Very helpful server despite us having like twenty people, pretty fast service for the amount of food, super good on getting refills. Great service, great food - definitely recommend the Tres Leches pancakes.

The manager Victoria and her staff were very friendly and polite going out of there Way to help the customers

Took our daughter and 4 grandkids. Its a place everyone can get a meal they enjoy.
Walked through the door at 6:24 pm only 3 families and that included us 6:44 still no water, no drinks. We walked out went to Orem We were seated less than 2 minutes and had our drinks. A little more traffic here in Orem so Springville has NO excuse for poor service
We were sat for nearly 30 minutes and nobody even came to ask for drinks. There were plenty of waiters and people after us were served their food right away. I’m pregnant and this service was horrible
Food come out luke warm butter would not soften at all it was so cold then check was placed on table soon after receiving food, was not asked how food was. Wife got sick from bacon we wont be back.
Brought the grandkids here for brunch and food was awesome just took forever for the grandkids to choose as they loved everything on the menu.
I have always loved this IHOP. The food has been delicious every time Ive have visited. Very friendly and clean as well.
Pretty sure the staff stole my wife’s wallet in the the time it took us to get to the car and realized we had left it on the table
Lacked management, food was horrible this morning!!! Breakfast omelette had mystery meat for steak.
Service was pretty bad. There werent many customers, and even at that not enough staff. The wait for food wasnt too bad, but from the time we were seated to the time we ordered was a long wait. Another couple left before ordering. They were out of ice cream and a few other thing.

Coffee had grounds and tasted burnt even when asked for a fresh pot. Other than that its what you expect from an Ihop

Ordered online to pick up, when I got in there it was basically empty. 2 customers in the whole place and still took 5-10 minutes just to talk to someone at the front counter all while the cooks kept looking at me from the kitchen. The first server was very nice and grabbed my food. Then when I got home they did not give me part of my order so we called and they said to come back to get it. I went back and had to wait again, now not a single customer in the store and the same cooks eating their lunch. When I got the rest of my order from a different server it was poorly "thrown" together and acted as if they did not care i had to return to get my order. This is the 3rd time with months in between trips Ive had bad experiences.
Super long waits that just dont make the food worth it. Even when there is only 2 or 3 people in there the wait time is still long.. Especially with online orders.
This place sucked. We where there for over and hour. Our food was cold, rubbery, and late. Our waitress was slow to the point it took 1/2 hour to get our drinks. Very bad service and food.
IHOP in general has had a decline in everything sadly. I come here when I am waiting for my car to be serviced. The food is okay but the staff and cleaniness really bothers me.The wait times are high and the service is never great. This morning, I could hear people saying negative comments about the service. Unfortunately, we were a bit annoyed as well.We asked for water and were brought coffee and were not offered refills. Our sides came after our main dish and was missing some stuff.There were lots of tables that were not cleaned since before we got there. The staff were sneezing in the kitchen area with no masks. Lots of times some were just slowy walking around or just standing around.
We were immediately seated and there were lots of open tables all around. We waited for 35 minutes and no one ever came to our table. There were 8 or 9 servers working, and several of them were consistently chatting around the register. We called Sidecar Cafe across the street and they had no wait. Within two minutes our server came! Its not that hard IHOP! Our son was so excited for minion pancakes but unfortunately we dont have three hours to eat.
The food is always solid, but the need a ton more employees. It was soooo slow

Very poor service.. They do not believe in refills, all of the waiters sat in the corner talking with each other instead of doing their job.. The steak was very chewy with no season.. The waiter brought me my check without asking me if I needed anything else.. Its a shame whenever you just leave a restaurant then you have to go to a curve store just to get you something to drink.. This place was a waste of my time and a waste of $21..
Food was very disgusting however our server was effing amazing she was remarkable for it being her first few days she was on top of it
They were great. I was going to Arbys but the lobby was closed. I ran in here for a take out order. Every thing was perfect, they were fast, and even special ordered my omelet. They got it right.
Theyre usually understaffed and overworked. They seat you super close together even though the place is mainly empty, and theres only a half wall between your party and another booth - so the stranger sitting next to you is closer than your friend across the table. It makes for awkward conversation. I ordered crispy bacon and overmedium eggs. My friend ordered chewy bacon and overeasy eggs. Her bacon was cooked more and our eggs were identical. But the waitress was friendly and tried hard even though she was a one man show.
Only problem was that I asked for my egg to be just a little runny instead of really runny but they did really runny. Other than that it was delicious
BB our server was excellent getting drinks and food order taken care of very quickly making sure 2nd drinks were brought out before we needed them and that all condiments were on table before we got our food. She was efficient and very polite. Everything the table ordered was perfectly hot and cooked great. Thank you to all the staff in front and back for a good dinning experience
DONT GO!!! awful experience. The only thing good about the place was the coffee. But it took 15 minutes to get it and never got any more than 1 cup. Ive never not left a rip until that day. Table was dirty papers on the table a sticker was removed from the table and never cleaned. When i let the server know she said it was clean but did bring me a cloth to clean it myself.
Placed an online order for a curbside pickup. I waited for 20min went in to ask for my order and they just noticed that I placed my order 35 min ago. Anyway, I went back home and noticed that the order was in complete so I called them to let them know and they said they will reimburse me. And here I am still waiting to get reimbursed after 18 days. I have talked to the manager and she needs to ask approval from the General Manager to reimburse $18 😂.Update: They apologized and they actually went above and beyond. My family and I felt like VIPs thanks to everyone who helped us feel appreciated.
Waited 15 min for the host. I had to go find him. He asked how many in my party, I told him 2 and then he turned to walk away. I had to ask him how long of a wait and he said 15-25 mins. He was very unprofessional and unhelpful. There were dozens of empty tables. We left.
Came here on a Friday night after trying Dennys first & running in to a huge wait there. Service was quick & our waitress was very kind and helpful!! Only complaint is that IHOP food always costs more than I think its worth 🤷♀️
Placed an order through the website to be delivered this morning with a 45 minute eta time and tracked the order through the email sent by ihop. My order left the restaurant at 11:07 but I didn’t receive until 40 minutes later and it wasn’t the complete order! Restaurant staff did help and blamed Doordash by implying that it was picked up with two other orders and not their responsibility once it leaves. The half of an order that I did receive is cold and has curly light brown hairs in it!! I guess the additional hairs were to replace the hot chocolates, coffees, and eggs. I requested a refund for the order!I wouldn’t feed this to my family and went somewhere else! Never again will I order from here!!! You might want to reevaluate the cleanliness and professionalism of your staff! I’m pretty sure DoorDash isn’t responsible for the incomplete order and hair in the food!UPDATE: The restaurant never refunded me as the manager stated. I attempted to contact the restaurant multiple times but no call back. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company!
Worst experience I have ever had. I did not have high hopes in the first place. We waited 20 minutes to be seated which is not bad at all. We then waited 45 minutes to be TALKED TO AT OUR TABLE no one coming for drinks or anything. Then we had someone come and was the rudest person we’ve ever had. It took another 20 minutes for food then they came with the wrong food and HAIR IN ALL OF OUR PLATES. The waitress didn’t apologize she just took our food without saying anything. Most of the tables got food before us. We don’t know if we upset someone but we have been at this location for over 2 hours and most of it without food or water. Worst dining experience I’ve ever had.
Awful experience. We had a big group coming together for my grandma’s birthday. We called a week before to make a reservation, and were told that a reservation had been made for the banquet room. When we arrived, they told us they don’t make reservations and that we’d have to wait for over an hour. They were severely unaccommodating, and pretty cold to us as well. Y’all need to get your policies straight, and work on your customer service and diplomacy.
Waited a solid 5 min or longer to be seated. Only us and 1 other customer in entire restaurant. Several staff just sitting and hanging out. Dining area dirty. Bathrooms dirty. Waitress was friendly when served. Food ok. Limited options.
The service is always super slow here. But when the food came out everything was right and tasted good. The waitress made sure we had everything we needed and kept our drinks refilled.
If i could give no stars, I would. I placed an online order for curbside pickup. Apparently their online check-in system wasn’t working because I waited for 10 minutes with no sign of my order. I then called the restaurant, but it just rang endlessly with no answer. I finally just went inside and the restaurant was basically empty. So it’s not like they were busy. I had to hunt down a worker to assist me. They claimed they had no idea I was there and that they never heard of the online check-in. I explained that after I placed my order I was sent text messages prompting me to click the link to check in online both when I was on my way and when I arrived. Other restaurants do that and so it seemed the norm. After I got home with my order, I noticed that they forgot my salad. Also, my meal was the most tasteless food I’ve eaten in a long time. I’ve had TV dinners that have tasted better. Huge disappointment and a waste of money. I won’t be back.
I want to give one star but because there was ONE Phenomenal waitress Charista running the entire place on her own I cant. She needs some serious recognition. After numerous parties had her in tears, she asks what can she do to make it better? They had the goll to tell her she needed to go in the back and help. She was there with 1 other cook and thats it. That is poor management. She didnt deserve that.I have a better appreciation for servers and waitresses now. The parents of a huge party had their kids help her bus tables! She was so frazzled she had a hard time doing a b simple job. People are cold and mean and selfish. She was doing the best she could. Someone give that girl a raise!
We came to visit on July 2021. I made a complaint online about the service to the store. The waiter assigned us a table and brought drinks, the food we ordered never came. Meanwhile all the people behind us who were entering the building, they all were helped fully.
Stay away from this ihop. Lack of staffing results in waiting to be seated on a slow afternoon on a week day. We were finally sat only to wait another 20 minutes. No one helped us. Another group came in behind us and waited for a table for 10 to 15 minutes. They were asked about drinks and food while we were still not acknowledged. I would like to say this is the first time but a couple weeks ago we had a similar issue where we waited over 10 minutes to be addressed. The manager saw us and finally helped. I recommend avoiding this ihop until they get staffed fully and can improve there service... I understand being understaffed hence why we waited patiently for 20 minutes with a hungry 14 month old.
The experience eating at this IHOP was bad from the start. The waitress was very unhappy, and you could see she didn’t want to be here. It took them 30 minutes after we ordered to get drinks. By the time all of our food got to the table we still did not have forks for the food. There were flies all over, the floor was very dirty. The hamburger was terrible and falling apart and very pink. The bathroom was gross and the toilet seat was broken.
Pretty lousy overall. Server said to “hurry” with the bills because she wanted to go home. Never asked for refills when asked about more of something it took 3 times before we got it. Friend got a raw burger and server said well you should’ve told me when she was at our table maybe 3 times. Sucked and we wasted our money. Best food was French toast and not very good either
This place needs help! There was only one person working the front, who did not look out for the customers. The food was laughable at best; every meal we had was sloppy and sad. After receiving our meals we were treated to the kitchen staff loudly complaining about the difficult of a cold cut sandwich our table had ordered. Not only do the cooks here lack any culinary skill, but professionalism as well.
My husband and I were planning to go someplace else for breakfast, but the line was way too long for our taste so we came here instead.Ive had negative Eckert with IHOP in the past so I was a little reserved going in. But I am happy to report that we had a very pleasant experience.The food was appetizing.Our waitress, Talia, was very pleasant.The atmosphere was peaceful.My faith in IHOP has been restored. Thank you!
I wish we could have all the syrups like they use to have, all the different flavors and warm to top on your pancakes. The inside dining was cold inside and the food wasnt all that hot either.
We had a decent experience at IHOP, today. Service was adequate. We ordered Wednesdays Web pancakes and hash browns and eggs. The hash browns tasted good, just like they should, but for 3$, I thought the portion was small. The pancakes were fun ! Ihop knows how to make them, and the twist of the added frosting (ala Addums Familymade them all the more enjoyable. Didnt hurt that they were free( T-Mob Tuesdayeither. Pretty consistent quality as you would expect from IHOP.
The service was fair. My meal came out after everyone elses and in pieces sandwich then onion rings. I really hate sitting there watching everyone else eat while I wait.
