Ive been getting my nails done by Cassie for a few years now. Cassie is an amazing nail tech! The Salon always has the best products. The owner Deena is always pleasant and knowledgeable about her products. I recently bought some flutter habit lashes and they have been amazing!

Sharla is an awesome nail tech. They always have unique items for sale. They also offer refills on even the small shampoo and conditioner. Love this place.

Terriescha does the best lashes! Ive been getting them done for the past 7 years, and the last two sets shes done are the best Ive ever had. I highly recommend her. Very relaxing and professional environment.

Every time I’m there, the employees are outside smoking and playing on their phones. The employees left inside always act like it’s an inconvenience that you’re there. I will not be coming back.

My wife went to Hailey Williams for her nails and this lady’s attitude was seriously unreal. Plus she left her nails all chunky and thick. She was just complaining the entire time about having to be there. Poor customer service overall and can’t do her job to save her life. I understand having a bad day or an off day but she was seriously the worst

I get my eyelashes filled by Jade and she is absolutely wonderful!! My eyelashes stay on for so long and she knows exactly how i like them! She’s so fun and bubbly and i always enjoying coming in to relax and talk. 10/10 :)

Every time Im in here the customer experience is so poor! I was looking at nail products trying to strike up a conversation with the desk lady and she brushed me off several times as if it was a burden to talk to me?! Its not a welcoming environment. Ive been in this store many times and today was the worst experience yet! I only gave 1 star because 0 wasnt an option. If you want quality service go elsewhere.

Good prices, comfortable atmosphere, I can always find what I need. I gave 4 stars because I wish there were more nail items for sale, such as lamps or starter kits.

Kim Monroe is the absolute best at gel nails. Love this place they have all been pretty friendly when I go in.

Very poor customer service. You don’t feel welcome. The gel that one of the ladies sold me was used and she was so rude I didn’t bother going back to complain and fix it. No greeting when you walk in. Every time I come in, everyone looks miserable and unhappy to be there.

HATE coming in here. Staff are ALWAYS rude to me. Spend your money elsewhere!!

I was upset to find out that your best nail tech, Molly, started working from home. She was the reason i went there in the first place. I was also very angry to hear the other girls talk poorly of the owner and their clients that frequent there. And the only reason this place is getting one star is because there isnt an option for 0. That is why i wont be returning.

I had went and seen Mychelle. First time in this salon, fist time get gel nails. I did enjoy it. I like the way my nails came out. the staff were all very friendly to the customers and each other.
