Industry 80 Salon in Westchester County

Absolutely terrible service at Industry 80. Went there for a hair color treatment without being told that it does not come with a blowout. When I asked my hairstylist if she could do the blowout she said she couldnt as she was booked out and no one else in the salon had any availability either. The expectation was either that I go back in the cold with wet hair and fall sick, or I could do my blow dry myself which was very kindly offered as a suggestion. Nobody bothers asking you if you need a blowout when you make the appointment nor do they accommodate any extra requests once you are there. If you want service, dont bother going here.

Took my 12 year old daughter to see Jenny for a haircut and “ wavy” style for her very long and think hair. Jenny spent extra time after to show her how to blow it out in waves and how to take care of her hair as a teen. She did a beautiful cut to lighten the weight and styled it beautifully!! Thank you!

I have been going to Industry 80 for years and always have the best experience. Everyone there is wonderful at what they do and so friendly. Highly recommend!

Very good and affordable haircut.

I had a serious hair disaster elsewhere and was in need of immediate help. I had heard amazing things about Industry 80, so luckily I was able to meet with Jenny for a consultation to discuss solutions. She not only fixed my current hair situation, but explained several other options I had going forward- while making it feel like we were already "in it together." She made me feel so much better, especially after being so miserable. I am so relieved. Def just gained a new client. Thanks so much!

I typically love getting my hair cut here because the atmosphere is nice, the stylists are all very friendly, and everybody really knows what they’re doing. I’ve had several great haircuts here in the past.However, on my most recent visit I explained that I was trying to grow my hair out long and to take off an inch maximum. A different stylist than the one I booked an appointment with started cutting my hair and ended up taking off at least three inches, giving me an extremely short bob cut. It looks cute, but it wasn’t what I asked for at all, even though I brought pictures and was very descriptive. Overall I am very disappointed with this cut, but I don’t want to leave an extremely negative review because of past good experiences. I just wish I had my hair back 😭

Jenny always does a wonderful job, she cuts all the members in my family, including my two picky 15 year old girls. She listens, gives advise and spends a lot of time with each client. We are always happy when we leave!

I had a wonderful experience when I went. The whole staff was very professional and friendly. Monique (my stylistdid an amazing job with my color correction service and was very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend it.

Attentive care and a fabulous stylist, Dominic is worth the trip.

Brieanna is fantastic! Turned my dull brown hair into a fabulous blonde! My hair is very hard to get blonde as it usually turns ugly orange and brassy. Brie was the first stylist to get it right! I’m so happy with the results! I’m now a “true” blonde finally! The rest of the staff was great as well! Steven was very attentive. Looking forward to my next appointment.

Long wait for our appointment but very pleasant while waiting. Cool decor and the stylist was experienced and gave fabulous cuts to my son and hubby are are both so picky....my husband went shorter thatn he has ever done before and he has gotten rave reviews. Worth the wait!

Im so happy I found this hair salon a little over a year ago! Geo, makes sure the customers are happy. He is very attentive and accommodating to the customers needs. Very welcoming from the minute you walk in. All the staff/hair stylists are friendly and well educated. They know what they are doing. Is always nice to look around you and see other happy customers leaving the salon looking fabulous.My stylist is Anne, she is the best of the best. She is super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She listens to what you want and offers very thoughtful suggestions. Every time I leave the salon my hair looks and feels beautiful. Im sending all my friends to Industry 80!
