Hot Topic in Sussex County

We went for the big sale but this particular store had very limited stock and we didnt find anything we wanted.

Part of the Tanger Outlets the store is fairly clean and in good order. Staff were friendly/helpful. Nothing bad and nothing extraordinary.

If your area and want to waste time and wait in line for 20 minutes be my guest

I was so happy it didn’t have everything in the picture but has all the bt21 plushies well except the 3 I bought

The 5 stars are from my 11 year old granddaughter. She loves it here. Nothing really for grandma though.

It was a nice place great stuff to get for your partner and stuff if your a weeb I suggest to go there. The only thing that was sad is that they didnt have what I was looking for from old shows. But it was still nice.😍

I was doing a return for items that didnt fit right. I had the receipt and the items, and the employees offered to refund it and they said I could do an exchange if I wanted. they were very kind and helpful.

I have teens that love BTS and this is one of the few places to go to find that merch for your kids or even the metal head you need that perfect t-shirt for with their favorite band young or old. They carry a wide array of products from jewelry to wallets, pants, shirts, socks... u name it!

Found the shirt my stepson was dying for! He was so happy...priceless!

These people are amazing and so kind at this store, and extremely helpful!! They helped me so much with choosing stuff as well as taking things off when I bought too much, because the selection is also amazing and the deals are great too!

Was there shopping with my daughter and wife and was purchasing a few items and the girl stocking the funko shelf was rude and unprofessional before she put them out she made sure none of her other employees wanted to buy them 1st i was looking at the new pops she was bringing out and she looked at me and i said i was just looking and she was like thats creepy i was like how then she walked away and i asked a different lady if they were for sale and she said no not yet then as soon as i check out they put them on them up

I was in this location for the first time yesterday and the 2 girls that helped me were really great. I was confused about the sizes, lol. I left an item in the store and they had it put aside for me when I went back in today. I will definitely be going back to this store! Thank you for all of your help!

The staff is always friendly and easily chats with my 15 year old about everything she is interested in. We have been coming to this store for years and it is always a great experience.

Not too bad. They had awesome pop figures and a good variety of shirts. Its all about your own perspective, I do recommend checking it out.

This place is amazing! It has a huge selection of merchandise from a verity of bands, and even tv shows, like the office, stranger things, supernatural, Rick and Morty, and more! They seem to always have a sale going on, and they give you hot cash every time you order something. Hot cash is a coupon that you can use to get 15 dollars off of a 30 dollar or more purchase. This store also has pins, bookbags, and a lot more!

Prices and selection could have been alot better since it was in a Tanger Outlet. The employees were good though

Honestly Im not as into Hot Topic as much, but if you like it there it has a good selection and variety of stuff. And they definitely keep up with and enforce wearing masks inside.

To prevent Covid cooperate with them and makw the line outside , super nice store stocked and fast

The staff at this store are absolutely wonderful. Deborah Lothrop went out of her way to help resolve my issue and contact customer service. Had the best experience at this location. Online order got lost however the store put forth an excellent amount of effort to help me with this. Online customer service was not helpful at all, the store helped me resolve everything. The store associate Beth Gray was so pleasant and nice. These ladies deserve some recognition for all their help and kindness.

Clean store. Were greeted as soon as we walked in. When we picked up a sale item we were walked back over and shown that we could save more money and get free things.

This place always has deals happening and because its by the beach Ive found the stock cycles slower which is nice when i want something that the other stores are sold out of. Staff is nice too

This store carries a wide variety of pop culture items and accessories. However the space felt very tight amd cramped, around midday there were a fair amount of people in the store that added to the feeling of being a bit tight to move.

My children love coming here for the various fan gear that they have. Great customer service and so many cool items. Staff notify you of upcoming sales and specials.

Your average Hot Topic store with average Hot Topic fare and prices. Not much of an "outlet" as far as I am concerned, but if you need your overpriced, flamboyant teenage punk-goth-emo fix, this is still the place for it. Dont act like you werent sad when your favorite malls location shut down.

I love Hot Topic. The stores are always clean, well stocked and the service is always impeccable. I love this place, the prices are great the products are of good quality. No matter which Hot Topic store that I go into, the service, the the cleanliness and the quality of the products are always the same. They have great prices going on right now for the Christmas season.

Very helpful staff, two different people scoured the store for me finding treasures for my daughter. They bought our several suggestions they thought she would like. I found the store a bit pricey but overall a great experience. I would definitely recommend the store.

Loved the store the staff was singing along with me to the songs playing on the radio while they helped me find everything I needed for my son. I give this place a thumbs up....went in for a button came out with $100 worth of stuff.

I love this store. They have so much cool stuff (if youre into anime or video games or comics or goth stuff). The sales associates are always super friendly and helpful. The only reason for the 4 stars is they are pretty pricey and rarely have good sales.

As the mother of four, I shop in Hot Topic all the time and at various locations. I walked into this location in Rehoboth looking for a backpack for my daughter. The salesperson was so rude and disrespectful. She obviously hates her job and the people she serves. I will never shop at this location again.

Excellent staff and just like any other store in the outlets yes they can get very busy but they always try to check on everyone and make sure to sell their current promotions.

I love hot topic but this one really sucks. The only one in Delaware . Today the put a sign on the door saying back in 5 well I waited 20 min still not back.

Ok store with a decent selection of tees and band/tv/anime aparral my main issue is the employees who ask the same question 5 times then dont listen to what you say their body jewelry if you can call it jewelry is cheep metal they swear up and down is good and say is your fault if your peirceing turns green from it let alone its impossible to find the hours of operation as no one picks up the phone and they are not posted online so they only way to see if they are open is to drive to the store and look at their door for hours. Hot topic used to be a unique place where young adults came to find awesome stuff and now its filled with Disney and doctor who collectables downsizing the anime and band to have them compete with their limited marvel collection all while catering to theese preteen teeny bopers that really shouldnt be left in a store unsupervised. If it wasnt for there online store witch I shouldnt have to go to see what anime stuff they have but they dont have it in store for me to see

Best store for anyone! Love a band , tv show, anime etc that everyone think this is weird. Hot topic has a shirt, shoes, even underwear. And all of the alternative folk.FYI hot topic get more Doctor who stuff. I love Doctor who!!.
