When repairs are needed they are generally done quickly. There is one maintenance issue that needs to be done but they are working on getting it done. The men who come are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They have added a rent pay online option which is very helpful. When I have questions and leave a message they get back with me within 24 hours. I have been in Senior Housing for several years and I am grateful for the way they assist us.

The secretaries are very nice, on the phone and in person.I have had a few specialists and they are very helpful.The man that does the inspections is awesome Some were nicer than others but what made the big difference was when they got rid of the manager or what ever she was called. She made coming there miserable and her classes were just one put down after another. She should never be in charge of anything. However since she is gone every one seems to be in a better mood. This was years ago. I don’t mind popping in or calling. I am disabled and now they treat me fine.

This Agency has really gone down to the dumps over the last year. They have no leadership or anyone who knows what they are doing. Every time I call to get a Manager I am told that is not possible. The person on the phone is always so rude and condescending.I ask for a manager and she tells me they have a new Section 8 manager name "Jill and she is too busy to talk. I have worked with Jill in the past and all I can say is that this agency is in trouble because she is very incompetent.

This place is a joke they need to pull their heads out and help the people that really need help... They took my housing away for not communicating with the property that I was living at then they addvicted me for no reason they dont care if it r going to be on the streets. As long as they have there fake eyelashes, their designer jeans, oh and dont forget their high heels they r all good and nobody else matters (BRENDA)
