Sad to say, I am very unhappy with the service we have gotten. Upon contacting this company to figure out how the accident will be dealt with by the guy who caused the accident, we have recieved very unprofessional service. Not once has our representative of Farm Bureau neglected to update us, but WE have had to call about concerns of when things can be fixed/scheduled, to only THEN finding out the reasonings as to why.We are also being told "Hopefully we can get so and so out to give you an estimate at the correct time of your availability " when we expect to be professionally told "We are sorry for the delays, and we will have so and so out to see you this day and this time." We are trying hard to get things fixed within this month, this next week, or "charges will be dropped" but our representative has failed to supply the service we have been begging for within the time frame left.

These guys have it together. They helped me save hundreds of dollars a year and upgraded all my coverage in the process. Chad does an excellent job of making a personal connection with you and giving you a great experience. They have earned my business and now they have all my business.
