My family’s recent RV purchase was fabulous! We were able to walk through several models at our pace with zero pressure. We confirmed our selection, applied for financing online at the HPS site, and scheduled a pick up date with Tim. Tim was great checking in with text messages and made the pick up day seamless. He answered our questions and ensured we were happy with our walkthrough. Great experience!

The people at HPS were great to work with. Tim set me up with a incoming machine. I got the call when it came in and made the 100+ mile trip to pick it up. When I got there paperwork is all ready literally took 10 minutes for signatures and to go over the extended warranty. Then all thats left is go over the machine and features. Thanks Tim for going in on your day off to finish the sale.

Wow! I rented a utv and they recommended that I go to a specific track, I drove there, and that track was just something else, with the high performance utv, we drove through the forest, in puddles, between the trees, and many more existing things on that track, and obviously all credits to the most awesome utv Ive ever had!

We rented a side by side this weekend. They were very friendly and helpful. They dropped it off and took the time to explain everything to us. The family had a great time using it all weekend. Thank you!

We rented a SXS from Houlton Powersports for the weekend and had a very good experience with this place. The whole staff was pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend going to Houlton Powersports if you are looking to rent or purchase off road equipment.

I only got propane here, but the staff was great and it was fun to look at all the bikes and ATVs

Called for an estimate on a service. Talked about worried of dropping debris and dirt in my engine if taking top end off. How about keeping the environment clean, and being careful about what is around the work space.

Tim was wonderful, full of knowledge, and very friendly. We had purchased online and our machine was waiting for us when we arrived to pick it up. He was able to help us with everything and we got a discount on some accessories. Mark had all of our paperwork ready and we were in and out very quickly. Will do business with them again.

HPS made the experience of buying my first ATV simple from start to finish. The whole team was great especially Austin who answered my many questions as this was the first ATV I have bought!

Your salesman Austin was outstanding, in fact he is the reason that we came and decided to purchase there. The financing department is less than to be desired not quite sure they pull their fair share of weight. Good thing you have outstanding salesman to compensate for that lack in your team or you would have lost a sale yesterday.

I live 2 hours from the dealership and did a lot of the leg work via phone ahead of time to line up financing, terms of the trade, and agreed upon sale. Once I arrived at the store, everything took less than an hour and half to finalize. Very helpful and responsive sales staff as well as parts/service department.

Purchased a Skidoo from Tim. Seamless purchase straightforward pricing! Tim went over sled with me and did full walk around. Houlton PS has always treated me well 2nd sled purchased over the years.

Repair was wrong twice, tried to trade but they decreased offer by 2000 which i turned down i guess only to prolong that they hadnt repaired my rzr yet which was wrong a third time.

My son was just there for a service on his ATV and could not be more happy with the customer service from Alan and Aaron. They were extremely friendly and very helpful and went out of there way to provide a great customer experience. Will definitely be coming back!

I have dealt with Tim at Houlton Power Sports on several occasions and that is why I am a return customer. I live over a hundred miles from Houlton but choose HPS over the closer compilation. Highly recommend.

I still can’t believe how very friendly and trusting Tim was when I showed up asking questions and looking for a new ATV. He gave us his undivided attention and by the end of the visit I left with one new atv and two others on order! Tim even rounded up a shop trailer, his own Reese hitch and loaded our new wheeler onto the trailer and secured it. In less than an hour from walking in the door to “just look” we left with our new atv as very satisfied customers! I’m in absolute shock at how wonderful Tim was! We’ve never had customer service like that before! Ever! He treated us like a trusted friend and didn’t pressure us at all. Austin was the gentlemen that sold me my Kawasaki Krx. The great thing about Austin was the communication we had and everything was taken care by him. I will be sending my friends to Houlton Power Sports for there next riding experience, they should ask for Austin

My sled broke down on a trip up north. Not wanting to go home while the trails were still great we went to Houlton Power Sports to look for a new sled. They didnt have the brand new sled I was looking for but Austin Woods, my salesman pointed me towards a 22 Polaris XCR 850 128 that was part of their rental fleet. Long story short, the sled is awesome, they performed a thorough service on it and the trip up north was saved. My thanks to Austin and the team at HPS definitely a great place to do business.

Austin was very wonderful to deal with. He was more than exceptional. Had all the answers to every question and was just as excited as we were with our snowmobile purchases. Very polite, friendly, and funny. Even offered for us to bring the sleds back and he would help make any adjustments we wanted. We will be back for future purchases.

3.5 years back an forth for parts advice etc picked up a used Honda VTX1800 AS WELL. GOOD PEOPLE. Not cutthroat sales like a lot of places. Great atmosphere outstanding selection of powers ports. Sleds quads bikes and more

Just completed a 2,217 mile week in Maine. Started off the week with buying Comunications devices with John who helped with the instal and connection of said devices. To say the least, this guy has more patience then god himself!! Half way through had an issue with my snowmobile and the rear axel loosening up and all components in that area being destroyed. A quick phone call to Allen and he said bring it right in and will do what we can. Within 10 minutes of getting it off the trailer, Allen and Kyle along with other service team members had it in the shop and apart and found out what the issue was. At this time Rachel was taking pictures and submitting them to BRP Warranty team. Nearly all the parts for a fix to get me back on the trail were in stock and they were able to rig it up in less then an hr. Rode nearly 900 miles after the fix without a flaw. Received a call today that they got all the components covered under warranty. I can’t say enough good things about this dealer and the people who work there. Thank you guys for everything. People like you make the “speed bumps” in the sport much more enjoyable!!

My sled had broken done and we brought it here and two days later they say its fixed, when driving it home it broke down again with the same issue . They fixed it a second time and guess what happened it broke down with the same problem. So did they ever fix it my guess is no. Luckily it was under warranty so we didnt have to pay anything . I will not shop there or have anything fixed in this place. I do not recommend this place for anything.

We are new to snowmobiling and wanted to rent to try it out. The staff at Houlton Powersports we great, especially Nelle. Nelle provided us all the information and support needed for a great experience. The machines we rented were new and in great shape. We will definitely be back to next year.

We had a great time on our grand touring snow sled! Ended up renting for two days instead of one. Comfy ride through great trails. Everyone at HPS is also friendly and helpful. Nelle gave us a trail map and a card with emergency numbers. HPS is really a great place for rentals, sales and accessories. They are the first place we go to for all our outdoor activities.

Houlton Motor Sports is a phenomenal place to go! I moved here about two years ago after retiring from military. I wanted to buy an ATV and Walked in there and felt like I created a new family. Everybody was really friendly, super knowledgeable, Very professional and it was Overall a 10 out of 10 experience. I worked with Austin and he answered every question I had. What I really appreciated was his patience with my billion questions on the decision to purchase 2 ATVs. Austin took the time to ask me questions about me and my family which led to me making the perfect purchase of the right ATVs. What also really impressed me was that Austin stayed in touch with me after the sale to see how I was enjoying my purchases and he also gave me some great insight on new trails I could ride. I will be buying a trailer this spring (2022and you bet I sure will be going to HMS and speaking with Austin . Also, I have to give the whole team props for dealing with my crazy kiddos running around the showroom !!! Great place for family !!!

This was pretty much my first time with todays technology in clothing and the young lady was kind enough to show me all levels from least expensive to high end in jackets, bibs, boots, gloves, and helmets. Because of my job, I could not get there till after 5pm, and they would stay a little longer then their closing time to explain things.I also ordered a cover for my sled and the gentleman who took my order also went through and explained the different levels of covers.My point being Houlton Powersports care that you get what you want.
