Hotel Mahendra Plaza in Hardoi

We had a great birthday party of my friend there on the first floor restaurant.

Location good, rooms good rent is a bit expensive, restaurent not much good or say an average.Not much feel like sit in a good restaurent.

I dont stay in this hotel I have got a Mundan ceremony done here The rates were according to the plate in Mundan Ceremony, the food was good, the decoration was good, the service was average.There was only one drawback, these people were serving your sweet or ice cream late.

Service and food is not good

Not provided a better service and staff behaviour are no good rooms cleaning so poor,food utnensils cleaning is so bad, and charge more then services....as like "Unchi dukan feeka pakwan"

What a pathetic hotel...washroom pots are filthy... washbasins are broken, super oily food. These type of hits should be banned because of unhygienic conditions and substandard service at costly rates

Nice architecture that makes it a beautiful hotel. No proper parking area or lot so people park their vehicles roadside . Service is good with average food. No safety for your vehicle. plenty of dust and garbage Outside of the hotel.

I think so this is the one and only hotel which have OYO bookings in the city.Well It was a good experience there .......The plaza was well neat n clean and maintained......But I was not so satisfied by the food items which they served at their restaurant. Actually ... I dont find anything special or extraordinary tasty food items..... I think so they should work on it. Staff members are good in nature.

In my ring ceremony there was air conditioning in Hall was not working and my makeup n guest were troubled form this..n seconds time room was so bad ....that was like public toilet n service was very poor...waste of money n mood

Very low quality of food and hotel services also. Hotel staff very bed behaviour our guest. We have worst experience in all experiences.

Food was normal in taste.Whatever you expect from a good hotel, they remain incomplete after coming here.

Not satisfactory if I talk about service. Maybe rooms are good enough to stay there but only Rooms cant make the hotel perfect if it has restaurant service too.Warning: never put this plaza in the list of guest house for wedding purpose. You will get worst service at the time of function surely. staff members are full of manners except manager.

Now the food and kitchen is took over by the famous franchise of Royal Cafe. One of the best in taste, with a higher cost, but worth it.

They charged 1500 rs for decoration its totally worthless I suggest dont pay for decoration they decorated 8 to 10 balloons only in 1500 hundred and services very slow.

Good place ,location .But the worst thing is delayed service. Often theirs AC will not work

It was the most poorest stay.They charge you like anything and giving no service.Owner is Mr Ashish who is busy in his own work.Even his own cabin is full of dust.They have appointed a General Manager Mr Krishna who works like peon .They messed up all the things.There other staff keep smiling and saying nothing in our hand.They serve morning food in evening.There toilet sheets are full of rust.For Towels and Soap you have to remind them multiple times.They dont provide water bottles with room.Breakfast is outsourced from hawkers.In 800 Rs buffet they give you low quality plastic spoon to eat.Hygiene is major issue.So much mismanagement I have never ever seen in this world.

Our family members marriage function organised in this hotel but poor maintenance and lack of cleanliness faced. Pathetic condition of food service spoiled the mood of ceremony. Building and infrastructure looks great but event management is disappointing.

Room service is slow. Rooms not maintained properly. Just facet looks good else everything is worse. You can go to Siddharth Palace here, its much more maintained for se budget.

Its not too bad to stay here.. but billing system is very poor. Service is not so good.

Poor service... Staff does not know where the rooms are... No pest control hired... Dirty rooms... No proper drainage in washrooms(each and every)... Mosquitos, spiders, lizards roam inside the room... Cheery on the top... Every morning at 5:00 someone shuts your AC down from external MCBs (a very good way to wake the guests)... Really bad place to stay... Many other better options available...
