Got me in last minute for new tires and an oil change, same day appoinment. Full synthetic oil change was $40 less than it costs in the Boston area. Tires were cheaper than the big online places.

In addition to tires wheels and repairs they also replenish my welding gasses spools torch tips etc. They also do major Tru k tires for long haulers. Lots more than the obvious. Excellent customer service year round!Spring 22 is here. . Theyre stocked & ready

I give this place 5 stars and at least two thumbs up. I went in to get some issues fixed that had already been supposedly attended to by another place. Not only did they resolve all of my issues, the did it free of charge! I love this level of customer service and would definitely recommend them.Thank you Hogan Tire, Houlton.

Brought my vehicle in to service the tire pressure light, oil change and State inspection. I brought it to Hogan because I felt they were good, honest neighborhood people. I was pleased how quickly they fit me in and that they called me hours later at 4:30 to let me know my vehicle was ready for pick up. I let them know I wasnt going to make it in before they closed at 5, so I would pick it up in the morning. Unfortunately I was woken by my bank alarms warning of suspicious activity. The folks at Hogan had left my car UNLOCKED overnight and someone had sifted through the entire car to find a wallet in a black bag in the very back of the car hidden behind tinted windows. Spent the morning sorting out our finances and working with the Houlton Police. Went to pick up the car from Hogan, mentioned it was broken into and stuff was stolen and they didnt even show a shred of sorrow, let alone guilt for leaving the car unlocked. Carried on to charge me full-price. On top of that, I had to take the car back a couple days later because the tire pressure light came back on. I was hoping maybe they had a shred of decency after speaking with the police and handing over surveillance footage. Nope, charged me full-price again and gave me a sob story about how they couldnt replace the valve stem without also replacing the sensor so they had to replace both. Needless to say, not the local, honest hardworking folks I was expecting to deal with.

Such great service with a smile!

They plugged my tire and it lasted less than 2,000 miles. After the tire went flat, the lugs were impossible to get off to put on the spare- the AAA truck even struggled. Do not come here if you expect quality.

Contacted the Presque Isle store to schedule the purchase of a set of tires. I asked to schedule a time to have the tires installed. I was told I would need to leave the car for the day. I can’t do this because it is needed on a daily basis but could schedule a time for a appointment. Was told that the store don’t schedule hourly and could only schedule by the day not hours. This went on for each day of the week because of being so busy. So I said thank you I would get the work. Done elsewhere. Called Houlton tire next day service better price. The business forgot about SERVICE let the people schedule appointment and stop scheduling the people. Hogan Tire has lost me to Houlton tire. Because of service a loss of about 600.00 on this sale I added two more tires and a alignment. Your loss HOGAN TIRE. Now a happy customer with HOULTON TIRE.Thank you for pushing me out the Door.

Rude employees. Didnt explain what they were doing, I was supposed to figure it out. When I started asking questions, the rudeness kicked in. Perhaps because I was from out of state? The worse experience I ever had in Maine.

These guys were unbelievable! Our travel trailer blew a tire and we randomly limped our way to their shop. They were very busy (Saturday morningand were backed up with jobs, but recognized our predicament. They had the proper tires in stock (a weird, off-size), and got them installed very quickly and professionally. We owe them a debt of gratitude. Oh . . .and the price was very competitive (probably less than we would have paid in CT!).

Good service & products

The staff in Presque Isle location are friendlier and easier to work with then Houlton, however end results are still good. One of the few places that have doors big enough for my taller van. They try and be accommodating and if asked will help you find what you need. Personally just went here looking for a non-standard size tire. They didnt have one, could order, but helped set me on the right path to finding a place that had one in stock. Overall would recommend.
