Hotel Sagar is known name in hospitality in Bikaner. Situated at forefront of Lalgarh compounds , it has a blend of old world charm and modernity. Staff was courteous and welcoming. Owners manage the hotel themselves and make sure guests having a good time. Breakfast spread was limited but good. Do try their cheese omelette.PS-Book super deluxe or suites for better experience.

Awesome delight to experience the heritage set up of this hotel. Loved the place like anything.

No maintenance at all. Pretty old hotel and close to the bus station. Quilts are soiled, Issues with power, AC issues, etc. Have changed room after reaching out to reception multiple times due to various issues. Changed room has rat 🐀 as one of the occupant. Not satisfied with the stay

Fairly good place. Restaurant served us good food for lunch. While quality was good quantity is too less for the price they charge.

Worst hotel i have ever stayed. Never seen such arrogant and rude staff at a hotel. When asked for water in the morning they keep you waiting for 30 mins siting the restaurant is closed. Poor house keeping services. You open windows of your room in ground floor you see the store room with rusted metals kept, effectively no windows.

Overall a good stay but wont call it excellent.The place has awesome architecture, and this can be one of the biggest attractions of the city. The maintenance and quality of rooms plus add ons is where they lag a bit.Lots of construction work in adjoining building leading to dust in the rooms, if you keep them open. The quality of bathroom and toiletries does not match the royal look and feel of the place.Food service is not so good, and the breakfast buffet is also very limited. Food quality is just about ok.Recommended to stay once to appreciate and acknowledge the beautiful architecture!

I have a worst experience for one day stay in this hotel. In reception they even bother about the guests. Very arrogant behaviour. Hotel staff doesnt know how to behave good with guest. Rooms are too durty. Toilets were having foul smell and literally I had a war with water tap to open it.This property looks awesome from out side but not actually even good at all when entered into room.Food quality is too bad. They offered fixed thali which was really bad and very spicy. I will never recommend anyone to stay over here. Even I have already put complaint to the travel agency as well as my organization for not recommeding further anyone.

A great stay but one thing that can be improved is we need some windows and lights to get to know its time to wake up. Rooms and design is inspired from the Bikaner Fort. Good for photoshoots

I have been here for like one month. Staff here is very friendly. Their service is too good. The food was very good. Their rooms will give you a luxury feel.

Lovely food and snacks. Only a few places where I cant complain about any dish. Hats off to chefs and service is also fast. Polite staff and the embience gives a special touch to your experience.

Rooms are okey but Toilet was too dirty. Shower not working .Towell and Rajai covers were stinky.Breakfast Crockery was also not up to the mark.Location is very good and with little upkeep in the maintainance they can improve the overall experience for guests.

Room r small n hotel is not being kept tidy n clean although hotel is ok for stay.management is adviced to take proper care for cleaning

The hotel is in the Bikaner city. Rooms are good. Dining area is beautiful. Overall campus is so beautiful. However, the behaviour of the staff is not good. The dont know how to greet their guests. Even the room service was not up to the mark.I request the management to look into these issues.I would rate 3 stars out of 5 just because of the beautiful ambience.

the ambience and location are great.. plus the architecture and interior of the hotel are palace like. also at affordable price rooms are available. the complimentary breakfast spread is sufficient and satisfactory. food is tasty.. its away from city bustle so its great.

I was on a business trip and chose this place for my stay. It is a beautiful property built in heritage style. Rooms are neat and spacious. They also serve breakfast buffet which was descent and there were enough options.

The hotel is good but not kept clean as seems royal suite rarely used. We had good ac, comfy bed, but lack following dusty tea cups, broken furnitures, had to call frequently for water, toiletories, etc, food was very good. Overall good experience but not wow.
