If u looking for a good company to work for then look no further I been here about 5months I dont agree on a lot of ways how they handle things but if you willing to run and do ur job they will never mess wit u I have work for a lot of companies this the best one my paycheck is always in my account Friday morning I dont have to worry about working and not getting my paycheck the recruiter John is the best he didnt lie to me about nothing and my dispatcher Luke is the best u can call them and ask for them and see that this is not a fake review

Ive been with this company for 2 years don’t really have anything negative to say. Great home time, no forced loads, no nyc loads, never been left stranded if truck has issues will always get fixed same day. Great pay and good raises. All trucks are newer and well maintained with refrigerators microwave and inverters.

i am driving for this company five months so far, the dispatch doing great jobs, the lady on billing havent miss anything on my pay check, not to forgot to mention the fantastic job the mechanic doing, lately i had a quick talk with the owner and all i can say that he is a highly motivated guy.thats on positive side, on other side, they did stop paying me after i gave them leaving notice, after couple calls they wire money to my account but i paid for the wire fee, and they charge me $100 for cleaning the truck even i left truck clean

So Highboost has been by far the best company I have driven for. The equipment is brand and the pay is great and the best part is we get paid on time every Friday at 8am. My dispatcher Tom and I have good communication and all the staff is friendly. We also get great apparel like company hat, tshirts, jackets and pens. They treat you like family and I already have gotten a driver of the month bonus and I’ve been here for 3 months. If you are looking for a company to drive for then please choose Highboost

This company is the second worst company Ive ever worked for I work for them for about a month and a half they take your money $150 a week they took $1,650 from me from week one I left on good terms and it took 45 days for me to get my money back cuz of course they are earning interest on drivers money payroll lady is very rude my dispatchers name was Justin he steals miles from you anyway he can they do not pay you for a lot of deadhead miles they like to line their pockets while you lose out on money do not come to this company it is one of the worst companies out there they just lie and lie and lie to you they must pay the people that put good reviews for them or something!!!!!!! If I could give him negative Stars I would beware people!!!!!!!!!!!

I’ve been driving with HIGHBOOST for a couple of months now and this is the best company I’ve driven for and let me tell you why. The communication from my Dispatcher Tom is amazing and very clear. Tom plans ahead for me and makes sure I’m making money and he also listens to me for what I have to say and understands me well. The safety department makes sure I’m following the guidelines and the Fleet Manager Ross always answers my call when there is a problem with the truck and gives me good solutions. Also, I love participating in HIGHBOOST monthly bonus incentives as they always give us a chance to earn extra bonuses. I have referred many drivers to HIGHBOOST and I will continue to do so. I have 22.5yrs driving and I have been with Highboost since February and Im here to say I have no complaints. Making the decision to come here and drive a fully loaded brand new truck with fridge,microwave and apu with a inverter and without a crazy truck note The miles and money is here. The dispatcher is like family and understand hometime and family is important. If you do your job and no complaints you will make great money like a independent contractor. Im here for the long run.

.60 cpm on empty miles. large escrow $2k took 40 days to get back. other deductions from your check, some IL deductions etc. they got mad and made me take the first review down to get my last check and escrow back...censorship at its finest $. $. $. still took escrow payments when i turned the truck in, in good condition. 1099.Theyre CSA score is 90 Orientation unpaid. 2 days long. average of 20 texts/calls per load. I had to refuse a load because they wouldnt send me back to the shop to replace the cheap inverter (that wouldnt power any appliancesOR home so i could i could drop my stuff off before returning the truck. I feel like they didnt care about me as a person. yelled at me in the office when I turned the truck in. $200 truck cleaning fee. $40 OCA deductions every week. (the truck had normal use but i returned it in good condition$150 escrow every week.The good: nice truck good mattress, optimized idle.

This is an honest brand company and I use the adjective honest in the full meaning of the word, both in terms of quality and deed. And I publicly can attest to that.Your pay is on the dot every Friday morning ,company does not hold your first paycheck unlike some other Chicago based companies but takes few days to have payroll process it.Ross will pick up his phone at 2 am for anything related to equipment repair.Laura will patiently walk you through and work with you to become a safer driver .Bobby the Gm and Ivan the owner will do whatever means possible to judge you less and empathize with hardship instances you encounter on the road .Dalia the logbook lady will work with you for the first month until your logging is done safely properly .What your recruiter discusses with you will be what you will get unless otherwise I got lucky with John.Your home-time is taken seriously and assuredly as you get 3 weeks on the road and ¾ home time.I suggest you call them if you are interested as their brand new trucks go fast and might start putting new drivers on a waiting list for brand new trucks.

Been with this company for 15 months and it’s with a heart breaking I quit to do local temporary. Anyone from Ivan (owner), Ross (fleet managerto my wonderful dispatch Katie they will make you feel part of the company. The equipments are in the top level and the maintenance is always will done. With my 2020 Cascadia and a 2019 trailer I never had to go to a shop for repair, which means no waste of time but making money.Thank you guys.
