I recently switched to Incommons bank and am very disappointed. They have taken my mortgage early, and hold my direct deposits so I cannot have access to my money when I need it.They use my money and yours before you can, and bank president at this bank will not respond.

I was a customer for 10+ years but sadly I was treated poorly by Ashley in accounting. I would like to think respect and decency would be core values for a hometown bank.
