surrounding area they work on, and know their trade! Their office staff is professional and helpful, and get the guys out as soon as possible. We had some old tricky rough in plumbing that was impossible for us to reinstall faucets. They came in, change out everything perfectly. Were having them back for several other projects we need. I am installing a gas fireplace and I called Herk on a Wednesday afternoon to run a gas line to the fireplace in our home. He was at my house in 4 hours to quote the job and start and by the next day at noon he had done all the work. Very quick service and reasonably priced.
