Zoom consultant said they could do the work. Financed in good faith and I get there I am informed that Ideal Image couldn’t do the work. Just beware you get charged $100 even if they make the error. I was so disappointed in my whole experience with this company. Consumer beware.The owner responded that is appears resolved. It was - Ideal Image took $100 from me for their error. Yea. They resolved just the way they wanted. Consumer beware this was not resolved. I would not trust this company.

DO NOT USE IDEAL IMAGE! BOUGHT A LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP WITH 6 COOL SCULPT SESSIONS AND BOUGHT 2 ULTHERAPY SESSIONS. YOU CANT DO 6 COOL SCULPT IN 9 MONTHS. WAS NEVER TOLD THIS BY THE PERSON WHO SOLD ME THE $6700 PACKAGE. THEY TRIED TO TAKE MY LAST TWO SESSIONS AND MAKE ME PAY FOR IT. CORPORATE GOT INVOLVED GOT THEM BACK BUT GOING INTO MY LAST SESSION WAS TOLD DUE TO THEM USING PLUS PAD IT WAS CONSIDERED YWO SESSIONS. I DIDNT ASK FOR IT AND WAS NEVER TOLD THAT WAS WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO USE. MY ULTHERAPY THEY TRIED TO TELL ME IT WAS PART OF MY FREE SERVICES I SAID NO I PAID $1700 FOR IT AND USED ONE AND THEY TOOK THEY OTHER AWAY. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. THEY SCAM FOR MONEY. WILL NOT REFUND ANYTHING. MY LAWYER WILL BE MY NEXT CALL.

Had a great experience! The zoom consultation was very easy and the consultant was super friendly and helpful. She was professional while still being friendly and we had a good time chatting! I was pleased with the financing options and it was a quick and easy process to get approved.

I’m obsessed with my fillers I got done! Nikki did the best I’ve ever seen my lips be done and I’ve been getting them done for years. Maddie did an amazing jobs on my cheeks as well! Both super sweet and very skilled at their craft. Always a great experience here.

I truly wish I could give -1 as a star rating. I had my child a few months ago and had planned on getting lipo 360 but after paying my deposit and moving into my new home I was struggling with the down time being that Im an officer and I am very busy. I had a wedding date set and expressed that with my consultant along with monthly payment amounts. Long story short they not only told me I wasnt going to be able to be booked over a month past my wedding but my payments that were quoted were incorrect communication. I expressed I didnt want the service since I wouldnt be able to use it prior to getting wed as Anna said I would. The individual I spoke to told me I would be contacted by someone regarding the my communication. Ben called and expressed that although I didnt get any services and had no desire to use them I would still need to pay the $4000 in payments of $300 per month big difference from $96. Ben offered me to get another area done instead which I have no desire to do. Its insane that a business could be such a scam. Beware!

I have come up 2 times so far. I purchased a package of 10. The receptionists, the nurses and staff made me feel very welcomed and eased my nerves. I have already recommended two friends!

I started off seeing Graishley at the Arlington location and followed her to Fort Worth once she moved over there. She is not just an injector but an artist! Anyone can inject but she truly has an eye for it. I told her my goals and I went with her recommendation and couldn’t be happier. I trust her 100%. Although I haven’t had injections by the other nurses, I will say I at least know that they are all very friendly, including the front desk!

From the consultation booking appointment and process team at this location was great and easy-going people.. especially Grace she was so kind caring and did extra work just to fit me to my schedule and did make sure that I felt very comfortable during process, Grace is very knowledgeable and professional Ideal Image employee I highly recommended her And ideal image at Overton Ridge in Fort Worth Texas

Customer care was excellent. All my questions were answered without any hesitancy and I felt that providing top-notch service to customers is at the top of the list.

Ideal image is not a trust worthy company. They received payment prior to my first appointment. At that appointment I received a medical evaluation which resulted in them not being able to treatment me. I have to wait until September. I requested a refund because I should not have to pay for services that I am not receiving. They refused to refund the money. I financed the services and May now be on the hook for the funds. Horrible way to do business. I don’t recommend them at all. I’m all about customer service and while everyone I spoke to was polite and nice, not willing so issue a refund for services not even rendered is bad business.

The people to sell the packages and the front desk are very friendly. However. My personal experience with the billing department has been hell. I bought a package and, 2 days after that I got diagnosed with a skin disease. Then, I called for a refund and they said they we called me back. 1 week after that, I have received a call from a very disrespectful person that yelled at me over the phone, who said NO REFUNDS by the company, who stated that he was the only person that I will need to talk with, he stated that I will need to pay for the services no matter what (a service that 1st I havent received and second, for medical reasons meaning that I cannot use itin a full price and, hang up the phone. No recommended. This company also has more than 2000 complains with the BBB due to refunds, waiting times for appointments, lack of information and associated with the “membership” and “life time guarantee” they offered when you are getting the packages.

I would like to say that i have received nothing but WRONG treatment/scheduling information from the very start! Please heed my warning....they just want your money and dont care about you as a patient!! I filed a complaint this past Monday after paying the Friday before...thats how long it took me to see through this nonsense. I cant even get in for the treatments I paid for until the end of September! I told the coordinator that I have an upcoming event and now this timeline DOES NOT WORK. I would have gone somewhere else had she told me I couldnt get in for two months! I asked for a refund because this is just part of the story....i have an assigned case manager named Ben that refuse to talk to me about the refund. I have called several times he wont take my call or return my call. Mind you, there is so much more to the bad experience but Ill close with I regret doing this and wish I had gone somewhere else

Buyer beware! They take your money with a contract and the promise of services but once you sign you will find out the dirty truth. You cannot even get in for the services for months out! So if you have an event you are prepping for, go somewhere else! You wont be able to redeem your devices for months and the staffs attitude is thats your problem....I was given soo much wrong information prior to signing the contract! When i asked why I could not get in until late September i was told short staffing issues....I can see why.I purchased 4 cool tone sessions and was told to space them 2 weeks between. I arrived for my first appointment yesterday and was told that was incorrect and they all needed to be completed withing 2 weeks! When trying to schedule my remaining 3 I was told I would have to wait until the end of September! That means I just wasted one treatment! At the 11 min remaining mark of my session, i told the nurse(her name starts with a H if you goi wanted to turn the frequency up to 100% for the last 5 minutes. She said ok. The next thing I knew the time was up and I asked her if she increased the frequency because I didnt notice a difference. She said no, I forgot. She forgot because she was too busy texting and not paying attention to the the patient.There is so much more I could write about what a terrible experience this has been but suffice it to say had I known prior to signing the contract what I know now, I would have gone somewhere else.*if you ask for a refund because THEY are unable to accommodate you in a reasonable amount of time(Im expected to wait 6 weeks for Ultherapy and 2 months for cooltone)they refuse saying too bad

Should have researched to find a good place but I didnt. What should have been 3 appointments has turned into a hassle. I was so happy to start my journey, now I just want this to be over its not like it worked anyways 2 sessions of Botox and it still looks about the same. The way they handle your appointments is a joke I usually get a text message saying their cancelling because of this or that a day before my procedures, very unprofessional. When you go back into their app to reschedule there is a 50$ cancellation fee so its ridiculous, I should charge a cancellation fee Im the one missing work just to find out my appointment has been cancelled once again.

Caroline was AHmazing. Absolutely professional and understanding - but also I had a lot of fun with her.

I am not happy that I have to confirm my appointment using the app! Yesterday I couldn’t confirm my next appointment until I agreed to some kind of lifetime membership which I didn’t want to sign up for. The app didn’t give me the option to opt out and I had to agree to it in order to move forward. When I make my appointment at the office that should be my confirmation. Why do I then have to go to an app to confirm it? Why are you guys making clients do extra things for appointments and forcing them to agree to things they don’t want just to confirm an appointment? Now I have to take time out of my day to call and opt out of the membership that I don’t want!

My nurse was very thoughtful and gave me breaks during treatment when needed, as the treatment can be uncomfortable at times. She was very considerate.

From the moment I called to make my appointment to my warm greeting at the front desk to the amazing individualized service I received from my practitioner, I LOVE Ideal Image!

Today was my last treatment for laser removal armpits and upper lips such a relief! Lol they are very nice ladies the only thing just make sure you get the right time to schedule because Ill be taken quick other than that I like it here .

I normally get taken care of at your Arlington location I have been doing botox there where they do a wonderful job I called to make an appointment they were booked they offered me the fort worth location there I requested the same 30 units the young lady got everything ready and proceeded to inject my face she put the syringe so deep in my skin that blood started shooting out followed with so much pain she proceeded to blame it on a cup of coffee I had that morning it was already after 2pm it was the worst experience I have ever had I am full of bumps andbruising all over my face that makeup will not cover this!! I have had this procedure before and never had any issues.i would have liked to keep my personal business as thar but everyone and my job including customers keeped asking what happened to my face. I came to you to do a wrinkles relaxation and to leave me bruised and bumpy normally u would see a difference after one day today not the case I have pictures as well

I have had nothing but problems since I signed up to do this. I got the loan you got paid and now nobody wants to talk with me about my issues and problems. I will be making a review and I will not recommend it to anyone. I would give a zero if I could.Since this post was done about 2 to 3 days later I received a phone and they were willing to listen to me and take care of my problems. I dont feel it should have come to a bad review for them to contact me back but they have since worked with me. As far as it working for laser hair removal, I cant fully say. I have only done 2 sessions this far.

Today was my first treatment of laser hair removal and I can honestly say that the staff there made me feel so comfortable and at home which relaxed me because I was kind of anxious going into this. Nikki was the person that did my first treatment and she was so sweet and kind and gave me all the information that I needed to know about before and after care for my laser hair removal and what to expect during treatments. I can’t wait to see what the results look like! Definitely recommend this location!

I think it was unnecessary to go through consultation to get a quote or price. I hate having my credit ran for services when I knew I would be turned down and after we were disconnected, I didn’t get a call back from your staff representative/nurse/receptionist. I called another facility where I can get the same non invasive procedure done for $5000.00 cheaper.

I am very unhappy with this experience. I feel I was tricked into making a purchase that was extremely expensive. I was oversold and charged incorrectly for part of my neck they could not service. The tech made it clear I would likely just have saggy skin. What a sham!No one bothered to call and check on me by calling me afterwards. They clearly wanted my $5500 and sent me on my way.I am very unhappy with the results. I will be writing a negative review based on my experience and asking for a refund of my balance that was deceptively obtained and then charged.Update: they reached out to me seeming to care. Never actually spoke to local management. I tried calling back was told no one by that name was available.., then corporate reached out. Seemed concerned, yet, when I asked for clarification on what I spent and what I have left that was charged for he just stated the “nurses notes said I needed to contact them and recommends I finish treatment”.Why would I go through further treatment? I am extremely unhappy with the results. It’s so awful. I spent money I shouldn’t have. I took out a loan to do this! Ughhh Don’t do it!

I have been going here for the past year and a half for my laser treatment. Every time with the exception of a couple of appointments the experience has been bad. To say it plainly the staff does not care about your well-being as a patient and client at all.I am extremely fed up today. I had an appointment scheduled for today but I’ve just started feeling like I am coming down with something. To protect THEM I called to see if I could reschedule. Serenity Smith was the receptionist that picked up the phone and she could not have been more rude. I told her I’m calling because I dont want to give you COVID! Like what? I could’ve just not told you and come in for my treatment as normal!She cancelled my appointment, said she had absolutely no other appointments available until February and by then my contract would be over.I have had them reschedule my appointment countlessss times because one of THEM had COVID. Now they just won’t give me my last treatment, even when I’m cancelling because of the same reason. Ridiculous.If you absolutely want to work with ideal image I recommend Arlingtons location. Never working with the ft worth location again.

When I signed up I was told I was paying for 5 visits but on my last visit, the nurse said I only had 4. She took my info and said she would have someone call me. I never receive a call so I called today and in fact only had a total of 4 visits. My first visit was pretty uncomfortable actually my treatment Hurt. But the nurse explained that the higher the setting the better result. So I took deep breathes between each pass. As I was leaving I asked about some if the other services and holiday specials. The front desk ladies told me to take a flyer...they never made eye contact...their conversations seemed more important. I was interested in maybe purchasing a service for one of my sisters but instead I went to Milk and Honey.My last visit was really uneventful. The nurse took a lot longer between passes and I hardly felt anything. The nurse explained that it wasnt supposed to hurt. I was pretty confused but I left anyway without voicing my concerns. I called several days later to speak with a nurse and the one who spoke to me was the one who treated me. She remembered me and again explained my first visit was not suppose to be so painful. She actually asked what my pain level was after each pass. There wasnt much I could do but trust.I have 2 more visits left and honestly, I wish I had gone to Milk and Honey.

I received my last laser hair removal treatment today and it went well as usual. The nurse who treated me most is Donna, and she was always kind, patient, and informative about the service I received. I am very grateful for my entire experience here and I think Donna deserves a reward or raise for her amazing customer service and hard work! Ill be back sometime in the future when I need a touch up. I hope Donna will still be around to service me. Thanks Ideal Image :)

Just had my final cycle and was truly impressed with the service and results. Nikki was amazing!! She was super sweet and attentive. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time (4hrs)! Thank you Ideal Image for making me feel like myself again.

Well I’m not happy. I went for my session and the machine came off 25 minutes into my session. So the girl started it for another 35 minutes. I was supposed to have upper and lower abs treated by my consultant messed up. So i scheduled another session to be told I was treatable.So now I’m waiting toSee if I will get that treatment refunded. Y’all really need to have the person in from of your before giving any prices or making them pay for another session. I’ve wasted two days on this and I’m not very happy. I won’t be telling my friends to do this. Not happy at all with your company.
