Great hotel great staff

Lovely and comfortable with great staff.

Spent one night and found this hotel better than expected. Looks like they have revamped an old building. The room was well-appointed. Mattress was comfortable. Central AC was near silent and you could adjust the supplied temperature up or down a few degrees based on your preference. No problems with noise from outside or within the building. Location was nice to access town and obviously good if you are using the Guimarães train station.

Very good place, very good breakfast, internet is good overall a very good stay, clean and professional. Free parking either at the front or in the garage which is not common to have, so yes a good extra. Good level of noise at night also giving there is a road right infront but windows block most of it.

The room was spacious and service was always friendly without a layer of pretentiousness. My family of three enjoyed its stay. Restaurant was decent with couple of dishes to leave a memory. We did not manage to try the spa services, but selection seemed to be good.

All the mirrors in the room were dirty, shower glass dirty, hairs on the sink, it was like they never cleaned the bathroom after the last person! and the wifi was awful. Thank god we only stayed one night I wouldnt stay here again 🤮🤮

Breakfast could be a bit better but overall is great.

Hotel with good quality, very pleasant and calm atmosphere. Excellent to spend a few days of rest. Very good location, about 5 minutes walk from the historic center of Guimarães. Breakfast with great variety and very good quality. I really enjoyed.

Very prestigious hotel, was there for a conference and I have a photo of the view from the conference rooms. Highly recommended for big events!

Hotel rooms are nice, modern interior. Food was good. But the rooms on the street side are very loud even with closed windows. Which leads to short nights for some people.

Nice and friendly hotel located near the main train station. Clean Mid century styled rooms, pool, spa and delicious restaurant on the property. We love this hotel and always coming back :)

Weve had a good stay. Regular breakfast variety.A little more care for the details would be good:Carpets in the corridors on the room floors are not laid nicely.The corridors on the room floors have very low lights, very dark.Would have welcomed the possibility to be able to buy a snack at the reception or from a vending machine at late hours. We came back after midnight from a visit, the only option that was given us by the reception was to go to the Mc Donalds drive in.

Nice hotel. I stayed here in past. Staff is very helpful and polite to tourists and foreigners. For indian people get very fine breakfast but dinner limited option for indian vegetarian people.

Nice hotel. 4 star rated and meets that rating. Nice friendly staff. Large bedrooms and good facilities. 10 minute walk to town. Good car parking thats free. Recommend for business use and family friendly.

Good breakfast, nice rooms, friendly staff, but the spa is quite bad. Outdated, feels like a gym instead of a spa. Why the separate sauna and steam room for men and women? Makes no sense.

Excellent rooms. Shower was delightful. Walk to the town center was fast and easy. The town of Guimaraes is charming and full of life. Cannot speak highly enough of my time here!!

The rooms are really good, the normal prices are a bit too expensive but Im sure you can find a promotion somewhere. 10 mins going down to the city centre. The city is quite good for tourism, a lot of bars, restaurants open until late.
