Very very very poor service.Mr Pramod who work is in this Branch. one account is running and for open another current account, he said chand bagh is out of courage area. At my home and branch is only 10 min walk. He Take all the documents, physical verification also done. also take approx 8-10 days. How my another current account running in this branch,if my area is out of courage area. Very very very worst service.Dont open Any Account in this branch.

Why we have such strict timelines on closing bank 9:30 to 3:00 PM. As far as my knowledge is concerned it should be 4:30. I had to return as I was late by 10 mins. I must mention HDFC guys were really co-operative they helped me even after closing...This time I could not go to HDFC because of traffic and had to return to home :(

Bad experience, customer should be preference. All the agent who was seating there, sending me from one counter to another counter. I had to received debit card and it took more than half an hour. Then I called to customer care executive and he helped me. He talked to bank employee. #patheticservice #todaysexperience

Worst experience! It took 2 hours to make a demand draft as their executive was on break and eventually it was a 2 hours break and when I called he told he is coming in 10 mins but he took 2 hours to come. He has no regrets or not even offered a simple apology. Branch manager is the laziest person I have ever seen and was not ready to listen. Worst private bank experience.
