these guys are amazing spent yesterday 3 hours trying to figure out the installation, of my reconditioned unit purchased from ebay ZEBRA LP450 . called today and wow they jumped on my computer and set it up right away super nice wasnt bothered at all he actually took less time then i did writing this review ... super happy with the purchase and highly recommended when searching for discounted label printers ... happy as can be !!!! thanks again !!

My original review is below. After writing that review I was contacted by a very apologetic owner of HippoDeals. He explained to me he was on vacation and his staff unfortunately handled the issue very poorly. He went over and above what was necessary to make it right. He made corrective measures with his staff to make sure my issue does not happen again. As a fellow business owner I cannot ask for more and understand mistakes do happen. What is important is how you handle these mistakes and in my opinion it could not have been handled better.Ordered a printer. It came in defective. Tried calling and left a message. Sent an e-mail and was told to call their tech support. I called again and got no answer but an answering machine. E-mailed again and was told to return it and they would send one out immediately when it was returned. I received no communication from them then found I received a partial refund. Sad because I ordered from them based on a recommendation from other businesses. Their customer service is non existent. I am now out $30 and have nothing to show for it. Would not recommend them for anything.

Customer service is terrible. Delivered a broken product. Contacted customer service, who told me to return it for a refund. They received it 2 months ago, but STILL cant manage to issue the credit. If you do decide to do business with them, SAVE ALL YOUR PAPERWORK. Youll need it to make a case when things go wrong.

I bought a refurbished printer that was shipped quickly and received in good order. We experienced difficulties in getting it to work with FedEx. The techs spent a long time and ultimately were successful. They were patient, professional and knowledgeable. I have nothing but good things to say about these guys.

Customer service above and beyond my expectations! Buying a printer from Hippo Deals is worth it just for the support (if needed)--but they have excellent prices as well! I dont have time to write many reviews, but this is a good business doing things the right way!!

Ordered two printers in November 2015, one was defective and did not work. Called them up and requested a replacement in December. While ordered a replacement, we felt it would be a good idea to order a 3rd as a backup. They sent it out on 12/21 and we checked it in mid-January after the holidays. Surprise! another was defective. I called on 2/3/17 and R**n refuses to swap it hiding behind a ten day policy that is not on their website. At one point R**n said, "We are not going to get screwed" in replying to my question, "I am getting screwed here". They sell garbage and runs and hides if they feel they have a chance not to make things right. They run under many websites, so be careful.

Fast Shipping and excellent tech support, had trouble installing a printer and they had me up and running in about 10 minutes over the phone.Will be back for more.Thanks,!

We purchased a paper shredder from Hippodeals. It was not only a good value, but the folks there are top notch. Ill be doing further shopping at the Hippo.

Worst customer service i have had in many years. Very rude People, Full of them selfs and arrogant. Product was shipped difective and Very bad experience for me as a business owner!
