They are racist and rude. I arrived there two hours before the service department closed to get a horn looked at. When I pulled up, no one bothered to acknowledge my presence but I’m sure if I were a white man, they would have had time. Keep in mind, I’m watching the employee talk to someone, again not even acknowledging I’m waiting. After 15 minutes someone rude comes up and tells like, “it won’t happen today.” And that’s it! He doesn’t even bother to look at my issue. Rude. A horn. I wanted someone to look at a freaking horn.

I went to check On parts for a 1990 Toyota PU truck and the man that waited on me was a cry baby. I tired to let him talk to my husband On The phone to be sure I was not buying an unnecessary part. The phone was “ too loud “For him and he screamed I can’t talk, that is too loud!!! Then he was mad Bc I was Asked about several different parts.Then someone at the Toyota place called asking a question and he said 😭I will have to call you back I have 3 customers waiting on me!!!!😭😭😭They asked him if “ so& So” was there and he turned and looked behind him and saw that person was gone and he said“ no they are all gone home and I am the only one here”!😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭. Then he said the person who was working on my truck would have to drive to Jackson and come look at the parts we would need. I told him the mechanic lives In Brookhaven Ms. and he could not drive the distance, because he has a job to go to every day.Finally the baby decided he could print out the parts papers and I could have our mechanic ti circleWhat we needed.Dewayne was not happy that I asked for help and that it was late in the day. He was ret’ to go home.

Service Department has a wonderful staff. I had to buy a new tire and the Service Representative was able to get my tire the next Day. The Service Manager has the most pleasant personality. I would continue to get my service work on my RAVA 4 at this Toyota location. Thanks agan to Mr. Bubby for helping me. They deserve a 10 star.

I have had my new Tundra serviced once and the CR, Collins Clark was very professional and courteous. Then recently I took it in for a recall and the CR, Ed Bradley was very professional and courteous. We purchased a car from this dealership and 10 days later it stopped working. Because of the high mileage they say there is nothing that they can do, even with the Mississippi lemon law in place they said it doesnt apply. Also the only time any called me regarding repairs was to let me know I needed to pay for the diagnostic tests. I even had to drive to the dealership just to find out what was wrong with the vehicle because no one called me back after I called many times and left messages for 3 different people including the manager of the dealership, service department, Bubba, and Corwin, the person who sold me the car. As of today, I still have not heard from anyone and the car has been back at their dealership for a week. Not pleased with the customer service and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Save yourself money and a headache by taking your vehicle somewhere besides Toyota of Jackson. They never check the fluids when you ask. More importantly I took my Prius in for the infamous shake and rattle at start up. A week and $412 later and they still didnt solve the problem. Terrible service department.

Fantastic buying experience!! Bobby Horton and Robert Mosley were fantastic to work with. I looked all over the country for a Tacoma, and was able to find one at this dealership (very difficult to find 4WD TRD Sport in the south). I was from out of state and was grateful they would do business with me (from New Orelans). I wasnt overcharged for the vehicle as well. I preordered the truck with a deposit, and when it came in, It took a total of 2 hours to trade in my vehicle and leave with the truck! I will be recommending folks from New Orleans to this dealership to see Bobby!

Greetings, In light of COVID pandemic and the difficulty with securing many items, Tamara and Gerald made getting a car for my daughter easier than I could have imagined. Living over 100 miles from the dealership was already a problem and they navigated the paperwork and secured the sale. I cannot thank Tamara enough for approaching me at Toyota of Jackson and sharing her faith with me that this was would be a good proposition. I am grateful that this experience has restored my faith that buying a car does not have to be an anxious acquisition.

I’ve had my car for about 5 months and my first service experience with Jackson Toyota service department is ridiculous.Go in for my service Thursday at 8:20am and ask if they will repair a nail in my tire, everything is great they call an hour later say the tire isn’t repairable and I need a new one then proceeded to tell me they don’t pro rate the tread at all but if you buy a new tire they pro rate that one for a year.So I say okay change it. Lady calls and says they can have it done today.Then calls me back at 3:30 with they don’t have the tire but will have it Friday morning and it will be fixed that morning.Next day rolls around it’s finally done at 5pm.Spoke to Victoria several times about making sure the new tire had road hazard if it didn’t I would purchase else were and was told it would and received no other news. At pick up I referenced that and was told they don’t offer that after they put the tire on.Needless to say I won’t be back and will use Toyota of Brookhaven for my 2 year Toyota care plan. Sales department seems to be great. But service obviously needs a wake up call and needs to learn to tell the truth.

This Toyota is where I purchased my car so I have always came to this one for maintenance and the customer service was okay. On 4/27/22 Mr. Clark was absolutely the best, extremely patient and kind. For the first time I felt all my concerns were addressed. He explained the oil change process and what kind of oil, how much and how that particular oil worked before I asked. Honestly it wasn’t a rush job and this time I knew my oil change was done properly. He even asked if I wanted my car ran through the wash, nobody has ever asked or done it at Toyota of Jackson. My family and I was very disappointed. As a long time customer, I recently visited Toyota of Jackson. My goal was to help a family member resolve an issue with car purchased elsewhere. The goal was to buy a car that day!. Because of the circumstances, the sales person was not eager to assist me. This sales person simply went through the motions. His demeanor showed little interest in helping me resolve the situation, and purchase a vehicle that day. After talking with the sales person for about thirty minutes, I walked out the door. Having forgot to ask the sales person several questions. I immediately turned around and went back inside, and to my surprise, over heard the sales person making several derogatory comments about me and my familys situation. The these remarks was being made to another sales person. This behavior was totally unacceptable. It made me feel that my privacy had been violated and betrayed. I felt unimportant! My business should have remained private. I felt really small and my car buying meant nothing to this sales person. Not only, did it prove to me that the sales person was not sincere, nor had my best interest at heart. It also left a very bitter taste in my mouth. Having been a long time customer of Toyota ( 37 years, five Toyotas and three dealer ownership changesI will no longer buy a car from them.My advice to anyone looking to buy a car there, think twice about it, or make sure you and your business of buying a car there will be respected!

My hubby and I are from CA and have been looking for a new 4Runner for over a year. In moving to MS for the completion of my veterinary studies, we contacted Toyota of Jackson for our next Toyota purchase. Shortly after our inquiry, Corwin responded and had a 4Runner on its way to Jackson in the next few days! It was ready to go when we arrived in MS and we actually took longer to get to Jackson than our new 4Runner did! Corwin was attentive, helpful, answered our questions and walked us through the entire purchase and pickup process! Gerald assisted with completing the financing for us as well. I placed a small deposit on a vehicle that was not on their lot or in allocation. The sales rep informed me that he would be searching for the vehicle I requested. When I did not hear from him I did my own research and found a vehicle from Kim’s Toyota that fit the same description, in allocation with a build date. When I presented this vehicle to Jackson Toyota to trade I did not hear back. Two days later the sales rep responded with another vehicle of that did not have the same specs and could not provide a build date. I placed the deposit with Kim’s on the vehicle I wanted and asked for a refund from Jackson Toyota. Of course they refused. That would be fine if they provided me with a vehicle that meet my specs andI changed n my mind, but they could/did not. We are a multi generation Toyota family and will not be visiting this dealer again.

Service department doesnt even complete basic service requirements. I just took my car in for my 15000 mile service a week or so ago. Tires are supposed to be rotated, a multi-poimt inspection performed and all fluid levels are supposed to be checked and refilled, if necessary. Tonight was our first cold night of the season; we had ice and snow. I left in my car and noticed the temp gage wasnt moving off of cold so I popped my hood and I barely have any coolant in my car at all. Its clearly below the minimum line. The new Toyota vehicles use special coolants that I cant find anywhere besides, if I refilled it myself, doung so would void the factory warranty. So, I hope my motor doesnt freeze tonight. Bad thing is, this is the second time theyve done this. They did the same thing at my 5000 mile service. After I left, I tried to use my wiper cleaner and it was empty. So, I stopped to check the fluids and the werent refilled as required. I called the service department and asked for the manager, left 3 voicemails and never received a return call. I also emailed and responded to the customer service review email I received....still no call or email from them. Im definitely finding another Toyota dealership to use for service. My car is too new to risk the motor freezing up because of a careless error that has happened twice so far. Fingers crossed it cranks up tomorrow morning. :(

Toyota of Jackson put 4 brand new tires on my car a little over a month ago, because they neglected to inspect and replace the tires before I purchased the car mid June 2021.Yesterday, I had a blowout on the rear passenger tire while headed home. One of the scariest things I’ve experienced in awhile.Toyota of Jackson refuses to take responsibility for the defective tire.Toyota of Jackson is saying this is my fault.Toyota of Jackson got me messed up 😡😡

Walked into the dealership not knowing what I really wanted. I will never Take My Truck back to them for anything, They Overfilled my Oil by (2gallons!!! Because they didnt drain my oil they just Added (2gallons which is what it takes.. Simple Routine Warranty Maintenance. My New Tire had a slow leak, asked if them to Fix it, Well they Destroyed that as well, Everyone that looks @ these Pics Blow them up so you can really See everything !!! This all was on 6/2/2018 ( Saturday Called them and was told there was Nothing they Could Do today because the Service Center Closed @2pm . Was told by Manager he could send a rollback Monday not Today , so I had to go buy oil drain pan and drain the oil My self and a Friend so I could Drive my truck to work Monday morning !!! Thats when the Tire that was Repaired on the 2nd went flat on me on I-55 Monday morning 6/04/2018 , Had to leave Work took my tire to Gateway Tire for repair and Decoverd that they ground all the Rubber off the Patch area to the Cords and the Patch wasnt even on the Hole in the Tire !!! Gateway could not Guaranteed there repair because of this.. So I called talked to manager told him this so he said he would have to order me a Tire.. Told him I would be there 06/10/2018 @ 8am when they opened, was there there and They acted as if I was there Best Friend, Made them Change my Oil,Oil Filter, PCV, which was Stopped Up with Oil from Blowback from being Overfilled, Put it on Computer Scan to make sure any Sensors was not Destroyed and they gave me a clean bill of health on that , Replaced my New Tire with another New Tire, Ask about my Warranty on my Engine from being Overfilled and was Told by Manager that there was Sensors that would Shut the Engine Down to Prevent that from Acouring (Blowing Gasketsetc , Ask him to Provide me Proof of that he said it was in Manufacturer Warranty and he Couldnt Provide me with this.. (Print outso Im still not 100% Satisfied with All, I told him that if I have any Oil Leaks before my Warranty period Ends that I was going to Hold Them Responsible for All .. So they got my truck completed, and Manager told me he would Mail me my copies for Todays Service.. I did in fact receive them.. With no refund of my original Oil change , no Coupons for future Services Nothing !!!! I had to take time off work, my Personal Life Schedule, Money out of Pocket just Because I Chose them to Service my Truck!!
