Stay away from this place! Bought an expensive sectional from them a few months ago and its starting to fade and fall apart already. Called "warranty" company and they said they dont cover fading or damaged furniture. Spend your $$$ elsewhere

The inventory has changed from all of the selections they had for household items to furnishings. I prefer the other selections because they had a lot to choose from.

Not bad, they need to offer a better financing plans to get more business. They expect you to pay 2 or 3k for whatever you bought in 90 days.Also the financing company they sign you up with does not send any communication so you have to call them and manage your payment or you will be charged huge fees

The vanity I brought was a gorgeous over $1200 table(not setwithout the stool. Delivered out the box and set up by workers that ignored that the glass was chipped. Store credited me a vanity stool for a different set out of good grace of my headache and damages,,,,welp that stool was chipped too! Nothing in the store seemed damaged but now that it’s sold to me it’s damaged! I’m never shopping here again! Why should I buy broken items. Expensive things should be delivered in one peace. I’ve brought $50 used items in better condition then my vanity straight off the truck and out the box! It’s really really sad. Glass furniture should be handled with care. It’s still beautiful but Flawed. Then the stool leg broke off and it got screws in it the clearly wasn’t holding this chair together! Instead the staples was holding it together!!😩😩 who made this stuff . The glass is paper thin it just chips so easily. This stuff over $1000 and it’s lowkey beautiful trash 😭never again

I ordered a dining set from here. The inside store experience was great but the day of delivery I sat home all day waiting on my set to be delivered . When I called warehouse to see where I was on the list the male foreigner was very rude and nasty on the phone. I spent a lot of money with this place. I bought a living room set and dining set from here. I guess once they get your money they feel they can talk to you any kind of way. I will take my money elsewhere next time.

Pretty decent place for new and some gently used furniture

I bought a bedroom set offline. I moved out of the way and let the delivery men do their thing while I sat in my living room. When they left I realized they left my trash all over my back yard instead of taking the boxes back to the truck. They also did not attach the little pieces that screw onto the legs of my dressers. It’s a beautiful set but it smells like it was left in the rain or some type of weird smell that won’t go away. They were also rude when I called to see about a box spring because I wasn’t aware it was even needed for the set. I personally love my bedroom set but I would not recommend this place unless you want to over spend and have a mess to clean up for weeks.

THEY WANT OUR MONEY BUT DONT RESPECT US!Though you will find some pretty cool unique things in here. Im not sure about the quality of the items. I purchased a glass corner table(thats what Im going to use it forthe top and bottom is mirrored but that middle. Idk what it is but it will serve its purpose. I think its cute! They are on the expensive side but they do change and make their own prices. In my opinion, because the finance there, I think they raise the prices. Which is wrong! I also feel if youre a cash paying customer, they shouldnt take advantage. Its a gamble and depending on how unique you want your decor to be. The rugs are way overpriced.My mom was with me and she purchased a mirror clock. The clock couldnt fit in my car so we had to pick it up the next day. I spoke to the man behind the counter and he scratched off the received stamp and signed it. When my mom came the next day it was a lady. My mom had her receipt but the lady still insisted that my mom had her item. Like my mom was lying. Then when the men vouched for my mom she then stamped received on her receipt about 8 times. I wasnt woth my mom to pick it up but between the both of us they made close to 1,000.00. I wouldve returned everything. We will not be returning ever again. They want our money but dont respect us.

This place is awful I don’t recommend this place they’re very rude and the delivery people are extra nasty. I paid for my dining room chair’s with my dining room table and when the delivery people came they didn’t have my chairs with my table then they call me and ask me to pick another dining room set because my table was broken then the delivery people threw the boxes all across my yard and the wind was blowing really hard so the boxes was in the streets and in people yard it was everywhere. I ask them to take the boxes with them they said no jump in the truck and left the man down the street had to catch them and tell them to get it because he didn’t want it on his grass I live in the suburbs and that made me so embarrassed then when I called them and told them about the chairs I paid for and about the delivery they said I didn’t pay for any chairs and I’m trying to get something for free😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 and said so they don’t have to take the boxes away and he hung up in my face never again I would never ever recommend this place

Nice staff but overpriced items. I took a screenshot of something that I liked in there and then I went to my phone the search engine same exact item was two for $30 on Amazon and in their store it was one for a $100(not a setAlso you can ask one salesperson how much something cost and wait five minutes and another salesperson will give you a different prices. I really dislike prices being increase when in the urban community as if a person cant get in their car and drive to a known furniture store and make same purchase better quality at a reasonable price.

Let’s just say I’m contacting the BBB. Worse customer service and scammers ever! They provide no help… I brought table as is however, when I received it was more damaged. I have been transferred here, thier and everywhere between customer service & their store managers. Enough is enough

Say one thing and do another especially when your financing I paid my difference that was owed then their financed company approved me for 3200 and they put in 3250 so basically they charged me 50 dollars more had to go back and fourth with them and american finance and come to find out it was the home center that put in 3250 and not 3200 so you know I dont play about my money and they had to do the contract over so I got that credit back also would not let me know what my payments would look like home center will tell you that American finance will call you but there company will already put you in a contract to pay a high payment every two weeks or a high payment every month so look over your

I’ve been here on 3 different occasions and I must say although they have the nice shiny stuff I like , the customer service is horrid to say the least. They almost make you feel as being a let’s just say a different culture, you shouldn’t be there. I went twice on my own because I believe people have bad days and once with my son. Sadly it wasn’t just a bad day it’s clearly how the business is ran. I couldn’t find prices out and when you finally got to someone the attitude made you want to stoop to their level and give attitude back. Abdul which I believe is management, acted as if you were in the wrong for complaining and that made it a no for me. No I never purchased anything due to the treatment I received. My son did however purchase a bed headboard set which broke 2 time and the store was completely no assistance. So if you like to be treated with respect and like to feel like your hard earned money spends like everyone else’s please seek other alternatives .

A neighbor in my apartment building recieved services from Home Center. Through the duration of moving furniture the movers yelled and (unrelated to moving furniture), dropped things, and dragged large boxes of furniture so one end which rather than lift it. This caused a lot of noise in our apartment and the walls/ceiling shook such that wall hanging fell and fixtures ratttled when dropping items (or not setting them down gently). Of course one could expect some noise from moving furtniture, but this was to a greater extent than a professional furniture mover. Many people are still working from home, including myself, this was very disruptive. The service also left garbage on the shared lawn. Avoid this service if you do not want to upset your neighbors. Additionally, I would be concerned about damaged furniture given the amount of times the movers dropped items and dragging boxes through wet snow rather than having two people lift the boxes off the ground leaving mud/dirt on flooring.

Very horrible service. I just bought a sectional couch from this place about two weeks ago and yesterday noticed the the back wood is broken. Very cheap material. We called to see if there’s something we can do and the manager was very rude and unprofessional.

Bought a bedroom set two months later the finish started peeling and falling apart. The owner was screaming at me telling me there is nothing he will do to help, he stated he does not stand behind the products he sells and hung up on me

Very cute furniture. But DO NOT buy from here!! They will sell you defective mirrors & expect you to pay the repair man $150+ to fix it 🤣 worst customer service & will literally rob you in your face. Very rude & unprofessional people. & I got overcharged almost $200 on top of it. Smh. Only one genuine person helped me at the warehouse. Which is why I will keep my items.

I would never ever ever buy anything else from them again. I was so disappointed with my furniture I received. Not only was the furniture cheap but it was damaged when I received it and they wouldn’t refunded it nor exchange it and made it seem like we damaged it the same day we received it. I use to love shopping here for my house hold needs but not no more.Although my sales person was nice, their bedroom sets was not what I expected at all. I literally cried because that bedroom set was suppose to be a gift for my daughter before she had her new baby but that surprise was ruined. Thanks a lot Home Center(E. 8mile&Ryan)

We went to this place as they had great pictures of furniture on Facebook. We met Sandra at the store. She was wonderful. She patiently understood our needs and showed us what would go with our liking and desire. We had walked in 30 minute before closing time. She and her colleagues stayed back 1.5 hr beyond closing time to patiently work with us. We ended up buying things from the floor, their other store and catalogue. She worked on the pricing to make it a good deal for the whole house furniture.I, my wife and our daughter came 100% satisfied and happy. I have not met such great sales consultant who is understanding of needs and patient.It was wonderful doing business with Sandra.

Got a bedroom set and it’s not at all sturdy. Had to spend extra 100-200 dollars for it to become more of a bed and less of something that will break if I turn to the other side of the bed too quick. I shouldn’t have to hold my breath when getting on my own bed. Keep in mind I’m not jumping or being crazy with it. I had to get reinforcements for under my bed extra panels just to hold it up. Everything about this place speaks luxury but let me tell u the extra grand or 500 you’d spend somewhere else is way worth it. You will have the peace of mind of it lasting and not having to add or do anything

Had some issues with a bedroom set bought from here. The set was nice but the service was really bad. Had a 7 day return period and spoke with a rep to exchange for another set due to size. Rep agreed to the exchange and later backs out after choosing out a new set. Worst part of it all is, delivery company that they claim is a secondary company, damaged my walls, stair rail, chipped my door and chipped paint off my door way areas. My house has been painted not even 3 months yet. They damaged the ceiling as well that i fixed up the same time even after i tried to tell them how to make things work. Terrible service overall from both store and delivery. The delivery guys claim to have so many years of experience on setting up bedroom sets but failed to do proper calculations to see if the set would fit the way i wanted. They kept telling me it will not work so i just gave up on them and ended up doing it myself. It fit perfectly without blocking any doors or windows. I was not even upset about anything until they wasted my time and told me to look for something so they can exchange it for me then just say no they will not anymore. They also have a sign on the counter saying they will gladly take any returns or exchanges within the firat 7 days. The customer service is by far the worst. They will kiss up to you but once item purchased, thats it, it will be your loss from there because they will not care anymore once tge sale is made

I had a great experience with Bash! He was knowledgeable about furniture and demonstrated his creative skills when assisting with my purchase.Because he was so great, he sold me a bedroom set better than the competitors price.Truly 5star!!

This is Mrs.Jacobs!! I found Home Center from Instagram and watching their live shows. I just love, love them!! They are so polite and well mannered. The salesman dont follow and hound you thru out the store. As soon as I get my tax refund, Ill be going there!! They treated me with respect and didnt judge me because of my skin color!!

I LOVE this place!!! I decided to redecorate my house since Ive been bored in quarantine. Anywho I wanted a Glam look & ohhh baby! This place fit the bill and my budget. They have a lot of nice furniture that is so me for the look I have in mind. I literally went & found pieces for my whole living room. Mirrors are beautiful but pricey. Everything was 30% off so I went & spent all my dang on money. It was busy but Moussa gave excellent customer service & delivery time frame is pretty quick, especially with Covid. Just give them a try or at least browse the store. You wont regret it.

My visit was disappointing... they didnt have what I was looking for & when I asked if their other location might have the items. I was told that they wouldnt & that they never had the color that i was looking for & tried to convince me that the 🗣Teal set was actually royal blue! & a light blue (sky blue)was gray😔😡 so I left & couldnt purchase the rug that I wanted because I dont deal with liars period!!! All that to get a sell👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾& Ive sent ppl to shop with them & they spent well.. SMH

Very unprofessional! I was there 20 mins before I was greeted. No one answers the phone , and when they did they left me on hold a VERY long time ! They tried to over charge me for delivery and never showed on my scheduled delivery date .

Ive driven by this store for 10 years, stopped today and was pleasantly surprised. Prices are very good, well stocked and the employees helpful and very nice. I recommend visiting them if you need anything, I sure will.
