Excellent customer service from our initial inquiries up to the eventual holiday 15 months later.My daughter and I decided on a five stop holiday in USA and upon the advice of several friends chose to check out what Trainfinders had to offer. They were the most helpful and at least 25% cheaper than any other agency we had looked at, including our attempts to book it all ourselves.We were guided and had all our initial booking with the fabulous Anna, who I believe is now working in the Manchester location.We had top hotels, car and a few extras thrown in such as a trip to Alcatraz and New York tour bus passes and we were still well in budget.It was a once in a lifetime holiday for the two of us and we enjoyed every minute making our precious moments together and we had Trailfinders to thank for making it all so stress free and fantastic!Thank you Trailfinders!
