I appreciate the service provided by the dealership and have been a loyal GM customer for over 25 years. It was frustrating to say the least to be without my new GMC Denali for 6 months waiting for fuel injectors due to supply chain issues. The wait caused a severe strain on my charter boat business and was a significant inconvenience overall despite the dealerships best efforts throughout the process. I am hoping that GM will make amends through compensation allowing me to continue as a loyal customer and supporter of the brand.Joe DiPaola

Tony was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and went over all the many options to explain how they worked.The purchase went very smoothly and was done in a timely manner. I was very pleased with Tony, the salesperson. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about the Encore GX that I purchased. The finance guy, Tyler, I believe, was very knowledgeable as well; Efficient and quick.Tony went above and beyond in trying to help me understand my new vehicle. I am 84 years old. The change from a 17 year old Rendezvous to 2022 Encore was overwhelming to me. Tony came to help me to understand the features on his day off. We met at my local grocery store parking lot. There were a couple things I couldnt get to work. He explained and demonstrated them for me. I was Very pleased with his extra effort to settle me down in the first week of purchase.
The young gentleman in the service department needs to LISTEN! He is to quick to explain why you brought your vehicle in for service and not the questions asked. We finally just had to hang up because he just kept reading back why we brought it in and why it has been serviced previously. If I have to deal with him I would just rather have a tooth pulled.
Worse service ever! If I could give no stars I would. The service facility is money hungry and they lack basic communication skills. I should not have to be a middle man in communicating for this company to my warranty company. I’ve seen and spoke with the service manager who was drunk on more than one occasion. So he’s drunk on the job and a hell of a liar. very unprofessional! I try to get in contact with a general manager over the drunk service manager and I’m always told he’s not in the building or I get directed to his answering machine. I don’t not recommend at all!!

Way overpriced service department. A/C compressor failed. Was quoted over $1,700 to replace, parts and labor. Called another Buick dealership was quoted over $1,300. Huge difference between dealerships. Had car assessed at Sparkys, ~$1,100 parts and labor.People are friendly but service is not competitive.
Went in for a Body Shop estimate. Frederick Ford is always totally professional!

He was very informative great knowledge about the vechile we purchased he went the extra mile throughout the entire purchasing process as well as the gentllemen in the F and I dept as well.the entire purchase was smooth all way thru would recommend Jack to anyone and Hertrich GMC.

I went to Hertrich an hour away because I could rely on them. IG Burton which is 5 minutes from my house has been an utter disappointment. With Hertrich, they were extremely responsive, easy to schedule with, very attentive, and took something that would take IG Burton 2 days to do in 3 hours. I will be using Hertrich and cannot recommend them enough. Its nice to have finally found a reliable place to take my truck for service on larger jobs.
Our sales person Tony was A-W-E-S-O-M-E! He answered all out questions and responded quickly!! He introduced us to all the staff at the dealership and walked us thru all the bells and whistles in our new pick up -The only concern we have is with your clean up (detaildepartment - our new truck could have been cleaner when we took it home -BUT - our OVERALL experience was the BEST!!

My husband was stuck in DELAWARE, and on a holiday week the squeeze us in, and stored a trailer for me. Our experience was horrible!! Will never come back there again! It is a shame because the sale department is awesome bought 3 vehicles here, but unfortunately will not be back due to the service department! They broke my wifes center console when replacing the wireless charger and then tried to blame us. The service manager gave my wife a hard time and attitude. Worst service department Ive ever dealt with. And Im in the business too as a service manager my self. They did fix it but they hacked up the bottom of the lid really bad when trying to open it. And now every time we open the center console we have to be reminded of this experience because of the pray marks and chipped lid.

this is the third time Im very frustrated with the service never go back again i will change location for my truck service next time. first time the left grease in my leather seat, second time they charge twise same service, third time drop my truck Sunday night for service on Monday , Monday they never did the job, Tuesday the service was done and nobody call me , Wednesday still nobody call me, the truck done and nobody call me until I walk to the dealer

This is an awful dealership w awful customer service! They sold a car out from under me after promising to hold it until Monday. I had to leave town for an emergency my grandfather was in his last days and I spoke directly to finance manager and asked several times to clarify that yes they would be holding it for me. He gave me his word. I offered to hold with a deposit they said not necessary. I had sold my car that day so was planning on having a car to pick up Monday morning. I messaged my salesman Monday morning to set up a time to pick up my new car. I was then told it had been sold my they would look for a better one for me and give it to me for the same price. I was never contacted by the manager or my salesman about a replacement which was definitely known they would not be able to find in today’s market. They knew exactly what they were doing ! Awful. Two weeks later I still have no car and had to take an u we to my grandfathers funeral. They never offered me a rental in the meantime or anything! Customer service rating is actually a negative!
With the help of Shane,Daisy my tire was replaced quickly and even though the service department was booked with other customers they managed to get me in and helped get me back on the road so I didnt miss my planed vacation!!!Thanks to all involved.
Be careful they are the typical car salesman hideout and shopping around Ive always done better going other places
My vehicle was serviced immediately (even though I was early for my appointmentand the time required to completed the requested tasks was very short. The young lady who supported my service request was very helpful and efficient.

I made an online appointment. Upon arrival there was nothing in system about my appointment. Staff got me in and for oil change and tire rotation!! Squeezing me in made it a positive experience!

Both the service coordinator and the service manager were a pleasure to work with. They were in constant communication with me and clearly explained the details of my appointment.I even received a complimentary wash before leaving the dealership which was nice!
SERVICE DEPT HAS SERIOUS ISSUES- I took my Acadia to Hertrichs for several repairs and spent over $13k. One of my main concerns was that it was raining and dripping water in my car. I was advised that certain instruments did not work and I was informed that I needed to replace 2 modules that were over $900/each, which I authorized. The service dept also recommended that I get a water test performed by there go to- which is The Water Doctors, which again I authorized. I was i formed that I needed to replace the sunroof, which was almost $1k, which I authorized. Well all this started in Dec. 2020 or Jan. 2021. Well, to date, I have taken my vehicle back approx. 4-5 times for the same issue, water leaking in the vehicle, and the issue is still mot fixed even though it was guaranteed!! I was told, which I have receipts to prove, that if those expensive modules got wet and malfunctioned, if the items suggested, were not repaired, their warranty would not cover them. SO BUYER BEWARE!!!! Now I have to contact and hire an attorney because Hertrichs Service Dept. is not trying to stand by their word!!!! Be careful and always make sure that you get your info in writting!!! They will promise you the world but do not live up to their word/ performance
They first time visit for this guy. I received a coupon via the mail, so I took advantage of it. My experience was Very Nice. I felt that the service in question however, took a little longer than needed. The only reason Im bringing this up is I use to work for a GMC, Buick, Pontiac Dealership and Maybe it was just Our Guys, but what I had done, they would have done much faster. Other then that, The People were very friendly and took good care of me and My Old Truck. Thank You Again for the discounted service. Just might see you again in 5000 miles!
Recently worked with another Chevrolet dealer ... had numerous headaches. This dealership literally was day/night. Trade in value of my car was perfect, price of the new car great. And my wife and I literally got the perfect car we have been discussing to the T. Staff was very friendly
I’m located in NJ and found a vehicle on the website i loved. I called and was referred to Melvin, he answered all my millions of questions and made the process very easy! I originally thought i would be able to drive down and check out the car but my schedule ended up not working out. Melvin actually drove the vehicle to my house in NJ and reassured me there was no obligation even after bringing it up. Needless to say, i bought the car. Melvin went above and beyond to help with the whole process!
Credit Jack Hudson for this sale. Beside being very knowledgeable about the Sierra, He took the time to explain many of the computer functions to me. He was very patient and facilitated a smooth and enjoyable transaction. The truck is very comfortable to drive and I am very pleased with it.

This place is horrible took 2 1/2 months to get my tags. Was forced into services like oil change and inspection that cost $600 for them not to top off my fluids not to mention it was a quart low on oil. I was told I bought it as is and was not their problem. Last time I checked an oil change at most cost $100. Then I was buying the car as is but they forced me to pay for taxes and tags. A week later I had to call and ask when they planned on taking it to inspection just to have them say that it was my responsibility because I bought it as is and I didn’t pay for taxes and tags. I had to take the payment sheet to prove that I paid for taxes and tags for them to even handle it it was still give an attitude and then we had to end up taking a thorough inspection ourselves.When my temp tag was About to die the new girl Tony was blaming it on the old girl saying there were issues and she couldn’t handle the job and that she had only been there for two weeks. At this point I hadn’t got my tags and it had been two months since I originally purchased the car that was two weeks ago. I called everybody including the general manager to try to figure out what was going on I have had problems from the beginning including the guy that I was signing my papers with kept falling asleep while signing the papers. All I kept getting was sorry sorry sorry’s nobody wants sorrows with that much aggravation. Finally got my tags today 2 1/2 months after originally purchasing the car just to find out they’re only tagged it for one year. I looked at the papers in the sales and saw they charge me $900 to tie my car for one year. After all my aggravation all they could tell me was sorry and tag my car for one year. Horrible customer service horrible people in the middle the lights that shine there the good workers are dimmed out by the people and the higher up there aren’t willing to do what it takes to make things right.
