I deposited cash in cash deposit machine...Machine took the cash but amount not deposited in my account...Today i visited branch,they told me to write application and attach copy of atm receipt. I have done everything but still amount not deposited in my account..

Read a lot of bad and negative reviews about this branch on Google but surprisingly service was quick and girls behind counters were very knowledgeable and sharp.I was very happy with whole experience there.

Very bad attitude and ill behaved staff, especially the male who sits at the counter. He looks irritated doing normal work and looks like he is sitting by force. They dont stand ICICIs brand reputation and are spoiling it.

Very unlike of an ICICI Bank branch. Majority of the staffs are ladies, and they keep more busy on their mobile phones than the customers. No gender bias, but honest observation. Though its very less crowded, you have to wait for at least half an hour to get even a simple task done.

I have 16 years old account with ICICI Bank. In 2005-2006 this was the best bank - Great processes, great staff, great services. Now its 2021, and this is worse than govt banks. To be honest, I have opened an account in SBI greater Noida - which is far better than any branches of ICICI Gr. Noida. I have seen that there are 15+ employs in ICICI branch, but they cant handle 10+ customer, because they dont know processes, how-to-do-this, how-to-do-that. One of the employee in Omega branch did not even know how to issue an "instant-cheque-book" :-forget about how to open an NPS account :-).

Internet not working. Manager and staff not wearing mask and no physical distancing is observed in the branch. I complained to manager also. Withdrawal were not done.

Five star for BANK is a first for me and they deserve it. The experience with this branch was superb. This rating is for the branch and not for the bank as a whole. The staff is helpful. The branch manager is also helpful. Overall the branch is accesible, neat clean and helpful.

Staff not supportive at all and argue unnecessarily., behave like govt. bank.

I have deposited a cheque of Axis Bank, Greater Noida Branch on 5th May for transferring money to my account number on ICICI bank. Till now money has not got transferred. I am absolutely disappointed on working of the staff. Admit. staff is low due to prevailing situation, but after persuation, job could not be completed. This is not acceptable.

Is it really a ICICI branch? The service, behaviour is of 3rd grade govt bank...not ICICI which is known for its customer service.

It takes long time to finish the work even if the branch most of the time epmty.

My daughters name was misspelt in her account. I closed that account and opened new one, that again has a spelling mistake in her name. Very bad clerical jobs done here. Mismanaged.

Service is poor & no one is bothering to respond to the grievances. We applied for opening of Current account on 8th September but still today on 15th, no confirmation of account opening. Calls are not being answered.

The female employees of this branch tries to be over smart. They put chosen customer works on pending & call them again.It would be better If those worthless female employees are transferred.Also,dont know the current employee base in this branch ,but it would be better if both gender works here equally.Given 3 stars just for the neat & isolated branch location.
