BAIT AND SWITCH: BEWARE Terrible, I found the little property I was looking to retire on. I found it on-line, late on a Saturday evening. On Sunday morning I called the realtor and left a message at Richardsons Homestead Realty. They did call back to let me know the property they had listed for $45,000 and 6+ acres was already sold for $80,000. Caution!!! Call someone else. REALLY!! Realtor my butt. You dont list the property for half the price, sell it for double, and keep it listed to generate interest.
