Worst service. No response. I went to collect document and NOC for my loan closure. They are not at all attending the customer. If you go for loan they ll receive properly. Else they wont mind at all.

This is the worst branch where customer service is very poor. They do the work very lethargically and never did the work correctly in my case. I am struggling for a year to activate an account and update mobile and address detail. Dont ever try this branch. Useless people.

Even if you are going to deposit 50lakhs also the employees are not ready to give you proper response. They simply wasting our time only. Dont visit this ICICI branch ever. Better try with some other banks.

I applied for personal loan and i submitted all documents but i didnt get any update regarding status of loan application from marketing person. They didnt process my application but they collected all documents to apply. Very worst service.

The worst service Ive ever seen. They dont even picking the calls. I tried nearly 50 times calling them but no response at all. I dont what important work they have than attending to customers call.
