UPDATED REVIEW:After driving my truck for a couple weeks I noticed it was not aligned completely. My truck also leans. I measured the distance from the bumper to the fender on each side and it’s 1.5 inches difference. My windshield was cracked during the accident and it was supposed to be fixed and wasn’t. After looking at the original bid, the windshield was included, and there was no reason for it to not be fixed. After I contacted Higgins about the three noticeable issues I was told” our system says that your truck was aligned” she also told me I’d be better off fixing the windshield somewhere else. Thus costing me money rather than the d-bag who caused the accident. She also said that she would have someone call me. They called me, but I was at work and that was the only attempt to try and rectify this.After getting into an accident I was recommended to go to Higgins. I would not recommend Higgins.

It took a bit longer than I thought to get my estimate completed but its hard to really put blame on them as a business because sometimes certain things cant be helped when it comes to how much business comes your way but it seems like most businesses right now are going their the same thing as far as being backed up. They did complete my estimate within 24hrs. I got the entire estimate emailed to me the following day so Im my opinion the service was quite good and very professional

I needed a new gas door for my car painted and installed. From the moment I called to schedule the estimate to when I picked up my car, every employee was nice and knowledgeable. Jody at the front desk is always so happy and makes me feel like she really loves her job. The gentleman that did my estimate was knowledgeable and quick. After someone who Im sure has a reserved spot in hell waiting for them did a hit-n-run on my new car while it was parked, filing a police report and opening a claim I called around a few shops some of which I had dealt with in the past with very condescending staff and attitudes of youre just a number and youll be seen when we feel like. Why? Becase F U thats why. I called Higgins and they were able to see me right away for an estimate of the repair needs and cost were able to make me an appointment less than half as far out as any other shops. Their entire staff was frienly, knowledgeable, and treated me like a person and kept me in the loop the entire time. They were able to finish the repair on schedule and this incleded having to order a set ond door when they found the rear door wasnt just outer damage and they also worked with the dealer to get the delivery of my damaged 22" rim ahead of schedule and complete it all in one shot keeping me apprised of the status every step of the way.If you need work done I highly recommend them over anyone else. I took my car to Higgins Body & Paint for repairs after an accident. They were great to work with and my car looks like it had never been in an accident. The customer service was great and I even received daily texts letting me know about the progress of the car repairs. It was finished when they said it would be and when I picked it up they had washed it and vacuumed it for me. I’m very pleased with my repairs and I will gladly recommend Higgins Body & Paint to my family and friends.

This was the most pleasant experience to work with Higgins Body and Paint. They had my vehicle ready earlier than estimated, lower price than estimated and they even washed and polished my vehicle upon return. I would recommend them to anyone needing their services.

I want to give this a 2 and a half stars but since that is not an option, Ill give it 3. Everything went great while the car was in the shop, the repairs looked good. The reason I am giving them a 3 star review is because after pick up, once I was able to really check out the car and wash it. I had a follow up question for Sig. I had agreed to send Sig pictures via email, which I did but Sig never replied back. I called them the following week to see why Sig had not replied back, but they sent me to his voicemail and he never called back. It seems like once they give you the car, they dont care to follow back to you if you happen to have a question. At this point, I dont care for any follow ups from them, Im sure theyll try to reach out to me once they get this review but its pointless. I just wanna inform people to thoroughly inspect their car when they pick it up so you can ask Amy questions at that time, otherwise Higgins will go silent after that.

I took my car in for repairs they did an amazing job. I was kept up-to-date about everything that was going on with my car. My car looks amazing.

Higgins does great work in a timely fashon. I dropped my car off before I left on vacation with the start date being the day before I came home and was notified it was ready the day after I got home. not only is Higgins staff great to work with but they worked everything out with insurance and made an inconvenient situation much more comfortable

We have used Higgins before. When I indicated to my claims adjuster that I wanted Higgins to perform the repair I was informed that because Higgins is a trusted partner with my insurance company, I would not need a meeting with a claims adjuster. Higgins initial quote was approximately $3700, but once I dropped the vehicle off for repair, the estimate was updated to about $4400. Sig, my repair coordinator, took the time to explain why the estimate had been increased. There was one slight hitch in the process as one of the parts needed for repair was "sold out from under us", but they still managed to complete the repairs 5 days prior to the original estimated date. The quality of the work was superb, and its nearly impossible to tell that there was a repair. Considering that the vehicle is 10 years old, its always hard to match the paint as all paint fades some over time. I consider Higgins to be the premier auto body repair shop in the SW corner of Salt Lake County and unreservedly recommend them. They are fast, professional, and kept me informed at every step of the journey.

I have been to Higgins locations 3 different times and each time they have been very helpful, and up front about what needed to be done. And this last time after a front end collision we thought everything was good but my car started to over heat. They took care of me and communicated with my insurance company to get everything fixed. It turned out to be a rely they would not habe known had been damage in the accident.

Higgins has always done excellent work. Sig was my adjuster. Someone left the windows down at a third party shop during my repair .During the heavy rain. I called them and notifed them about the mildew smell in my car when it was returned to me.Sig and there team too action right away. Got me setup in a rental within a half hour and I was on my way.Called and gave me up to date information about the progress of my car.I have no doubt that I will have better looking interior than I had before.Things happen and The Higgins team made the unfortunate events seem effortless and professional.I appreciate the whole staff and especially Sig for being attentive and helpful.

Higgins Body & Paint has done a few things for our company and one of our managers. We were so impressed with the quality and service that we have been referring them to our customers for quite some time. I was impressed when I arrived for my appraisal appointment, so I scheduled a time to do an insurance repair & fix some problems that I would pay for personally.When I arrived home, I realized that they did not repair everything that was on the estimate that I approved. I also noticed that they had overcharged me 1 ½ hours of labor for the one thing on the estimate that they did repair. I emailed Bryce, the manager, with my concerns. No response. Called & talked to Melanie, she just kept repeating that she had “saved me money” when I asked why they didn’t do all the repairs. I don’t quite understand the logic of that answer. Said she would look into the 1 ½ hour overcharge and call me back. Still waiting for the call. We no longer recommend Higgins Body & Paint to our customers. You might want to think twice before doing business with them also.I changed my rating from a 1 star to a 4 star because of the owner. Mr. Gerald Higgins called and apologized for his employees “dropping the ball”, as he put it. He also mailed a refund check for the labor that Melanie had overcharged me. Thank you for your prompt & professional response.

I took my car to Higgins Body & Paint in West Jordan after a car accident and it was the best decision! They were kind and attentive. Melanie was so sweet and kept me updated the entire time. I also received text messages with an update link where I could see the timeline of my car’s progress. After letting Melanie know that we were leaving on vacation soon, they were also able to accommodate our dates and had our car ready two days early! I can now go on my trip with peace of mind, my car looks brand new, and it was cleaned up inside. I expected this process to be such a hassle and it ended up being stress-free! I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Higgins. My Subaru Crosstrek (my babywas rear-ended and needed a bumper job. They replaced and its as if it never happened. They also did it super fast - I dropped it off Thursday and it was done Friday evening. Melanie is truly THE BEST. She was nice and so good to keep me in the loop. She also gave me some touch up paint that I could use for a little ding I had on my hood. Such good service.I was working through my insurance and they provided the Enterprise close by as my rental company and they were a little bit of a joke. I called a couple days before to confirm we were good for Thursday morning and they said no problem, to just call when I was 10 minutes away. I called when I was 30 minutes away with no answer. I walked into Higgins with my phone on speaker, still waiting, and they told me to just hang up and that they would take me to Enterprise. Wow!Would recommend these guys to anyone.Two pictures are of the before.

I found this body shop after my Nissan got backed into by looking up nissan certified collision repair. Insurance took care of everything so I cant speak of cost but speed of service was amazing! I dropped my vehicle off on a Tuesday and they had the new door replaced, painted and blended to perfection by Friday before end of business. Being nissan certified, they got the new parts direct from nissan.When I picked up my vehicle it was cleaned and detailed inside better than my truck has seen since new. I can recommend this body shop enough. The pics will speak for themselves.

I took my car into Higgins Body & Paint after I was read ended. The estimate was fast, & safe due to covid-19. When I took in my vehicle, the front desk was super nice & friendly. They sanitized the pen I used which I thought was very thoughtful. The service man who worked on my car gave me a call a few days in letting me know that they would need to keep my car longer due to more damages revealed after taking the car apart. He was also super nice & made sure I felt comfortable with the changes that needed to be made. They actually finished before the finish estimate date they gave me which was awesome. The car looks brand new with my new bumper. Im super happy with the service. I will come back if I ever need service on my car again!

The owner turned a bad experience into a good one. I am at a loss for words. And I am quite grateful. Im updating this review to reflect that. Repair was done properly and the car looks great! Like the car wash never murdered it.Whoever they have for a dent guy did great job I cant tell if it was ever dented. IT looks good! The paint work as well! I am quite happy with the work.

I have an invisable car, so Ive been rear ended twice within a 2 month period, both times they saved my whole life! They are through and do an impeccable job. Both times it was a five day repair which I feel like is kind of a long time, and their drop off hours are 8AM-10AM (if I remember rightwhich was hard because Im typically already at work at that point, which made drop off hard for me. But they do have a drop off which saved me, I just wasnt able to use a rental car because of it. But again, great company and if rather wait and have it done right. Also the front desk lady Misty was super sweet! AND they have the worlds best water bottles! Photo was before, the after is like new!
