Hugenot estates is the most filty place I have ever been ..the money people spend to live there is terrible staff and hire up ups take advantage of the elderly and disabled..I advise no one to move or look at property... Management is a joke...and a rip off....they will have a law suit coming ...I promise that !!!! Yours truly...s.c

This place sucks. Been here for 9 years.i own my own home. They raise the rent every year. My septic is backing up in My house. And I call and the park manager says she cant do wanting until morning. I have 2 young kids and an elderly person in my house we cant wait until morning to use the bathroom. Buyers or renters beware!!! And if you rent from them,its even worse.

I moved into a home that was full of animal feces. I was promised the world, fell through the floor, and when I complained about the safety I was given 30 days to vacate. Im a single, disabled Mother. What a great place.

Vanessa,We have researched your concerns and comments and take your remarks seriously. At times, the water service requires repairs and we must follow the necessary steps to complete those repairs. It was also noted that your bushes and shrubs were not being maintained. Therefore it was deemed necessary by Management to intervene and trim the shrubs. Renters beware!!!!My mom and step dad have had nothing but problem after problem since they moved into their trailor. The floors are caving in and management dont want to fix them. Their has been water leak after water leak. Than their was no heat for weeks. So my mom was sick for over a month. Think before you move here. You get no where with management unless you own your trailor. Dont ever rent from them. Cause you will have a head ache after head ache. Its been a nightmare for them these last 3 months.
