Food was great, bacon was perfectly cooked. Virginia was an amazing server. Very happy with our visit.

I ordered the breakfast burrito, they brought me the bowl. I asked for extra salsa, it was $1.59 for a teaspoon of extra salsa... When giving me change from my $20, the waitress just gave me bills back and kept rhe .76 of my coins/change without even asking me. So $17 for 1 person for breakfast. The same type of meal at Waffle House is $10 and the service is better. Avoid this place.

Weve had a hard time eating here recently. Staff is insanely rude, and were never there less than an hour and a half. The waitress that seated us on Monday had to move 2 tables together and was slamming stuff, and being very huffy. Im not sure if maybe she just had a bad day, or what.

Ingredients and seem to be less fresh each of the last few times we have visited. Probably would be great if just looking for a place to let your kiddos chow down.

Tried to eat there twice and no one would wait on me. So I left and went to another restaurant.

Our server was AMAZING considering they were extremely short handed. Any delays werent due to her but due to not having people on the schedule to work.

The food was good, but the syrup containers were sticky and in need of a wipe down.

Their menu has plenty of options. The wait staff were... Patient with us as me and my roommates are a strange bunch and can be a little loud.This is definitely a place wed go back to again. The food was amazing for sure!

Would give it 5 stars but when they first brought my pancakes out they were way undercooked and had to get them to bring me a new stack. After that, the food was delicious and the waiter was friendly and helpful.

The Food was excellent. The server was proficient. The dining room was filthy. It half hour to an hour for are food.

Food has always been good. I know due to the pandemic there are staff shortages, which is obvious here. The more staff the better service,the least staff not so great service.

Meals came out one plate at a time over nearly an hour after a long wait to order. Portions were extremely small.

I got beef tips, mashed potatoes and corn. A couple tips were raw and they tasted sweet. The corn was ok and the mashed potatoes were more dry like. I was disappointed.

Service is odd. If they are slow youre waiting for your food. If its packed you will get quick.The food is always good. Just make sure youre not in a rush if you are going to roll the dice on quick service.

Ordered two breakfast plates, I always order my eggs scramble, it kinda hard to get them wrong. The other order, the egg white were a little undercooked. When the waitress asked how our meals were we showed her the uncooked eggs. She had that order replaced, but by the time it was ready we were ready to go and she was kinda enough to bring us a carry-out box. The hashbrowns were perfect on that meal, the hashbrown on the other two meal tasted like they had been fried in old oil something else had been fried in.

Absolutely the best most tenderness food I have ever had! The staff is absolutely amazing so friendly and checked on us often! I highly recommend!

We rarely eat there but when we come to that town we stop and eat and its always clean and great people and great job you all

Well. Not pleased at all. So Buyer Beware... First the food was great. Server was wonderful. Pricing was a scam. The placard on the table said M-F 4-9pm kids eat free. 1 kids menu meal with the purchase of a regular Adult meal. We had 4 adults and 4 kids. Well the all you can eat pancakes are not arr not considered a regular menu item. I mean come on its IHOP and that is something that is always available. Pitiful how so may companies treat customers like trash. Anyway if you do chose to visit, beware that the advertise specials are not what they seem.

Service was great and the food was pretty good. The prices are a bit high considering, but every place what has high prices anymore so I guess it is what it is. Overall a good experience. Id go back again.

Had the blueberry pancake platter and it was delicious. And our waitress was as good as they get. Look forward to going back the next time I am in Ashland.

Full menu but this Is the absolute best breakfast restaurant in Ashland. As a matter of fact Ive only ate at one other place that the breakfast food even compares to Ihop.. (The Snoozery...but thats in Denver 😁💚average wait times at this location.

Everything was great. Except my pancakes wasnt very warm. They were more like room temperature. Not warm enough to melt the butter. Other than that..it was great.

It was good but waited longer than usual on meals to be served and hardly anyone there in dine in room also i asked for a booth and waitress takes me and my mother all the way back by kitchen there were plenty of booths available up front made more distance for me with a boot shoe on to walk and my elderly mother a hardship for her walking as well not pleased

Best coffee I have ever had in a restaurant. Our waitress, I think her name Katrina, was amazing.Thank you for an enjoyable start to the morning.

Just average. You get the feeling that what youve ordered was in the warming station waiting to be ordered. Not crowded when I was there, but still had to ask for coffee refill. Eggs were hot. Everything else was lukewarm.

We had a family gathering there for brunch before my brothers memorial and they went above and beyond to accommodate us...our server Brandy was the best... definitely will never forget it.

Still running at half capacity(as of this review), so if being too close is an issue for you, thats a plus. Good food and good service. Be aware though that if theyre running at half capacity still, there may be a wait. We had an estimated wait time of 15 minutes, but were called in less than 5 still.

Food tasted great and server was very nice. Just I think they wait til all the order is done before they bring it to you and with that being said my women got her a create your own omelet and our boy got chicken and waffles and I guess by the time them got done my gravy and biscuits and eggs and hash browns wasnt even warm when I received it. It still was good but would been alot better hot. So thats why I give them 3 stars instead of 5

Very clean, small bit of trouble social distancing in the front lobby. Tables separated out with ample room to feel more comfortable dining. Food was excellent. Having never been to this place before we were pleasantly surprised. Our server was very attentive and my husband said the mens room was very clean.

I’ve visited the Ashland IHOP recently and if it wasn’t for the manager on duty named Derek my experience would have been terrible. He was able to get our drinks and take out order because they were understaffed and the servers were very behind our food was delivered cold and our ticket was wrong and overpriced and we still paid for it. The manager was very professional and very polite and very helpful but the service away from him was awful. I would not go back to this location unless I had a coupon for a free meal

Service was bad and after an hour when we got our food they didnt put my wifes order in. Also it was my daughters birthday, she turned 5, this is where she wanted to go. I have always had good service at other IHOP but this one just missed the mark. I spoke with the manager but she was young and went we had a rush and this is the best we can do. She took off 7 bucks for our trouble. Very sad.

Great service and food, very careful with customers service and spacing.

Had discussion about face masks ( my wife has oxygen and cant breathe with the mask on.). However, manager resolved the issue and we stayed.Steak tips were done perfectly. My wife had turkey, and she said it was quite good.Service was excellent -- very attentive.Will return soon.

Lovely restaurant! Very clean and above average customer service! Food was great as well! Will be back again 😊 the bad reveiws I’m seeing our people not being checked up on with their waiter however my experience was the opposite I wish my waiter was wearing a name tag! But sadly she wasn’t! Never had to ask for refill! Before our drinks were halfway gone she had another round out to us and every few minutes asking us if we needed anything! Very kind and polite! Some waiters can go overboard and it can be annoying to be constantly asked if we’re okay but this waiter was the perfect amount ! She was perfect best thing about this place in my opinion and the other waiters I see around were the same way ! Never skipping a beat checking up on the customers! And our food was out to us in less than 10 minutes . Very good time in my opinion! And the food was perfect as well!

The food was fantastic. And I love that they are open 24/7. It was pretty amazing to be able to satisfy my 1am craving for pancakes. Service was really quick, and we had the friendliest waitress I have ever met. I will absolutely be going again, frequently.

We went on Halloween and the scary face pancakes that they give to kids are huge! And the kids can decorate their pancake themselves!! I loved it and so did my kiddos! The waitress tht we had was also awesome! We didnt even have to ask for anything because she was right on top of it! The only thing tht was distracting & rude & loud, while we were there was a family tht couldnt control their son! There was 6 or 7 grownups at the table and not one of them could control him or get him to listen. They let him get up and climb up in the chairs and on the tables! Even the workers at the ihop was looking at all the adults at that table in shock because of the lil boy and they werent doing anything. Other than tht, awesome food and service!!!!
