Ive never had any issues with my accounts however my son he had a CD to cash out and I am power of attorney because hes deployed. I was told to bring my power of attorney paperwork in and we could take care of it but when I got there Jake picked apart everything and told me it wasnt sufficient. It was the very same power of attorney that the bank or told us to get a year before . There was only a window of about 10 days to get this done and he said Gina the manager would call me. Its been 3 months and Im still waiting for a phone call. Ive been a customer for years this is very disappointing. If you have Investments take them elsewhere. The Cheviot Branch helped me that very same day without any problems and didnt treat me like I was trying to pull some kind of stunt
This company is a joke. Over an hour hold times each time calling customer service. They cant complete a simple task such as a name change. No one in the title or loan division has a clue how to do their job. All they care about is the payment and they could care less about the customer service. I would never recommend this bank to anyone ... ever.
Im not a Huntington Bank customer but I have cashed checks over the years numerous times and still not been a Huntington Bank customer today I drove all the way over there to cash a check I gave the lady my drivers license I was polite she said I need two forms of ID so I gave her all three of my bank cards and I gave her my birth certificate which I have wallet-sized and she told me that she couldnt accept any of those that I had to have a Social Security card or a regular credit card something that doesnt say debit because theres information on those cards that they need now I have done many many many field service work jobs in Banks your social security card has nothing on it that is any different than me writing down my social security number on a piece of paper aside from the actual paper its printed on but theres no information on it other than that and a credit card is the same exact thing as my debit card except it doesnt say debit theres no other information on there than that. now I know this is what this girl had to say and Im not mad at the girl you know she has to say what they say that she has to say however I am going to tell you this right off the bat if that is in fact their company policy and it may be that they have they have to have that then they have ensured that they will never have my business at all ever
I had my baby with me and it was pouring rain by the time the guy bank teller grabbed a umbrella and offered to watch me to my car so we didnt get wet! I love my delhi branch always so friendly and professional!!!
Well for one, they are slow to update the balance and I accidentally overdrew my account due to thinking I had more in there than what I did (understand thats my faultbut where their fault came in is where they charged me 9 times for a $35 overdraft fee. 9 TIMES!!! Nobody could help me and I had to pay hundreds of dollars back for nothing. Secondly, the biggest issue is the bank teller put my $2,800 deposit into someone elses account (the lady in front of me in lineand then gave me the ladys ID. Then customer service told me they couldnt do anything until next day because the bank was now closed. This bank is so unprofessional and I will definitely be switching banks. This is the worst service I have ever received. Im hoping I get MY MONEY back tomorrow so I can officially close my account with Huntington.
I have banked here since they were Charter Oak, I love this bank and how they actually have some rules to protect someone from getting your money with stolen check, etc.. I hate to see reviews with folks mad because they need I.D. , etc.all banks do this now.I had Rich Jones in Delhi do a money transfer and it was seamless, we had to do whole thing through the drive thru with covid-19 outbreak. Best customer service and I love the personal attention. All the tellers are helpful, and their just following protocol when asking for IDs to cash check. Thanks Huntington!!

Literally holding money that cleared over a week before, claiming checks that have CLEARED are fraudulent. When we went in to ask how to get the hold lifted after 11 DAYS, she never gave instruction on where to send a notice from the other bank that the check had cleared. We left with no answers lol. This place is a joke. Don’t expect to see your own money any time soon

The people are not my issue. Its the bank and its practices. I had a business account and its more trouble than its worth. Enjoy perks of having your card locked for being out of state or having your account locked come payroll for "suspicisious activity" every time you try to pay people. Also told that I would have to call in every 30 days to get "travel provledges" so my account doesnt get locked when Im 600 miles away. I own a business, my money doesnt need a baby sitter.
NEVER JOIN HUNTINGTON THEY ALWAYS TAKE OUT RANDOM MONEY SWITCH TO A BETTER BANK THATS MORE LOYAL

They try and rob you by charging 10$ to cash their own checks. Then ask for two forms of id but wont accecpt any that you have. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.
Very rude employes! They only greeted certain customers, as soon as i walked in the door they treated me like I was nothing but trouble. Also, noticed other customers being treated with no hospitality. Makes me reconsider banking here!
The staff was courteous and the line was short.
I needed to deposit a check made out to myself as well as my attorney. He endorsed the back and then I did so in their presence. They about had a heart attack and said they couldnt take "third party" checks. They acted as though I was a crook and that they had never seen me before (I started banking at this branch when they bought out the Citizens Federal branch which was there previously - over 15 years ago!). I told them they could see that the attorney was real if they went online and could call his office if they wished. They werent interested. Then I told them they could put a "hold" on it until the check cleared as I was putting it into my savings account and had no wish to use it right away. No deal! They were running around and nervously looking at me like a convict!So much for their "were not the big guys" advertising campaign. I think I would have had better luck had I banked at 5th/3rd!
The new building is nice, but it pales in comparison to the rude staff. Do yourself a favor and choose a different location when banking with Huntington. I loved my bank until I had to start going to this branch, the staff are extremely rude to their guests and seriously need to be fired. Ive been a member for 4 years, and after cashing my paycheck once a month this whole time, the Delhi staff had the audacity to tell me I am not allowed to do it anymore. Their excuse was that it is a paycheck and they do not cash paychecks. Then after giving me free money orders for over a year they now are trying to charge me 5$ a piece for them.
