Always friendly service and great food! Prices are very fair, especially for these times. Wish I lived closer or I would stop by more often than I do!

Great wings, Caprese Salad was on point. karaoke night was a blast..must go. Like NOW

Food was good. Had the wings and fried pickles. Very cool atmosphere, didnt branch to the tavern below but I did poke my head in and it look pretty wild. Id go back if Im in town again.

I order wings and chicken cheesesteak from here all of the time! Everything is so good. The only complaint I have is that their blue cheese is not good at all. I wish they would make their own.

Hadnt been in a couple of years & thought Id try it out but the pizza took a turn for the worse. Barely any flavor & greasy, almost burnt tasting, onion rings were very good. I likely wont order pizza from them again, disappointing.

Great, clean place to eat.Menu selection priced well.Drank two Vivi" special Hurricane drinks 😊 and their special sauce for Onion Rings is also good. Definitely will come back.

Nice, nothing spectacular dont recommend all you can eat spaghetti. Its just a bland sauce with lots of pasta. Pizza is good.

We love the new pizza style! It taste amazing! Kinda like the pizza from House of Pizza in Lancaster. Anyway... I have 3 daughters 14, 14, and 2, I know right🤦‍♂️ lol. But my toddler doesnt like anything right now that doesnt look or taste like a French fry. I didnt want to place a whole order because I didnt know what type of fries they serve now with the re opening 🤷‍♂️. Come to find out they have one size fry(which is typical no surprise). The super nice lady that took my order offered to make a very small order of fries just for my baby girl can have some and try out their new recipes! When I picked up the order, it was on time fresh and hot and also a small bag on top of the boxes with some fresh cut fries which by the way my daughter loved! We will definitely be returning to this location and next time we will be ordering the fresh cut fries😎! Thanks!**UPDATE** the food and service is better than ever! Chicken tenders were dried up and tough, ordered crispy fries and they were limp and soggy

Best wings in town but the pizza is ok-ish. They have a large menu with many tasty dishes and their tacos Tuesday deal is great.

We went to Bobs hide out in the back. Wasnt horrible. Its dark and cool. Not super noisy.

I was at Joes hideout out..the food was good but the service sucked...Couldnt even order a drink no one came and asked if we needed anything ...

I have 2 parts to contribute as far as the working side and the hospitality side ... Im 32 and I have worked for a decent amount of places... Some I can say were good and some not so good but to be honest(HURRICANE PIZZA GRILLIs not just good its truly amazing on both sides of the counter 👌...All I can say is if you want great food and a boss that truly loves his company and the people that keep it so well maintained... 10 out of 10 times ill tell u to go to this amazing establishment ...

By far the absolute worst pizza Ive ever had in my life lastnight, I got delivery and when it got here it seemed like the pizza has been sitting for 3 days, cold, dry, and paper thin, absolutely the worst pizza Ive ever had.

Bread was good, flavor was very good but the skimpy amount of steak is very disappointing! With the lack of good cheesesteaks in the Lancaster area your selling yourself short with the little meat you put in yours. Top 2 with flavor imo double up on the meat and you have something going for ya!

Very nice inside. Clean and open. Service was fast, the food was very good, prices were reasonable. The wings were a big hit in our group. The downstairs has the same food but is a set up like a sports bar. It is family friendly both upstairs and downstairs, both parts serve the same dishes. There are some retro arcade games and two life sized faux trees downstairs as well which is a lot of fun. Didnt know what to expect but definitely would visit again when out that way.

Food was meh, it was very greasy, the pizza kind of seemed like it was frozen. Our food somehow got lost. It is not handicap accessible, no ramp into the restaurant. To get to the bathroom you need to down a set of stairs, which my grandfather fell down luckily he is doing okay for the most part.

Ordered a cheese pizza. Tasted like it was cooked hours ago. Cheese was hard, not one bit of melty stringy cheese on any of the slices. Did not taste barely any sauce. First time here and wont go back.

Stopped in for their Taco Tuesday special and enjoyed it. We had the tacos and my wife ordered a chef salad. Food was good and we will return. Service by the 2 ladies running the floor was also good. Need to try their pizza next time.

Love there PIZZA food is good to. I got no complaints about Hurricanes best thing that happen to Columbia. Update even if they r short staff the food is still cook n I see they need a Full Time Cook n still but out quality food n quality delivery.👍🤘🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕

Im not sure if it was the owner or working manager who brought us our online order from the kitchen but they had an amazing attitude and fantastic customer service. I felt welcomed and excited to eat the food they had prepared. I had ordered a lot of food and it was ready on time and brought to us with a smile. All the food was hot and delicious the burgers were great. Excited to go back and have a mix drink or two and try the indoor dining.

We ate here for the first time in a long time. Absolutely dont remember it being this good. Great service, great food and great prices!!! Amazing drink prices!! Highly recommend from our experience!!!My chickens were excited when we got home for leftovers!!! It was only French fries, but they gave them two wings up!!

Absolutely good pizza! First time I ever tried it, my co worker said they have some good pizza, and they were right. Love the service! Appreciate the pizza! We are it all down, no leftovers here!

Ate here years ago don’t remember if I liked it or not but just ordered food to go today, Stromboli, pizza, burger,,, it’s all amazing! The guy who answered the phone was so nice! We definitely found a new place!!!

Service was top notch. I’ve lived in the area for over 8 years. Best pizza hands down! Buff chicken pizza is the best I’ve ever had. Homemade Ranch is perfect for the doughy crust. Owner was super friendly

Hurricanes was our first meal in town. Amazing pizza calzones and wings at an incredible price. We love coming here!

If I could eat Hurricane pizza for the rest of my life I would. 5/5 the pizza is immaculate especially after when you’re done with it and stick in the fridge and then wanna grab a slice. It’s so good when cold too. Chicken tenders and French fires, immaculate. Beyond. I will order more from this shop. Loved the food.

Always great service and some of my favorite pizza ever. I especially enjoy their Supreme - thick pan crust with plenty of cheese and loaded with toppings. Combine that with good wings and something like 20 beers on tap, and Im in heaven. They have other stuff, too, like burgers and other grill fair. If you havent tried them out yet, do yourself a favor and go this weekend!

UPDATE-I have since eaten the BBQ chicken pizza twice and 4 other pizzas from this business in the past few weeks. Each time it was 5/5 stars. Pizza was fresh and tasted great. They definitely do a great job! PS: Make some of the bar specials available to go sometime! Would be great to option up the menu options for customers taking out and saving at the same time!

Stopped here for some to go sandwiches! Very nice people in there, The air conditioning happened to be broke that afternoon but they were still more than willing to serve despite conditions.Outstanding sandwiches! I will definitely go back to try more things.

My son introduced us to your seriously excellent food. We have been coming here for awhile and have never gotten anything that wasn’t good. As we get take out all the time you would think somewhere along the line the order would be wrong. This has never happened here, ever.

UPDATE 5/10/2021Never again. There was a LONG BLACK HAIR IN MY STEAK SALAD. When I called and asked for the manager, she said she was, and laughed at me when I told her about the long hair. I am not amused. I will never spend a penny of my money there again.Our food was not very hot, our order was made wrong and they couldnt tell me what was in the burgers, or if they were made fresh or previously frozen. After being on hold I was told they were previously frozen and she didnt know what was in them. We liked their apps, but who can go wrong with apps.

Hurricane grill is a hidden gem. Their new happy hour specials are truly insane. Yesterday, we took our family there and ordered 2 personal pizzas, fried shrimp, chicken quesidillas, 3 orders of wings, chicken tenders with fries and loaded cheese fries. Food was great. Also, a long Island, 2 rum and cokes and 2 sodas. Our bill was literally 40 something... Not sure how they are making a profit. Great service and welcoming to families. Also, there margarita slushy you can take to go was great and their subs are amazing especially cause of the fresh rolls they were on. Looking forward for the downstairs to be open again.

I was the first customer of the day and Robin took great care of me and also made sure I had everything I needed to enjoy my meal later along the road as I let her know I was traveling. The hurricane fries were off the chain! I took my wings to go and asked for a side of "reaper" sauce which intrigued me but didnt seem safe before a 5 hour drive lol. Once I arrived in NY to visit friends I shared my wings and we all tried the reaper sauce! It is some fire but with amazing flavor 😋 I will be back for more sauce on my way to VA , would highly recommend

Good pizza and an awesome wings makes this place an occasional treat for my family and I. I really love their Cajun dry rub and my wife swears by their wet garlic parmesan sauce for the wings. Theyve sometimes forgotten the little things like celery and ranch when we order it so hopefully the do better to ensure the orders are 100% before going out the door.

I go there after a rough day at work. The employees are awesome, very sociable, and dont seem to pretend to care for tips. They seem to genuinely care. The food is awesome as well. They do Karaoke which is a blast. They also have a D.J. on Saturday which is a bit biased on the hip hop genre of music, but adds well to the atmosphere with the lights turned down. 5 star.

Stopped in with our 2 kids tonight, our waitress was super attentive and helpful. Kids werent behaving the best but our waitress was patient with us and gave excellent service. Honestly it may have been the best pizza Ive had in a decade and the loaded fries and cheeseburger sub were incredible too! Will definitely be back again, highly recommended!
