We quickly needed a place to rent and Homestead took care of my family. Our home requirement list is long and they found us a nice place to stay. thank you, and we loving the new home.

Cynthia went above and beyond for our family, she even gave us free furniture knowing that we did not have much to begin with, she worked with us from start to finish and made sure we were happy, now living there 2 years, we wish we could stay longer! sadly, we have to go . thank you, Cynthia.

We tried to be in contact with Cynthia every day for weeks looking to get information on a place. She finally reached back out and sent us an application then when we sent it back, I called and emailed her back for days and weren’t given a response at all! We explained I was getting out of the Army and looking for a place FAST. She did EVERYTHING you’re not supposed to do in order to get some good renters. She is always “out of the office” until 3pm or so, then responds once, then takes days to reach back. IF she even does. I’d give 0 stars if it was an option. Luckily we found a better option and they were quick to take our money.

I was not allowed the opportunity to rent. I called, left messages and emailed, but never ever received any response from her.

No accommodations for pets...No parking spaces for their rental properties..very rude ..

Overall I really like this hotel. As you walk in the room has a good vibe and smells clean. The beds and pillows arent questionable like at other places. They normally have good breakfast and an activity in the afternoon. Right now (09/20they have many things broken and when we visited in March their indoor pool was also already broken. Stuff is friendly though and its nice in here. Very reasonable priced too.

I dont need to go ask my 25 mutual friends on FB anything, the fact that you went to look to see who I am I hope you seen I am child of God and that is why I am going to leave it at that! Now as far as the raiting your company that was a accident, but with your beautiful personality seems like it still would be a 1! I would share with all other hundreds of friends and our 25 mutual how awsome of a response you gave me and our wonderful encounter on a accident but it was not so awsome was it? Cynthia is vindictive and completely unprofessional.We have mounds of photographic, video, and audio proof of her fraudulently spending our security deposit. She stood up our carpet cleaners and then hired the most expensive in town.She worked our hourly housekeeper for 38 HOURS! Thats insane! The house had normal wear and tear, but it definitely didnt require a full work week to clean.Weve vented to friends and family about her and theyve willfully rated her at 1 star to help bring awareness and warning.This woman is BAD BEWS. If youre incoming military, I cannot stress enough to STAY AWAY.

Apparently you cant do paperwork or look up previous tenants any better then you can do anything else. This woman is bad news. BewareEven local businesses refuse to work with her. Plus the women doesnt even comprehend basic science & how fertilizer works.

Renting from Homestead Rentals and Cynthia Sowle was a joy compared to the other property in Leavenworth I rented at. We lived downtown close to Ft. Leavenworth so I only had a 5 minute drive (topsto my job and back home. Thanks Cynthia for a safe and up to date home for my family and I. Its a shame I can’t take you with me to be my families property manager, forever!

Found a nice place in Leavenworth for my daughter & I. we did have some issues with the basement due to the torrential downpours we had a few months back.. but the repairs were taken care of quickly and Cynthia took extra time to let us know when the contractors were coming in and out. Spent one year in an apartment owned by Homestead. The landlady was prompt and responsive on requests.
