The staff are wonderful! If you are lucky enough to be helped by Kristle just know you are in VERY good hands. She took great care of us during our stay and will 100% be the place we stay in Ogden again. Great property, great location, wonderful staff!

Gorgeous place. Its the one advertised in the elevators of every other. 2nd only to Idaho Boise.

Attentive staff. Building & rooms are new & obviously designed in a modern style. Rooms were spacious, but echoing. Bathroom vent, but no fan. Breakfast had a good variety of warm and cold foods. Will most likely stay here next time were in town.

Our overall experience was positive until check out. We checked out a day early but were still charged the extra day. Called four different times, spoke with Alicia and Ashley, and was reassured it would take 2-3 business days. Its been 5 business days and still no credit.

This could have been a great and wonderful hotel however it has one huge defect, sound pollution. The walls must be made out of paper or cardboard because you can hear every sound from the surrounding rooms, especially the room directly above you. Even worse if you have kids running around the room above you all night and keeping you awake , therefore you get no good sleep. You can even hear a conversations in the next room. The whole purpose of getting a premium room is to get a good nights sleep and this hotel failed at that. We woke up tired. Besides that , everything else was great.

This was a super clean, friendly hotel. The staff was more than willing to help with anything that we may have needed the room was great the workout facility was one of the best I’ve ever seen and even the free breakfast food was good usually I avoid buffets and free breakfast food but this one was really good definitely a great stay and the city of Ogden is very beautiful

Not good thanks to a previously undisclosed non-refundable $75 pet fee for a 1-night stay. This was never disclosed when we reserved the room through Expedia. The front desk personnel tried to blame Expedia (“we’ve complained about this before but are unable to make Expedia change this”), but I’m not buying that story. We won’t be staying at any Hilton-owned properties moving forward and have already reserved future travel through Booking.com for upcoming travel.

The 2 queen with a hindabed were very large. The room came with a sink & refrigerator. I was a little unhappy with the employees at the desk. They stared as we came in , no smile & no greeting.

Awesome place! Suites were great in size and included everything one could need for a comfortable stay. This will definitley be the place of choice for future stays for my family and I when visiting Ogden. Update: stayed at these suites once again and was pleased with their great customer care and the suite was perfect. I was upgrades to a larger suite at no extra cost. Love it here!

I have one expectation for staying in a hotel, get a half decent nights rest. While this hotel may look nice and new on the surface, its built with cheap walls and insulation. I can literally hear every vehicle driving by, the rpms clear enough to distinguish what kind of vehicle it is. I know the garbage man comes at 6am. The wall heater drops 10* before it kicks in and then heats up the place 20* beyond so our extra big suite was usually 60-80 degrees inside the room. And the coffee gave me an immediate stomach ache. The internet was too laggy slow to complete a netflix movie. Basically I hated every minute of my sleepless 4 nights but the hallway carpets sure looked nice to walk across. I left more tired than when I arrived.

This hotel is new. It was built in 2020. I rarely write reviews but this hotel inspired me to do so. It is incredibly clean. The mattress is very comfortable and there are high quality sheets on the bed. The room is very spacious and the mountain views are lovely. It has many extras that show it was a well thought out design. If you sign up online to become an honors member youll receive a discount. Its also very convenient to get to from 84. We check out in a bit but if we had time to spare, Id be happy to stay longer. Hope this helps!

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Just be aware that it very pet friendly which caught me by surprise as it was so many people walking around with dogs. The elevator smells like wet dog. The shower wasnt 100% clean, however I always clean thoroughly before use but was surprised how ditry it was with hair and build up dirt on the wall. However, the fitness center is great and the common area with pool table and games very nice area for families or meeting. Wish I couldve been given the option to be moved to the pet-free side. I normally love all things under the Hilton brand but this was below standard for me.

The hotel and rooms are great! It is all clean and comfortable. However, problems with rooms not being ready, being charged twice and having to make several calls to get it fixed have made it that I will not stay here again.

Im a big Home 2 Suites fan. This is a nice hotel. Very clean. Very nice housekeeping staff. The front desk employee that was here was a little rude.

Room was extremely clean and bed was super comfy. Breakfast was below average. Rubbery omletes and limited items to put on toast or bagels. Out of OJ. Its a good place for a good night sleep, but needs improvements on breakfast service.

I had a blast in Ogden Utah. This hotel was right near the Union train station museum, and our event center. I was able to enjoy a couple walks at nearby trails (Ft. Buenoventuraand the 25th street district had great options for bars and restaurants.

Ok. This hotel was nice. Actually really nice. I loved the lobby area and the outdoor fireside seating area was awesome. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was quick, easy, and kinda fun. Giant parking lot. But theres a BUT. During covid, my travel experiences are heavily judged by cleanliness. As they should be- people are dying. I look over the whole room and Im actually quite impressed with how clean it is. And then I got to the bed. One pillow case had not been cleaned. Had lipstick (or somethingand hair on it. I had already wiped down every surface in the room, and I had a ton of luggage- switching rooms could have revealed similar issues. So I threw the pillow on the ground, washed my hands and had a less than comfortable sleep. Try harder guys- a lack of cleanliness can tarnish your reputation.

We stopped in Ogden on our way back home from Yellowstone National Park and needed a hot shower and a good nights rest. We had a wonderful experience staying here. Close to down town immenities and fine dining. Loved the hotel!

Excellent stay with the following rating breakdown.1. Front Desk- Honors Diamond welcome and checkout did not receive welcome gift and was turned down at first for late checkout and some employees were impersonal and staired at computer monitor all day instead of greeting customers and making them feel welcome. Biggest area for improvement.-32. Maintenance- Pool perfect 85F and Hottub 102F. Room temp whatever I wanted to be. Hall temp 70F. Network 29Mbs up and down. Maintenance man more customer friendly than front desk- 53. House Keeping- did excellent job of cleaning. Rooms were still new smelling and clean.- 54. View- Had view of mountains that was excellent- 55. Room- Had excellent kitchen and adequate space. Restroom was a little on small side and end table for bed was way too small. The bed, since was new was too hard for me to sleep comfortably but in time think will wear in. Room had new hotel smell- 46. Room media- Had best TV I have seen in hundreds of hotel reviews. Lots of extra usb and power plugs- 57. Amenities- Excellet hottub and pool. Lots of beautiful sitting and meeting rooms in lobby Workout room was largest and best I have seen for a hotel this price. I guess pooling assets between Tru and Home2 Suites really pumped up the Amenities-58. Transportation- free parking- 59. Food- Only had breakfast but was very good- 4

The hotel provided a room with everything I needed (full size fridge, sink, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, dishes, dish soap and pods, sponge, paper towels, hot pads, kitchen towels and in bathroom shampoo conditioner lotion bar soap and bathroom towelsplus the gym is s amazing I love the filtered water dispenser across the hall and there is an ice machine in that location as well and the laundry wasnt to expensive $3.25 total for wash and dry, the pool and hot tub were wonderful, we enjoyed grilling out and setting at one of the many furnished patios or stoping by the lobby to play a game of pool or a board game in one of the comfy sitting areas or out on the 24th street patio you could play a game of chess.The breakfast was different all the time so many different choices from. Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, omelets (of many kinds), sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich or bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, oatmeal with fruit and other options, biscuits and gravy, toast, bagels, donuts, pancakes, waffles, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, cranberry juice, apple juice, orange juice, water, milk, coffee and thats just to name a few options.The staff was all friendly and accommodating I would definitely refer my friends and family to this location.Plus they really do love dogs and cats here.I loved my stay, wish I never had to leave.The only thing was they need bug zappers out on the patios.

This hotel is the best hotel ever. Stayed here for nearly 2 months. Great staff all the way around they treat you like family. The room and lobby very clean. Definitely a 5 star experience!!!

Hotel looked great, but there is definitely a learning curve for a new hotel. This was a treat for our family in the middle of a cross country trip, but really wasnt worth the extra expense for this hotel. A full kitchen and a good breakfast were missing. The rooms were spacious and clean. Wed probably save some money and stay elsewhere next time were in town.

Mediocre hotel experience. The placement, view and bones of this hotel are great, but my experience checking in was a little unsatisfactory. Waited probably 20 mins, and the check in host was not very friendly. Our experience with staff on check out and breakfast was a little better. Breakfast could be a little better, although the lounge and breakfast areas were both really comfortable and spacious.

The rooms are beautiful and clean and the prices are good, but they charge $75 per pet, which was not disclosed when we reserved the room. Also, the breakfast had no eggs or protein (no bacon or sausage). There was nothing my boyfriend could eat as it all had sugar on it or in it

The room is well setup and was clean other than the interior edges of the dishwasher (which can be easily missedand the glass on the window (worse than the attached picture). Aside from the aforementioned, the room was clean and well-stocked. The bathroom was smaller than expected but it was fine, no issues there. The bed was a good middle ground of firm and soft. Linens were clean and extra pillows and a blanket were kept in one of the cabinets.As for hospitality, I was left wanting. When we came in, the young woman at the desk didnt even spare us a glance. Instead, she spent her time entertaining the other young twenty-somethings at the pool table in the lounge area. It wasnt necessarily an issue as we had digitally checked in and had a digital key "card" (very convenient, mind you), but a little hospitality goes a long way in making a place feel welcoming and warm.The view from the 4th floor for the Home2 side is varied dependent on which direction your room faces. Unfortunately, our room was directly over the main entrance which left us with a view of the parking lot, a barbed wire fenced area just passed the lot, Union Station, and some industrial-looking buildings. Nothing spectacular by any means. If you have the chance to pick your room, choose an even number and/or double check if it faces the street (better viewor the parking lot.Sound-wise, it was relatively quiet for being so close to an attraction lined street. In the morning though, housekeeping is not very mindful of their loudness, or theyre just in too much of a rush. Dont expect to sleep past about 8 AM.

Great staff and amenities. We were treated very well. Rooms were clean and nice. Beds were comfortable. Nice location and easy to get to from the freeway.

This is a long list so bear with me. First of all I payed for a kitchenette suite. I payed for the suite but did not receive a kitchenette! I reserved the room 3 weeks in advance and was assured of receiving a room on the same floor as my daughters cheer team but that did not happen as the manager who took our teams reservation did not put the reservation into the system until the day we were supposed to be checking in! On top of this they over charged my card by 200 dollars and then when I confronted the desk about this over charge they called me a liar. I proved them wrong with my banking app so they had to correct it. But come morning time the motel charged my card again for 264.00 dollars! On top of this I had an employee talking horriblely about me after my plastic walmart bag ripped on the bottom and dropped a bottle on their floor. I immediately dropped to my knees and began picking the glass up bare handed! It took the employee almost 5minutes to come help and than she disappeared for another 5 and half of my team as well as other strangers let me know that she was venting her frustration by the elevators about me and my stupidity and who did I think I was?! In the end I never did receive a call back or an apology for this motels mistakes! I recommend going somewhere else! I expected so much better from a Hilton Hotel!

Best place to stay in town! Nicole helped me out a lot throughout my multiple extended stays. Damien was very helpful as well! The kitchenette was great for the months spent in town for work.

My wife lined it up so I’m not sure what we paid for the room but it was great. The location was the real value, perfect for walking Historic 25th Street. Bars, restaurants, shops and general people watching. 👀

Very nice new hotel with nice staff. Only downside was that the sound barrier between walls was not very good and for 2 nights we heard constant conversations in the room next door until after midnight. You can also hear some sounds from the floor above. Staff, the breakfast area, lounge and indoor pool/hot tub were great. The suites were perfect with thr kitchen. We wanted to cook and one of the staff, Tim, brought us a hot plate and pans. They also have Weber grills outside.

This is a great hotel. Well cared for and the people who work there are very accommodating and helpful with all your needs. We felt very welcome.I was very impressed with the general manager,Kerri. She was always available, very helpful and was very attentive to the hotel in general.Her attitude reflects in the whole property. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great clean rooms, very friendly staff. Nice new building that is cared for and it shows. Great gym, plenty of amenities inside, tons of snacks and drinks. I’d stay here again no question. Keep it up.

BEST HOTEL EVER! Amazing customer service! Two front representatives are incredibly nice! Super comfy and homey rooms. Best beds ever! The lounge area has tons of options, billiards table, tons of open seating, games and computers to use.Overall phenomenal service and stay.

This is the first time that weve stayed at Home2. Being a nearly brand new hotel, within the first month of opening, its been clean and everything is in functioning order. The only complaints is that its new and theyre still getting some of their processes down and some of their equipment like warmers for serving breakfast arent in yet.

Loved the hotel. It’s new so it’s super clean, very modern. Great view from my room- see attached pic. I loved the lounge area on the first floor. Pool table, games, all kinds of plugs for charging your electronics. Great gym, nice pool, cool out door lounge areas with fire pit. I would definitely stay here every time I travel to Salt Lake City or Ogden in the future.

We stayed overnight and had a great experience. Every employee we interacted with was helpful and friendly. Everything was very clean and well kept. We enjoyed the pool area and breakfast was decent. It was smaller than normal due to COVID, but they were really trying to provide a great breakfast. The only only downside was the noise from the street. We stayed on the north side and the occasional loud car was pretty noticable. Obviously, nothing anyone can do about it, but something to be aware of.

We’ve had our share of staying in hotels, and this is one of the nicest, cleanest and most convenient hotels we’ve stayed in so far. The location is great, Just a block from all downtown restaurants and shops. But what makes this stay awesome is the friendly staff :)

Justin the Front Desk Manager made mine and my sons experience amazing..from check in to check out! He was very informative, extremely friendly, full of knowledge, and made us feel right at home! As we are from the south....it was as close to "Southern Hospitality" as we could get in Utah! We stay at Hotels and Motels very frequently and I believe this is the first place that we have stayed since the pandemic began that ALL amenities were completely open or modified every so slightly...ie Breakfast Service. Really Nice Place and really nice people.
