Indulge Salon & Day Spa in Arapahoe County

So Ive gotten three massages here, two by Erika and one by Stacy. All of my experiences have been amazing!! The staff are always friendly and its a clean environment. Any problem muscles I go in with are usually relieved after I go so Im thankful for that. If you need a stronger massage Id definitely reccomend Erika, as I feel she REALLY gets into the muscles to work them out. However Stacy is really amazing at hitting the right pressure points to relieve pain, but I felt her touch is a bit lighter than most other massages Ive had. I still got the relief i was looking for with both massages, so i think it just depends on what youre looking for :)

Kenyra did an AMAZING job with my color and cut! She listened and gave suggestions and asked a lot of questions to get to know me and my personality. I came out looking and feeling fantastic! The best color I have ever had with lots of warmth and texture. Lots of product recommendations but not a hard sell. Beautiful salon, clean and everyone very friendly.

After a not so good experience with the Pura tanning booth ( just not for meI was invited back in to try and make my tan better. I had a custom tan spray by Cherre and it was AMAZING! The time she spent to listen to my concerns and make sure I got the tan I wanted was superior! Everyone I have met that works there has always been super sweet and they all wanted to make sure I had a good experience! I will definitely be back for more tans and to try the other services they offer! Thank you so much!

My massage from Erika was so amazing. I would highly recommend her! Great pressure and she really listened to what areas I needed worked on. Already scheduled the next massage!

I came for the curly cut specialist. I asked immediately that they not fry my hair. This is 2 months later. I cant do anything but braid it every day. You can see my hair. I spent a years hair allowance to get this cut and start going grey. Never again. So not impressed.

I finally found someone I can trust to give me a great haircut! Lily is still in the process of learning new skills, so my haircut was only 15$ but I gave her 30$ because she deserved it😉 highly recommended Ask for Lily....she really is great 😃

I saw Janelle Johnson for a hair trim and face framing. I hadnt gotten my hair cut in about a year and Janelle restored my ends to their former glory, made my strands soft again, and did I mention the scalp massage......best part of my day!Thank you for the care you gave to my hair and scalp!

Tiff B just gave me an amazing haircut and eyebrow wax! She was professional, friendly, and very thorough. Im very impressed!

I went in for an acne facial, chemical peel and dermaplaning and I was more than impressed. My face looks and feels so good! My esthetician is Natalie and I will most certainly become a regular customer at Indulge! Im eager to try lash lifting for the first time in a few weeks!

If you have curly hair you MUST check out Indulge! I have had both Tiffany and Cherrae give me my curly cuts and it makes having curly hair so much fun! But more than that, Indulge is your friend...everyone is so welcoming and treats me like I am a queen. Their spa services are amazing also! I am so grateful for Indulge!!

Pedi with one of my beasties for her birthday. I love the location of the pedi tubs where youre tucked away and can get some serious girl time. Also, Maya and Maddie did a fantastic job! We felt pampered and were very happy with the outcome. We will definitely be back soon!! 💜

I was injured during a massage. She cranked on my thumb so hard and at bad angles that it hurt for three days. 3 weeks later, Im still having discomfort. It did seem excessive during the massage, so I told her I didnt like when a previous massage focused on cracking my joints, but I was also in pain so I figured Id trust her because she knew what she was doing. Not so much. If she wouldnt have injured me, I would have given her 5 stars. Id rate management 5-star, front desk is hit or miss between 1-5 stars (double billing my card, not able to produce any receipt when I ask for one [because they charge more than the price stated], not able to locate credits in my account until I offer to show them an email, etc).

Had a massage from Ericka today and it was probably the best Ive gotten. If youre looking for a deep tissue massage then she is definitely the one to see!

I would highly recommend Maya at Indulge! I saw her for a blowout and she did an amazing job! She helped me step out of my comfort zone and try curls, which turned out amazing! I wish I could have her style my hair every day! She was also very knowledgeable about the hair products she introduced me to and she was so sweet and kind! I will definitely be back to see her for other services in the future!

Two week prior to my desired date I called and booked a 60 minute hot stone massage and signature pedicure for myself and a 60 minute massage and gentleman’s pedicure for my husband. I double checked when I made the appointments the date and times as we were planning this around a trip. We arrived 10 minutes before our appointments as they suggested. I was told at the front counter our appointments weren’t for another week. I mentioned I had double checked when we made the booking. The receptionist didn’t apologize, didn’t bother to try to try and make things right. Out of all the spas in the area we chose you and we extremely disappointed. We walked out of your business today with no service, and no apologies, just extremely frustrated.

Id never had a manicure before, so I wasnt sure what to expect. After being told someone would be with me shortly, I waited 30 minutes at the front of the salon. I finally decided to ask someone at the front desk if she knew how much longer Id have to wait. She checked with a few others as I sat back down. I guess there had been a mixup with my appointment, but 5 minutes later I was getting my nails worked on.The manicure itself was...not what I expected. Ive included AFTER pictures with my review. My nails are all scratched. She used a file on the face of my nails, and I assumed at some point there would be a buff or polishing, but it never happened. She also didnt remove all of the dead skin around my cuticles.I went home and immediately trimmed the rest of my cuticles. Im not sure what to do to fix the scratches, but I assume they will eventually grow out or smooth out on their own.My nails looked better before I got the manicure

Every time I go into Indulge I am greeted with smiles and such positive energy from everyone! I love looking at the beautiful items around the salon, but what I love even more is the amazing conversation I have with Kenyra, my hair stylist! I always look forward to having my hair done!

Had a wonderful experience with Cherre and Maya! The hair cut was exactly what I asked for and the entire staff was personable and friendly. They also recommended products that would best fit my hair needs. Will definitely return!

Tiff B gave me my first (not DIYhaircut since pre-Covid and it was so excellent. I feel like a human again! Their safety precautions were thorough and their products are amazing. Highly recommend!!

Ruth did an outstanding job of coloring and cutting my hair. As always, I left Indulge feeling like I had been pampered and was truly treated like a valued customer.

I went in first time for a 30 min prenatal message (7 months. I have Erika B as my massage therapist it was wonderful. Very relaxing, clean, environment my only regret is that I should have asked for a way long time. Very reasonable price for massages. Part of the reason I did a 30 min wasnt sure it was going to be worth it and was not going to pay an arm and a leg if was not satisfied with the massage. I will be going back for sure.

I went to I indulge for the first time my stylist Ruth was excellent she took the time to go over my problems and did an awesome haircut she styled it as well you are looking for a stylist who actually cares and enjoys her job check Ruth out she became my stylist ow.

I have been going to Indulge for a while and every time it is amazing! Brandi does an amazing job on my hair and eyebrows and the massages and facials are so incredibly relaxing. Everyone I have met is so professional and sweet. I love going here. :)

This has been the best experience I have had in a long time at a salon. They were very professional and super clean! I also really enjoyed how many tips and tricks she gave me for styling my hair!! 10/ 10 will be back again!

I went to Indulge recently to get my hair cut and colored. I have naturally curly hair and Ive never had a haircut that I was completely satisfied with. Tiffany Ward gave me a "curly cut" which is a technique of cutting curly hair to enhance the natural curl. It turned out amazing! My hair has natural volume, curl and bounce just from a little serum and curl mousse! All I do is toss my hair and go and I love it! Also, Ive been trying to get a certain affect with the color that no one had been able to achieve for me but Tiffany was spot on with only looking at one picture I showed her! Everyone is super friendly and professional, they have excellent health & safety measures in place and I felt completely safe and cared for at the salon! Will definitely be continuing to get my hair done at Indulge and using their Euphoria line of products!

I recently posted on Facebook complaining about my hair and not being able to go anywhere to fix it and I got a response from Tiffany right away telling me about this Morocanoil dry shampoo they offer so she set it up for someone to call me so I could order it. the lady that called me was so helpful and nice and my product got to me in 2 days!! with a free sample!! Im so happy with my experience and Ill definitely be heading in there as soon as I can to get some much needed deep treatment!

I decided to get my hair professionally dyed for the first time a few months ago. I didnt know what to expect, but Tiff B. was a HUGE help. I came in with a picture of what I wanted and she helped me with how blonde I should go so it wasnt too much. Not only was she professional, but she was very easy to talk to and made my hair look amazing! She did such a great job and made my first experience at a salon great!

Every single time I have been here I haven’t been disappointed! You walk in the door and are greeted with a smile. Very clean and neat place!! I would highly recommend going to Tiffany!! I never had a problem and she always does exactly what I show her!! I wouldn’t recommend any other place too get your hair done!!

Tiffany B is amazing at what she does, I am super picky with my hair and had one hairstylist for almost 6 years and I went to her for something different and closer to me. Tiffany has been spot on from my first visit with what I showed her I wanted for color and haircuts! Best of all is she always has a smile on her face 💛

I discovered Indulge Salon & Tanning back in 2016. They have the friendliest staff, provide phenomenal customer service, and the overall vibe is very "warm/inviting". So, if youre ever in the North Mankato area Id highly recommend you go check Ericka out. She gives the BEST massages! You wont be disappointed. I give this place an A+!!!

Excellent Service! Thank you for always paying attention to such details. I just cant get my haircut anywhere else now. EDIT: We got the chance to bring our son in for his first hair cut as well, and they did so awesome! His hair looks great and the whole experience was so easy for parents.

I’m honestly shocked that it went so bad - like I’m used to my hair type being a struggle and I wasn’t expecting anything superb, just darker hair.The main problem here is that I came in with defined curls that I could wear down everyday and I ended up leaving with extremely damaged hair. My friends couldn’t even pretend to ignore it and for the first time in years I’m ashamed to even let it down.I mean it’s probably a good place for people with other hair types, just not for 3-4 level textured hair. It’s not necessarily their fault I guess, I should’ve done more research.It just sucks that now I basically have to wait years for my hair to grow back again to get even somewhat close to fixing this.

Beware! They charged me $80 for another persons no show! I paid for this other person in the past so they had my card number in there system. I called to explain this is not my responsibility but they went ahead and charged me anyway! Also, I have curly hair and have been going here for five years. But the last time I went I got charged more ($50just because my hair is curly and I got a “curly haircut”. It was no different than any other haircut I’ve gotten. Good stylists, but money hungry and not afraid to overcharge and rip you off. I will not be going here ever again.

I got a facial from Anna today and I left feeling much better than I have in a long time. Of course, the facial was amazing! She was also so gentle and patient and was truly interested in helping me figure out how to work with my skin type. With such quality care and a kind staff, I’ll definitely be coming back! I would recommend this to anyone!

Tiffany has been so amazing each and every time Ive had her do my hair! Considering all Ive done to my hair she has never failed at keeping it healthy! I recommend her very highly! Coworkers and family are always blown away by her work and how healthy my hair has stayed over the years of dye abuse! Everyone has a calling and this was definitely what Tiff was born to do! My wedding party and I had our hair and makeup done by Indulge. The ladies here did a fantastic job and were very friendly. My curls lasted throughout the night (which is rare for my hair type). They even had a platter of adorable cookies waiting for us when we arrived in the morning!

I had my hair done up for a wedding at Indulge Salon and I loved it! She did my make-up too and did a great job! We had a Wedding group with my Mom, my sisters an my niece. We all felt beautiful and isnt that the point! Go see the folks at Indulge and get pampered!

Honestly, I love going here for my hair. I have NEVER had a bad experience, and I come here frequently. The staff is really nice and very talkative. It’s always nice & tidy. When i come it’s usually for my hair. I get highlights, and a trim. Thes results are always exactly the way I imagined. I refuse to go anywhere else but to Indulge because I really don’t trust anyone to do my hair besides the people here. I strongly recommend asking for Demetria to do your hair. Shes amazing and I go to her almost every time. Although anyone, such as Tiffany, will be just as good! I also recommend getting your nails done here, instead of anywhere else. This is because if you get the gel nail polish, it won’t ruin your nails, unlike anywhere else I’ve gone to. Everywhere else that Ive gone to they have me soak my nails in acetone and then they do a whole bunch of unnecessary things that damage my nails. But here at Indulge, all they do is have you soak your nails in acetone and you’re done! I really recommend this place, and i’ve never had a bad experience!!

I was recommended to go here and thought "Eh what the heck" and decided to try it out. One of my best decision. I will not go to anyone else anywhere else. Sara really understands what I want for my hair. She is amazing!

Got a perm done, left with less curl to my hair when I arrived. I believe my stylist was very new, though. They were willing to schedule a re-do, but my hair was so badly damaged I couldnt do it. I was left a voicemail that was very unprofessional.Probably just had a bad experience, but with as many hair salons there are in Mankato I think Ill just cut my losses on money wasted here and try another.

I have been a happy customer with Indulge for at least 9+years. The ladies there know their stuff and are always willing to help out, answer questions, listen about bad hair days and how to help out. I have been a client of Indulge for exactly one year now! I was an avid box-dye DIY girl and thought Id treat myself to an actual salon color and cut and wanted to choose a small business and Ive been HOOKED ever since!! I couldnt believe the difference!When you walk into Indulge the front end girls greet you and make you feel like youre family! Each stylist Ive had through the year has been amazing! Tiffanys "pin-wheel" technique is enticing! I love the same-day discount on product after the service too! Also, LOVE the jewelry and accessories you guys sell too!!

I just went in yesterday to get my roots redone and ended up with the best color! I have been trying to get it fixed for the past 4 or 5 months and finally they got it! Thanks so much! I love it and have received lots of compliments today! Indulge also has the best massages!

I went here before my wedding last February and was not impressed. I paid for a half-hour massage, manicure, and pedicure. I ended up sitting and waiting half an hour between each service because they booked too many people at once. I was there for almost four hours between all my time waiting and the services themselves. The staff were not welcoming, but seemed distracted and disinterested. Lastly, the basin for the pedicure was stained and made the water appear brown/dirty. Ew! I will not be going here again.
