Unlike many who go to Hobby Lobby, I walked in, quickly found what I was looking for, checked out, and left. The cashier was friendly and I went in during a slow time so no fighting crowds. One item I bought was 50% off so that was nice. Over all, I would recommend them for certain items you might not easily find elsewhere. Some items are way too overpriced though, so be careful.

Horrible horrible customer service. I stood in line for 30 mins only to just walk out.

Still a great place to get hobby supplies though they did take away their online coupon. Kind of disappointed about that given that some of their stuff is overpriced.

Good store for crafts also have sewing machines and materials to choose from, plus clocks, summer ideas, stuff for St.Patrick Day,Easter items Flowers 💐, anything you may need really nice place.

Just your basic run of the mill Hobby Lobby. Workers will help you find something if you need it. Only thing that sucks is that there are items all over the store that claim they are on sale but when you check out they’re not.

Lady was nice. But the sales add said all home decor and apparel fabric was 50% and they wouldn’t honor it. Will go elsewhere in the future.

Love Hobby Lobby! Applied there years ago when they had designers since I have over 30 yrs exp. Hoping to be part of the company I think so much of. But then they stopped doing floral designing .

I love going to this hobby lobby! The staff here are always kind and the store is always so clean. The shelves are always perfectly stocked also!

Nice selection of things, pretty clean, however customer service is kind of lacking. Some employees definitely need to work on their attitudes. Last two trips my cashier was not pleasant. Maybe management needs to hire so these employees won’t feel overwhelmed or perhaps they need other tasks that isn’t customer based.

I mean, I love this store. It has about everything, except rough and ready shrinky dinks. Great variety, most of it overpriced, but I love physically going into a store. Made for a lovely day outing with my niece.

I have extremely mixed emotions about this facility its a Hobby Lobby so if you enjoy crafts or things for inexpensive of course youre gonna desire going to Hobby Lobby because well its the capital chain for those items however this facility tends to have excruciating lines lines things are very rarely organized its early organized its almost like walking into a hoarders house s house I will say that I have never had an issue with the staff which is crazy because they seem to not keep the same staff but they continue to hire fantastically helpful people who are not bitter because they hate their job I personally enjoy going down the aisle with all of the wall art as they do have a fantastic selection when going down the Christmas isles I question whether or not they need that much excessive Christmas décor and décor item attire ire I absolutely enjoy every moment of this store I just wish that they were better organized

Huge selection of crafts and home decor. Wonderful seasonal decorations. Very friendly staff willing to help you out with any question you have.

Its easy to wander around this store for longer than your realize looking for things to complete your next project with. Its a fairly big store and quite organized even if you may find the same things in several locations.

Huge shout-out to Sheawn in the custom framing department! My family and I spent almost an hour picking out the perfect frame and matte for my sisters art work. Hobby Lobby has SO MUCH to choose from. Sheawn was knowledgeable, patient and fun! After that experience, we will only do our framing at Hobby Lobby.

Oh we love Hobby Lobby, we get lots of decor and arts and crafts from Hobby lobby!!! They have a wide variety of things, can be alittle pricey on things but its good quality and usually something I just gotta have! Thanks Hobby Lobby 👍🏼

My daughter and Iwas at the Ashland KY store on May 15 2021 and we was approached by a man after we had been there getting stuff to make our jewelry, telling me he needed to check my purse for his stolen merchandise because a customer said they saw me out something in my purse. He took my purse and went through it and found nothing that belonged to Hobby Lobby, but my buggy had about $200 worth of crystals and a expensive coin book I needed and other things. He never apologized for what had happened he just handed me my purse and walked away. We left all of our stuff and walked out. I will not be returning, neither will my daughter..

I love this store there is soo much to see but prices can be a little high. All in all its a really awesome store with everything you could possibly think of being there.....I will definitely be going back soon.

I love this store. Anything you need for your arts and crafts you can find here. If your looking for a new hobby to occupy your time this is a great place to go. The customer service is great too.

We were asked multiple times if we needed help finding things, and my husband needed a lot of help !lol. Store was very clean, good sale prices but spoiler alert they dont run there 40% off coupons anymore per our cashier. Pleasant shopping there.

I get art supplies there. They have been getting rid if certain brands replacing them with their own products. I wished they wouldnt do that. They still carry a lot of name brands which is nice but miss the brands they used to carry. Thank God for the internet.

I love Hobby Lobby. It was nearly Christmas so the store was busy and not as neat as it usually is, but thats understandable. The checkout lanes were long and cashiers were tired and or stressed. Im sure it was a busy week for them.

My wife loves this place and we both appreciate their Christian values! I made a homemade open pour swim bait mold from some of their products normally used for making candles and soaps.

Beautiful Christmas decorations...nice variety and good prices if one can overlook the companys strange notions on 1. Womens health care (the company is privately held and refuses to cover birth control for female employees), 2. Jewish Holiday decorations(the Green family who own Hobby Lobby are devout Christians. They announced they will look into carrying these items following a 2017 incident in a NJ storeand. 3. Theft of religious artifacts (later returned, but not without controversy and a hefty finefrom the Middle East.

This hobby lobby is a decent craft store with a little bit of everything. There is a large sewing section with fabrics next to several aisles of synthetic flowers. The art supplies are mostly name brand, good quality products. I like this store but 4 stars because you never know if theyll have something the next week, or ever again, if they run out..

I love this store! Everything and more to beautifully decorate your home for Fall, Christmas or whatever your in the mood for...I needed some craft items for my Sunday School preschool ers, while my husband shopped art supplies. The prices vary as to your item, and the quality has been very good on everything I have purchased, never have had to return anything. Salespeople are considerate n very helpful when you cant find what you need. Happy this store is close to home!
