This is the second time we have used Homestyle Roof Painters, again great service from the office to the guys who cleaned and then Jason who re-sprayed. It looks great, would not hesitate again to use these guys

Homestyle Roof Painters did an excellent job of restoring my 28 year old concrete tiled roof. It was a challenging job with a lot of moss, mould and lichen to clean as well as tiles to replace and repairs to be done. Ray and his roofing team were fantastic and even went the extra mile to do the timber work on the dutch gables which other roofers refused to do. The roof restoration is some of the best money I have ever spent on the house. I have received many compliments on it how modern it makes the house look. I had it painted in Monument replacing the tired, old and dated red colour. Helen and Sarah from the office were excellent at keeping me up to date and communicating when work would be done. The price was also great with Homestyle being $600 cheaper than another quote I received from the roofer who did my neighbour’s house. I have already recommended Homestyle to a friend who is looking to get her green roof transformed. The only drawback was the red dye from the roof did cause a mess with the windows. The Homestyle team did pressure clean the windows after the roof clean but I still needed to do some window cleaning myself to get all the powdery red residue off. The Homestyle team also cleaned the gutters with the pressure washer as part of the cleaning process. I highly recommend the hard working team. For price and quality, look no further than Homestyle.

I couldnt have got a better company to do our roof restoration, from getting the quote from Ray, which by the way was very reasonable, to making the phone call to Helen and getting the process started, it has been a breeze. We are very pleased with the roof restoration work completed by Homestyle Roof Painters. The whole process has been very professional from the initial contact through to the finished job clean up. All the staff were helpful and friendly and we were kept fully informed regarding progress. While there were some delays due to wind and rain we appreciated that the work was not rushed but paused until conditions were suitable. Even so the work was completed well within the original specified time. We are certainly happy that after considerable research and a number of quotes we chose this company.

Homestyle re coated our Colourbond roof, it was showing base coat through parts of the roof. Looks brand new now, once started the job was done quite quickly and efficiently by quite nice people.

These guys were very professional, great communication though out the process. Excellent quality. We had our high set property re pointed and painted. They replaced all of the damaged tiles, replacing more than they had expected, with no extra charge. Great Job, highly recommended.

Everyone in the team was fantastic from Ray who did my quote, Helen was amazing arranging dates and adjusting to changes of dates I requested and the boys who completed the job were very professional and cleaned up everything afterwards. From the very first phone call I made to Homestyle to the last, the service was always friendly and quite efficient. Their staff were incredibly courteous and took personal pride in their work. This included a team to clean and cap my roof and then another team to paint the entire roof. Even when I became stressed with a few issues, the crew were understanding and helpful . HRP did a great job removing 15 years of grime and lichens. They kept me informed as to when the work would be undertaken and kept to the timetable. They left the gutters, verandahs and yard clean and tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending them for your roof restoration.

After accepting a quote from elsewhere in mid 2020 it all fell through. So now where to start, I looked around and came across Homestyle Roof Painters. They came out to give me a quote which was roughly the same cost as the original one I had, very friendly and explained everything in detail, we moved forward from there. Helen kept me up to date all the way throughout the whole process. The weather caused a minor hold up but clearly communicated, the neighbours even commented how friendly the team was and offered to clean any of the dirty water that came off the roof, and there was plenty of it. Our experience couldnt have been better, from the first phone call, quote, follow up and work completed, both those who cleaned the house and also the team who completed the painting. Homestyle Roof painters were fantastic! They cleaned our roof, replaced screws and guttering and finished the job by painting in a traditional colour. Overall a great job!

The company rep came and gave me a comprehensive quote, no questions were a problem, everything was fully explained. He even took photos of the roof to show me what needed repair. After some days of consideration I asked him to come back and answer some more questions, he did so and nothing was too much trouble.The work began as arranged, my extensive garden was respected and there was no damage - I was very pleased - well done. They tidied up after the cleaning and made sure no water was lying around. There was no paint spilled or splashed anywhere, which was very much appreciated, since I have had a bad experience with a painter leaving quite a mess in the past.I would have no hesitation in recommending this company, everyone was friendly and things just worked as planned. I feel that I got good value for my money.

WOW, how easy was that! We had our tin roof cleaned and painted with a primer and a couple of top coats a few months ago. We purposely waited this long to see how it was going to weather. Requested a quote via their website spelling out what I wanted done. Was contacted next day and spoke to a nice lady who confirmed they could quote the job and followed up with a letter of introduction. Very impressive so far but then the guy came to quote. It was a Friday afternoon and it became clear he really didnt want to have to do this quote. He had rung me earlier and I suggested he arrive around 3:30pm to 4:00pm when my partner should get home from work traffic permitting. He rang me back at 3:25pm to say he was at my place and could see the garage roof from in front of the front gate (which is impossible to see from thereand then told me it was out of the scope of the work they do. I questioned him about that but he said they dont do it. I suggested he was wasting my time then as I had waited two weeks for this quote and then he had the tenacity to suggest we were wasting his time as my partner wasnt home yet. He seemed to think my partner should have a crystal ball or something and be able to tell in advance how bad the traffic would be. I told him not to bother and I would find someone else to quote instead. A deplorable service attitude! I wouldnt bother with this company if you dont want your time wasted!UPDATE: I sent an email of complaint to the company on a Sunday which was responded to early on the Monday. The Managing Director then also called me on the Monday to apologise for his staff members conduct and advised the staff member had been suspend from duty for a week. He offered to come out and quote the job but I declined the offer. He asked me to remove this post and I said I would think about removing or might update it. I decided to update it so readers can see that this company is serious about customer service and the actions they took when they received a complaint. Their actions were highly commendable. The Managing Director also said he would send me a $100 voucher for Hogs Breathe Cafe as an apology which I subsequently received in the mail. So whilst my initial experience with this company was very positive and then turned very negative, they have redeemed themselves substantially. If that is there approach to handling complaints, Im sure they would also perform high standard work and if they didnt, at least as a customer you would know any complaint you might make will be handled swiftly and effectively. Well done to them and I wish their business well.

I just had my tile roof repaired and painted. I can hardly believe the difference it has made to my house!! Somehow the whole house looks renewed. I am so happy with the entire experience, from my first contact with the company to the final result. I went to their home office near Caboolture to have a look at tile colours, because it is quite a big decision. The staff were all so helpful and reassuring. Had our roof repainted approx 5 years ago.To begin with the roof looked great. However......now looks terrible. Faded, peeling, original tile coming through all over roof.Company promoted 10 year Guarantee.Contacted Homestyle. Carl came out to look. He declared that the roof had faded and was faulty paint and not his problem. Take it up with the paint company.He emailed paint company on our behalf.No resolution happened.We contacted paint company. They advised as sign of good will they will provide paint at no charge. They were great to deal with.Contacted Carl to see who would be applying the paint.No response.Now have to pay another contractor to repaint.We have found another painter who has assessed the job. He has advised that our roof is the worst he has ever seen. He advises not correctly prepped and amount of paint used was not applied to correct sqm2.Would not recommend Homestyle.
