While traveling from out of state we encountered a tire problem. Service manager Nick Williams resolved the problem promptly & with courtesy. His knowledge & attention to detail was such a relief and we were able to continue our travels feeling assured that we could be safely on our way. Worst service department around. The communication is horrible. Service writers wont call and update you, wont answer the department phone half of the time, just generally do not care about their job.
Response to response:So first of all my husband added antifreeze to truck before appt and I watched him so, no dent before coming to you. Also who charges $107.50 for just oil, $17.72 for filter, $24.25 for labor, plus shop supplies and then tax.You are taking advantage of people. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! First of all, never been charged $162 for a single desiel oil change with no other service. WHAT?? Also got a new dent and scrape on hood, so thanks for NOT manning up and taking responsibility, hoping I wouldnt notice maybe? BEWARE, DONT GO HERE!!
Service department is just Awful. Bought a new car there about 2 months ago and wish I would have bought it else where just because of the service department. Missed out on the 1st free oil change because they dont work with you to get a simple 15 minute oil change done(wanted me to schedule a appointment a week out for what takes 15 but for some reason. The service depo manager says it takes them a hour. really wow). BTW I took it to a local shop and they knocked it with no issue. So then a couple weeks go by and I notice one of the tires isnt holding air so I bit the bullet (since I did pay for the extended warrantyand bravely go back there (just knowing in the back of my head ill be walking away with nothing getting doneto get the tire looked at, and what do you know Im told "well youll need to make an appointment for that". So now they show they could careless if your tire goes flat and something happens while your driving because they cant fit you in for anther job that takes 15 minutes. Ive heard stories from others about this service center and they werent good. I drive 300-400 miles a day with a fluctuating schedule that makes it really hard to make an appointment for 15 minute service tasks. New management in service center Hulett would be a good thing for the shop.
They did a great job rotating my tires but then forgot I was in the waiting area so I sat there for 1/2 hour after my tires were done.
Hulett’s provides quality service in a timely manner.
I spend my summers at the lake and my Cadillac Escalade through a check engine light- not wanting to drive back to stl for service I called these guys- they got me in, handled the warranty claim, got me in a loaner, and handled everything perfectly. My service advisor Matt kept me updated through the process and took excellent care of me- I only WISH our Cadillac dealer was as nice as these guys. The dealership isn’t much on frills but you can tell they take excellent care of their clients and they didn’t try to up sell me on stuff that wasn’t needed. If my truck needs service when im at the lake it will definitely be coming back to these guys. In a time where customer service seems to be tossed out the window it’s nice to find a dealer that still “ gets it”
Way to long to change oil with an appointment. For the second time (1-1/2 Hrsand didn’t even wash it it. Will not have oil changed there again.
Incredibly friendly, fair, and easy going staff. John was out salesman and he was wonderful. Also big thanks to Eric George on the staff! Would definitely buy another car from them!
Called at 10am on a Saturday, asking for carfax to be emailed to me on a car I was interested in by Jeremy. Said he would. An hour later called back asking for it again, said he would be reminded by another salesman. 12:45 rolls around, phone just rings and rings, gues they dont want my business. Not impressed by their service or their high starting prices. Also lied about how long they had a car.
Looking for 2022 Chevy traverse, black exterior, leather heated seats, heated steering wheel. I have 2017 Volt to trade 70,000. miles. One owner me to trade in. You have done all service on it. Huletts collision repair shop did a great job. Hope we dont need them in the future but would highly recommend them!

Im very glad that I chose to buy from Hulett. Carey is an amazing guy, and took time to listen to what I was looking for. He also helped when I needed to trade my car in. They are welcoming no matter how many times you come in while shopping around and services.

Service department is the biggest waste of time. This is our second time sending a car there with the issue not being resolved. This time we had to have a vehicle reflashed there is was a 05 Colorado. Made a appointment sent my wife there (a 45 min drivefor her to wait and them to say oh our computer won’t go that far back….if I could give them zero stars I would biggest waste of time….
Their Dealership in Camdenton is one of the best around. I just purchased a Chevy Silverado 1500 LT Crew Cab 4X4- Tungsten Metalic!! The color I have always wanted! Jon was my sales guy and he is AWESOME!! First Class.. Thanks to the financing department for working with me since I am a self employed carpenter and getting a business established in Missouri! I love the Missouri Lake Life! 5 Stars for sure!

I went in a wk ago, with a friend, "just" to test drive a Chevy Equinox. My salesperson was Cary, not pushy & down to earth. Approximately 6 hrs later I had traded in my 2008 Mercury Milan & drove away with a 2021 Equinox! Absolutely Love my new car!!
Service personnel helped me schedule a time for my car to be serviced prior to a trip to Texas. The work was completed in a very short time. Their customer service is wonderful. Make you feel like part of their family.
I bought a used GMC, trading in 2 vehicles and now that its been a few weeks, I blew it. Charged too much and the car taxes, I wish I would have known, $500 was much more then I can really afford and now I have 1 car, paying for "3"! Not really happy!! The seats dont lay flat and it does cause me problems! I am a woman alone and feel as thought I have been taken advantage of!After they reply: 03.24.2021 You should know how to reach out to me, if you really care about my happiness, you will reach out to me. I bet they dont.
Had a recall thy got the part order and put in my avalanche a few days later when thy put it in was finished with it in less then a hour will be doin more business with them
Very fast service and very professional!! Clean waiting area with free WiFi while you wait. Fresh coffee and fresh smiles! Also they have a charging station so you can plug your cell phone in without worrying about anyone else not being able to plug theirs in and the guys will come to you and explain what’s going with your vehicle in detail and show you what’s going on with your car and they don’t price gouge you to death so they could make a few hundred extra dollars off of you especially if you’re not well educated in vehicle repair or speak mechanic lingo. Every experience is different with every person but I highly recommend these guys and if you’re not satisfied then you didn’t ask the questions you needed answered.
Just wanted to update on the front end hood replacement that was done at hulett hood looks bad no shine and has a haze on the hood bad took it back to them and they said it looks fine looks bad haze wont shine like rest of equinox. My new rating is 1 star
Warning - do not make a service appointment online!!! I found out that the online appointments "dont always work" the hard way. I took off from work to get new tires and an oil change only the find out they had never received the appointment. The service people pointed out that they call to confirm the appointment IF they receive it. Now you know. Too bad, so sad for me.
I have going to this dealer for about 2 years since moving down to the lake for service work. I have found them to be friendly and the work was done in a very professional manner.Good people to do business with.
Great buying experience and follow-up service. My daughter bought a car here, dealership did an amazing job preparing car and working with her on the sale (thanks Shane!). About a month after the purchase, the car needed some minor engine maintenance. They didn’t hesitate to cover the cost of the work and get her back on the road. First class organization!
This was a first for buying mostly electronically. Shane did a great job as the circumstances were a bit unusual. They brought the car to me about an hour away. The car was just as nice as it looked on the internet . Couldn’t be more pleased !
Very shady dealership. Ryan hulett bought my car from me as is, with a check engine light on. He drove it 3 hours to his dealership he then called and said that we sold him a car thats not running right. After signing a bill of sale and taking my car he proceeded to return the car to my house without telling me or even knocking on the door. Very shady dealership wouldnt recommend anyone even setting foot in this place. They will RIP you off and leave you high and dry
Compete rip off. I advise trying anywhere else. Charged $3,000 and gave vehicle back still broken. I had to bring my vehicle to another mechanic who is thoroughly disgusted with their work and fix my vehicle after another $2000. They lie to get your money. Literally worse experience I have ever had with a dealer.
John Sutton was great. We had been looking for almost three years for a newer car. We told him what we were looking for and whenever something fitting our wants or was close came in he would call us. He found us our newer car and got us a good deal on it as well.
Everyone is great from shane to the financial manger who got us into a truck my wife loves and wont even let me drive lol she loves it thanks guys 4real WE WILL BE BACK
You cant trust them. Last year, they talked me out of a lease, convincing me to buy the car instead because of how cheap they were going to sell it to me. They told me that I would never be upside down on it, a concern I expressed because of past experiences. Now, I am several thousand dollars upside down. Hulett themselves wont even offer me within $3,000 of what I owe, even after their promise. You cant trust them, and they wont make it right.

To be completely honest, I only gave this review 1 star because zero isnt an option. While I will give Hulett that their staff is "friendly", Ive never been this disappointed with a dealer. I wanted to buy a car that was listed online on the website, I called to make sure it was still there before I went, I test drove the car, and started the finance process. I was already pre-approved for a loan at my bank and the dealer sent over the paperwork. My bank called me to let me know that they could not approve the loan, as the car wasnt being sold by a dealer, even though it was listed on the Hulett website. The salesman had lied to me. He was selling his wifes car privately, yet using the dealers website. I confronted him about the lie and he pushed me off onto someone else at the dealer who could not help me because he was not allowed to sell the car, as it was not the dealers car. This is an awful way for a dealer to conduct business and they lost a sale because I will no longer due business with them.
Engine check light came on on way to town, stopped by Hulett to have checked. Took car right in and mechanic had it for about 3 hours so they gave us a loaner to do our chores in town. They could not find anything wrong, had a couple of codes but when cleared it test drove fine according to the mechanic. Very pleased with the prompt and professional service.
We stopped in to see what the had in pre-owned vehicles and bought exactly what we were looking for! Shane was honest and up-front, I felt comfortable and confident with the entire process. Thanks for a great buying experience.
Had problems with our vehicle on the first day of our vacation but they were able to get me in the very next day. Very nice dealership and everyone was very professional. I believe a woman named Carol called me the next day to make sure everything was ok which I really appreciated and to me very professional.
