The pizza was very good. Well priced. Being new to the area, we didnt know where to go. We dont eat out much, however it was a nice treat! Stop in they have all kinds of delicious items on the menu other than pizza and you can take out or eat in!
I got the Mighty Meat Pizza. It had lots of meat and was very good. My wife got the Mac and Cheese with Cheesey Garlic Stix. She liked that. Kitchen was pumping out a lot of food including takeout. Place was clean. Waitresses seemed a little chaotic but friendly.
Food was great and the service was very good!!!! Our waitress was wonderful.
Great pizza and at a fair price fast
Food and service was great. Called ahead and everything was ready. Mac and cheese is bomb!!! So is mint pie π
Quality food. Fair pricing, great service.
We had chicken parm & mac n cheese. Everything was delicious. Took a piece of the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake home and it was yummy. Jess our waitress was wonderful to. Definitely recommend and definitely looking forward to going again π π
Food and service is excellent. Prices are very reasonable and the waitress was very personable quick, and efficient.
They have ALWAYS had the best pizza, bar-none!
Excellent Pizza and their loaded Cheese steaks are the best around!
This is our go to place when we want good food. My wife and I love their pepperoni, green peppers and onions pizza.
Best service, best food and I recommend their chicken parmesan and their white chocolate raspberry cheesecake. My husband had the shrimp basket it was excellent. We tipped the waitress and cook. That tells you how good it was. Awesome Awesomeππ
Awesome local pizza joint. Quality food and superior service.
Great pizza and service, they also included a discount for being a veteran without asking.
Great service staff and the best buffalo tenders basket Ive had. Not big on the pizza, but the other food is delicious!
I ordered take out including the prime rib special. The waitresses were very friendly and helpful and everything was great.. but I ordered boneless honey mustard wings and got mild boneless wings but didnt realize it until I got home. Ive always had a good experience with them so I will continue to come back and forget about this because they were still great wings!!
Good pie and nice dining space. A Montrose/ Susquehanna Co. PA Treasure. Eat there...you will want to come back.
Ordered special of the day chicken and biscuts EXCELLANT and plenty of it also nice helping of cabbage salad.Had cheese steak hogie last time in also excellent. Fast service and nice waitresses
Great food, friendly staff, comfortable environment.
The food is good..but literally every time I order out, they forget to give me something of my order...ridiculous. π
Service is always good, waitress very friendly oh and food was good.
I think their pizza is the best in Montrose. If you collect 10 proof of purchases (on the box, you can turn them in for a free pizza! Never had a problem with the service. Do have a problem with their containers...Unfortunately, none of the pizza joints in Montrose make a good salad ( a good salad would be organic spring mix and not icebergor responsible packaging ( they all use Styrofoam for packing wings, salad etc.)This town is stubbornly clinging to styrofoam containers, plastic bags, and other plastic wares. Our recycling center doesnβt recycle as much as it did when it was a new facility. People here need to become more aware. Every #1;2 plastic container without a neck , or #5; 6 container in our county goes into a landfill. Iβm probably the only person in the county who recycles every piece of styrofoam that I accept.
Decent food and pricing. Service is always quick. Nice stop for a burger or a slice.
Food was ok. Took 5 min for someone to realize I was there. After I received my food, the waitress never came to my table again. Not to see if everything was OK, didnt ask about a refill on my drink I never gave me my check.
Stopped in and had their pizza and wings, and their pizza has some of the best crust i have ever had. I dont know what recipe they have for dough, but it is top notch! Their wings were crisp and good and the staff was very friendly. Food came out quick and it was all delicious. Will definitely go back.
Recently I found myself with a surplus of time to kill, and no kids to have to supervise. As a parent of four, I rarely find myself in that situation. So, with my new found freedom, money in my pocket, and a powerful hunger, I opted to find something to eat. I wasnt sure where I was going to dine, but I knew for a fact, in no way shape or form would I go to eat at the Montrose McDonalds. Its not that Im not a fan of fast food, its that the Montrose McDonalds is a terrible place, and possibly a gateway to Hell.In my travels I stumbled across Hot Pies. I had passed it, who knows how many times, during my normal routine, since moving back to Montrose a year ago.Upon entering, I was somewhat reminded of Stables, the former business that subsided in the building. I think the memory of Stables flashed through my mind, only due to the fact that I had been there so many time in the past. I say that, because the interior, other than the shape of the floor plan, looked nothing like the dinner that operated there before. The interior was well kept, clean, and modern. Gone, were the old ladies that served you, and called you "hun ". The wait staff employed now consisted of two young women, one seemed to be a trainee. They were both polite enough, and seemed to be well dressed.I sat at the bar towards the far end of the establishment, opposite the entry way. The air-conditioned environment, and music selection were nice, not overly abrasive. The server attended to me very quickly, but not rushed. I ordered my drink, was given a menu, and was left alone to glance over the single sheet of laminated paper. The menu, honestly was nothing special, basic staple foods. Pizza, wings, sandwiches, fries, you get the picture. For once, I wasnt in a pizza mood, and after reviewing both sides of the menu I decided to go with a Crispy chicken BLT. With how warm the day was, I wanted something rather light, filling, but wouldnt leave me over stuffed. I figured for like eight bucks how big could this sandwich be.......I was wrong, that sandwich was massive. Man, when I heard the bell ring, and saw the server pull it off the window to the kitchen, I panicked a little, due to size of that monster. What Im saying is, it was a big sandwich. Big thick, piece of chicken breast, fried to perfection, crisp, cool, fresh tasting lettuce and tomatoes, bacon, bacon, bacon and bacon. All of this food was jammed between two standard hamburger type buns. Plus, there was a couple pickles and a bag of chips in the basket, but all that stuff was rather full, compared to this mammoth sandwich that I was served. It was a fantastic meal, but it was filling. Upon stepping out of the establishment, and returning to the heat I felt very sluggish and sleepy. I attempted to walk it off, but instead decided to find a shady spot to snooze it off while I digested. And, snooze it off I did.
Pretty poor service. Im not from the area and was there for business. I stopped and wasnt really greeted, but got more of a "what do you need". I asked if pizza was by the slice. Got a combo. It was boxed without asking if Id like to eat in. I was looking to eat somewhere before heading home. Ended up eating in my car.
Food and service is good. Best crispy wings in the area.
The Bacon Chicken Ranch pizza is to die for. Nice quaint place. Servers were not hounding every few minutes to see how everything was. Very good prices also. This place gets a number of people in for lunch. Many are local contractors and they know where good food is for a food price. This place also give those who serve a discount. I am happy to support places that support our troops. If I understood the sign correctly this looked liked it included police and EMS personnel. I will definitely come back here and enjoy the great tasting pizza. The other good pizza place in town might have some competition. Best of luck to you guys.
Awesome . The best food ever,,great service ..going back asap
They have a battle with oip next door but I do love the garlic options they have with a lot of the menu items. Garlic is awesome so makes me a fan for sure.
It was beyond my expectations. Best meal at a date night I have ever had. My grilled steak was amazing
Plastic plates and wax cups. Overwhelming smell of cleaning products and old grease. We were very hungry and in a rush so we stayed. We split a cheesesteak stromboli that was good but not delicious. The ghost of the Stables restaurant is still haunting this. Scarey.
We had a dozen wings and a specialty pizza... amazing! Great atmosphere and wonderful staff! Highly recommend!
Best food in town burger and fries were so good.π
I had buffalo shrimp. Nothing to write home about. Service was decent but there wasnt anyone else there so you would expect it to be quick.
Amazing service they were real busy the day we were there . Food was awesome very friendly people.
The food was good, unfortunately they were extremely busy and was not able to keep up , so the service really sucked,
The burger and fries were delicouse and the waitress was excellent berry polite
Decided to try some place new in town to have dinner with the family as we have never been here. Great food and service!
Excellent cheesesteak. Good service. Comfortable dining area. Also has a bar.
Little expense on toppings we love the pizza but only get cheese cause 5.00 a topping WAY TO HIGH we got a 25.00 pizza and 5 toppings MY TOPPINGS COST AS MUCH AS PI...I could have got a whole other pizza
The prices of their food are way too expensive and the pizza from the hot box is luke warm and dry also th employees in the kitchen are lazy qnd wait till last min to mak your food for pick up half the time.
Service and good was on the slow side while it was not busy really, only 5 tables had people.
Great food, very sweet courteous waitress. Food at table quick. Loved it.
Cold pizza called to complain they took my number but manager did not call me back. The wings were barely coated with any sauce the quality has gone down. Will not go back
If you long for the this crust of a Jersey pizza, Hot pies is the place to go. Casual dining eat in or take out. Friendly staff, fast and courteous
Great salads, mozzarella sticks and sandwiches. Atmosphere is very comfortable for dining and visiting.
Great wings and pizza. With friendly service and its a clean place also.
Pizza is just ok but better than the gas station. Lol. I have gotten food here a few times. For Montrose, its alright in comparison to the other close options.
