This place is a joke. If you want a good car with reliable people, then dont go here. They lied to me from the first day. Said they would fix the car. So brought it. When it came time to take the car in for them to fix. They had an excuse. Said the part never came in. Couple months goes by. My husband makes a comment about them. They called me and told me that if my husband dont remove the negative review. They will repo my car. So he removes it. Couple months down the road still never fixed my car. I was 2 weeks late on my payment cause COVID. I called he said that was fine. My part came in and the guy will be out Monday to fix it. Instead she came and repo the car. Now they keep saying they sent me a letter how to get my car back. Its been 2 weeks and still no letter. The repo guy was a joke. He wouldnt even help take my tag off. Hhe kept saying he called 911. Like he was scared to death of me. He kept talking loud so everyone at my job could hear. They set me up to take my car from me while I was at work so everyone could see andher. Public embarrassment. Any place is better than this place

Recently bought a Honda Odyssey van had a cracked windshield and they made sure it was taken care of for me very friendly very nice and efficient will definitely return again if I need another car.

Poor business. I got a car from here a week in I had to get towed and pay 400$ worth of stuff wrong with it. I put 4500 down so I decided to try to work with it. Always had it in the shop the total was like 13000 I only owed 3000 left on it when I let them take it back. It’s the 2015 Chevy Cruz, now they’re trying to sell it for 11,000 lol. They are scammers and liars, when I went to get my stuff they called the cops lolol. Also remove the seat cover there are giant holes where field mice chewed all around the seat belts etc

Sold my son truck that the transmission is going out of and the first payment has not even been made!! It leaked, so the transmission pan was dropped and there are metal shavings in the filter and the pan!! Will not do anything to help with it, evidently you have to buy multiple bad vehicles from them to get help!! NEVER AGAIN!! Very rude, what a way to run a business!!!😡😡😡

Still a year to pay off the vehicle purchased from here so no complaints about the car it runs great. However I didnt take off lot and less than 24 hours I decided I couldnt afford the payments but was shot down entirely when approaching the sales team. Basically told too bad already signed paperwork. Friendly people who are trying to pay their bills too, just like you and me.

Went when and bought a car off them about a month ago great place to buy an used car. I knew going in knowing the car was going to have some issues BUT the car I got gets me from point A to point B with no problem. Got to know what your looking at when you go to a buy here pay here lots. They are great to work with over all Im happy my experience with them. Keep up the good work.

So, i just purchased a car from there today and drives great. But i dont know if i was lied too or the sales man really didnt know, i was told the oil had been changed and the thing wasnt reset, well i checked the oil once i got home its black AND theres an oil leak. I hope when i have it changed on monday the leaking will stop because the oil life is at 13 percent right now. But if i just put all that money down on a vehicle and have repair an oil leak on top of monthly payments im not gonna be happy ill be leaving an update review when the mechanic gets under it monday to change the oil. I get the cars are as it but an oil leak is dangerous to let someone drive off in a vehicle with an oil leak is not right especially when im gonna have my kids in this vehicle

I have always received good customer service and got great cars here.

My husband and I bought a 2010 ford ranger from these guys. We trusted them at their word that it was a safe reliable vehicle. Had it maybe a week and a half tops. We put 1300 down. All we had and the tye rod fell or and just luckily we pulled into the parking lot where I worked when it happend. Instead of on the highway. It could have killed us. We have no ties to the bank so we requested our down payment back of some of it. The representative names james that works at instant auto sales was very rude to us and was screaming at me kept disrespecting me and refused to give us our money back. Was referring to me as lady. I DO HAVE A NAME and its not lady. Very unprofessional. But what it boils down to they are angry because we told the bank we were not satisfied and they wont get paid. Paying 315 a month for that peice of junk not worth our hard earned money. They are crooks!! Please take heed do not waste your money or time on these crooked people. They sell you junk and that is all.

Not at all happy they rip people off paying $4000 for a car that as soon as we got it had to replace the radiator then find out it had way more problems tried to take it back they looked at it and stated “there was nothing wrong” then it catches fire! Not at all happy with this place. I came here because they said they could get me in a car without running my credit and just treat it as a buy here pay here. That left me 2 options. I settled for the one that would fit all my kids. 2005 Chevy Tahoe. Not even a week after having the vehicle a week I find out that if my gas gets below a quarter tank of gas when I come to a stop the car completely stalls out. Well when getting the car I was also told the mileage was off A LITTLE BIT received my title today and the Milage reading says 212,000 when my car reads 158,000. BUT THATS ONLY A LITTLE BIT RIGHT!? Terrible people, terrible cars, terrible place overall. Do not recommend to anyone.

They are relying on you to either be uninformed of car values or be in poor financial straits... as someone that has been in and around the automobile industry. Do NOT buy here, price gouging out that wazoo and you will pay almost $8000 for a truck with 200,000 miles on it. A gasser 1500 at that!!!! That is highway robbery and I wouldn’t wish a car from them on my worst enemy. Please heed this message. Buy elsewhere with honest car salesman. Not these con men. No a beat up 2007 Dodge Ram with well over 199,000 should NOT be anywhere near $8,000. Don’t waste your hard earned cash.

Was told over the phone they finance everyone no matter credit. Was also told over phone they finance people from Cleveland all the time so no worries come on down. I get there with cash in hand that they had advertised for the vehicles down payment and was turned around saying it’s nothing they could do for me. I was told they don’t finance people from Cleveland it’s too far and too risky for “when they have to repo vehicle”?? Lol stay away from this one guys. I left with the feeling the final decision wasnt determined based upon credit or location but possibly due to my skin color??? O boyyyy!!

Called in to ask about an suv. The guy that answer the phone first thing he says is how your credit well I have to run ur credit before I can get you any information. So right then and there hung up the phone. Went to bob boyed in lancaster traded my truck in and paid rest in CASH for a 2018 Ford explorer. A little lesson train your sales people on how to treat customers I work in sales and if someone called in and asked for some information on my products and I said something like that I would be out of a job.

Wonderful experience!!! Jamie worked with me after I bought a car that a few months later was to small for my daughters wheelchair. He helped me to find the perfect van for my family and even assisted with a repair that needed done after the purchase. People do not realize when you buy at a buy here pay here lot the vehicle typically is as is meaning they do not have to fix your car. You buy it as is so the people who complain about them not paying 100% price for fixing their car obviously does not understand the concept of "as is". I think it is wonderful that they help fix anything with the vehicles that is sold "as is". They are awesome to work with!!!

Bought a car from them 5 days after the motor started knocking without question they came and got the car when their mechanic couldnt fix it they now want me to pay half the repair bill after I only got to drive the car three times and now people are telling me the car was knocking thats why they had to send it off to be looked at but they deny it and refuse to give me the owners name or number and he still hasnt got back with me they also threatened that if I make the owner mad they will just put the blown up motor in my car and tell me to come and get it they are a bunch of crooks and scammers here do not buy from them
