All aspects of the cleaning was OUTSTANDING (check-in, pre-screening, cleaning, doctor-check,etc.).

Amazing staff, and an amazing doctor. He is great at explaining and answering questions. You feel confident in the care you are getting here. As an anxious patient when it comes to going to the dentist, I was not riddled with fear when arriving for my appointment as I was educated on what was going on and they were very kind answering questions I called in with. Very kind staff. You feel welcomed here and you will leave feeling like you were listened to which is all I can ask for in a doctor.

I had an emergency and I was scheduled promptly. I have anxiety when visiting the dentist and Dr Stucky made me feel relaxed and was constantly checking to make sure I was doing ok. Highly recommend

Dr Stucky has been our family dentist for about 20 years now! He and his staff always go above and beyond! Dr Stucky is very attentive & explains things thoroughly and goes slow if needed! He always makes us feel important & is extremely attentive! His hygienist is one of my favorite humans and she is amazing at her job!

I’ve been going to Hutchinson Family Dental for 13 years. I’ve always had a good experience. They’re very friendly. I won’t go anywhere else for many reasons, but here are two: Dr. Stucky only suggests a treatment if he thinks it’s necessary; and the imaging technology he uses for making a crown is really accurate—perfect crown every time.

Dr. Stucky is always wonderful. He’s always asking if I’m comfortable, am I doing alright, so I need another rinse. One small but big thing is that he always uses my first name to address me. It makes me feel like I am a person that he cares for, not a number. His assistant Summer was amazing. She stayed right beside me, kept conversation going, let me know exactly what she was doing behind me. All staff is incredibly friendly, always professional, very flexible and kind. I will always recommend Dr. Stucky and his staff.

I had an awesome experience. The staff was very friendly yet professional. I was greeted with a smile when I walked in. After I had waited a bit I was checked on and told it would be just a few more minutes. The dental technician explained everything she was doing. Dr was very nice. Gave me options and thoroughly explained each and answered any questions I had.I would definitely recommend Hutchinson Family Dental to friends and family.

Excellent experience all around! Marla did an amazing job on my cleaning. I also had a crown and I advised them that I have a reaction to the anesthesia so they took their time administering it and helped calm me down. Dr. Stucky and his staff are top notch!

I loved this place at first. They dont care anything about you when you walk out the door. So disappointed and extremely let down. Customer Service is ridiculous. I made my 8th call yesterday and still have yet to talk to the person I need to.

Dr. Stuckey and his team are wonderful! The office staff always coordinates our multiple appointments so they happen seamlessly and in one trip. We have used him for adult care (cleanings, cavities, extraction, and resurfacingand child care (cleanings, sealants, cavaties). We have been under his care for 3 years and have been pleased with his care, especially with our children. Our child struggles with anxiety when it comes to dental appointments- Dr. Stuckey and his staff patiently talked her through each step of what they were doing and put her at ease and care for her teeth. We highly recommend Hutchinson Family Dental.

We took my son to Hutchinson Family Dental for a toothache and we were asked to pay in full because they couldnt process insurance on a Saturday. I was assured that when insurance paid the claim, I would get a refund of what I paid. Since the visit on 8/21/21, I have received a bill asking me to pay another $17. On the bill it indicated insurance has been billed so I called to find out why they are sending me another bill. I was told that the insurance claim was still pending and had not paid yet. I then called my insurance company to find that they had paid the claim on 8/30/21. I called Hutch Family Dental again to ask why they are telling me it has not been paid when clearly it has been and they said their insurance office is probably still processing everything. Im sorry, but there is no way it should take 6 weeks to process the payment. Instead of sending me a bill for $17, you should be sending me a refund of over $200!! I asked to speak to the insurance department and was told they dont give out that number. I am beginning to feel like you are just trying to get more money and had no intention of issuing my refund. I will not be coming back to your dental office nor will I be referring anyone to you!

Dr. Stucky and his staff are exceptionally skilled, and compassionate. It starts at the front desk, where Macy, their Treatment Coordinator, is extremely skilled at working with customers. When Ive arrived she has recognized me by name, and known by recall what appointments myself, or my children have upcoming. Thats a special skill! Every office would be blessed to have her up front dealing with people.Im currently undergoing some extensive dental work. Macy spent what was probably 3 hours prior to my arrival, plotting out the entire process...and quite awhile with me as she explained it all.We have 4 children, and NONE of them fear seeing Dr. Stucky. Hes confident, yet caring, and the boys pick up on that. Dental care being one of the more anxiety-ridden doctor visits...I cant recommend Dr. Stucky and the entire staff at Hutchinson Family Dental enough. I love doing business with people that are passionate about their work. That they are!

Dr.Stucky and all the employees at Hutchinson Family Dental are just the best. Cracked a moller eating ribs watching the superbowl and they got me in ASAP and fixed me up. Thanks again guys!

I had some pretty extensive dental work I needed done. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me figure out how to make the most of the resources I had available to me. The hygenist was extremely skilled and very personable and Dr Stucky was very skilled and got the work done quickly and efficiently. I had no negative effects afterwards and very little pain or discomfort. I would recommend this clinic to anyone I intend to continue to go there for the rest of my Dental care for years to come..

The staff at Hutchinson Family Dental are very friendly and personable. We have been going to Dr. Stucky for approximately 14 years. One of the big reasons we stay with them is that they do really well with our children. Our children are simply not afraid of the dentist because Dr. Stucky does so well with them. We also really appreciate that they are not extremely pushy about getting dental work done, like some dentist offices are. He is vigilant about watching potential problems but gives you leeway on when to schedule the work. But if it truly is a dental need that needs immediate attention he will let you know that as well. We would recommend him and his office to anyone!

Dr.Stucky and all the girls are fantastic! They were the greatest! I put off my extensive dental work off for fear of my health reasons. Let me say they were great getting me thru it all. Denture time,here I am! I healed great,no swelling and my dentures fit perfect! And really after 2 weeks having it done I am shocked at how well and what I can eat! I was not born in Missouri the show me state! Lol! But I really recommend them very high! You will be glad you did!😊

Everyone is always so kind at Hutchinson Family Dental. I’ve never had a bad experience. I had a nice conversation about work and School, before getting my teeth cleaned. I feel like all conversations are genuine. :Stucky cared about getting my teeth comfortable and fixing anything that I have concerns about. I always leave feeling like I’ve been taken good care of.

I recently moved to the area and was actually recommended another dentist. I tried to schedule with the other place and they aren’t open on Friday’s, which I really needed. I called Hutchinson Family Dental and they got me right in! Their office hours really accommodate any schedule and their staff is kind and professional. They explained everything to me from the procedures to the pricing and what my insurance covers. I’m so glad I decided to give them a call and definitely recommend.

Dr. Stucky and his team at Hutchinson Family Dental are wonderful! I had been up for two nights in terrible pain with a tooth ache. I sent a text message to their office about my tooth problem and within seconds they responded and was able to see me that same morning. I needed a root canal on a top tooth in which I had always heard that it would be painful, but after speaking to Dr. Jay about my concerns he was understanding and very informative. He was able to do the work I needed right away. He was correct!!! painless and easy! I am sold! I now go regularly for dental checkups and feel very at ease when I am there. The ladies there are also very nice and welcoming. I feel like I have a new family there. Thank you Hutchinson Family Dental for all you do for me

Dr. Stucky understands how to make a patient feel comfortable. He is friendly and personable and is a caring doctor. I recently had dental implants and was surprised to find that that I had no pain at all. Dr. Stucky also triple checks everything he has done to make sure you are getting a good "bite", thus saving you time and return visits for readjustments. It is not left up to the dental assistant to do many of the things you would feel more comfortable and trusting having your dentist take care of. Dr. Stucky does them himself.Dr. Stucky is the best dentist I have experienced. I highly recommend him. The office staff and Dr. Stuckys assistants are very friendly and welcoming as well. Great place to go if you are in need of dental work.
