I don’t know why iaai is letting this branch take avantange of buyer. You purchase a car, the next day you get a notification that says ‘ your free storage ended. There is no free storage. What are you talking about?. First of all y’all charge too much fees. Buyer fees, service fee, internet fees, talking fees, paying fees, bathroom fees too much of a fees dude…you turn around and charge the seller fees.. like ..,come on now that’s being greedy. God does not like people advantage of other people. Always seek God’s blessings in your business; very important!!!

Worst customer service I ever had to deal will. Extremely rude and inconsiderate. I had items taken from my car before I even got to the lot and them blamed in on the towing company. I hope to never deal with them again.

I sold a car to peddle on 10/05/2020 than IAA sold it and the person that brought the car left it abandoned in Queens,NY I received 18 tickets in the mail because the new buyer didn’t register the car at all , I went to court to fight the 16 tickets and now received 2 more tickets in the mail , I did contact the Nyc fire department they tried to charge me for them to pick up the car , I fought that fine they gave me and won because I proved to them I don’t own the car anymore and now have another case with them all over again and I went to DMV and they told me they don’t have anything to do with that because the car wasn’t registered by new owner , if you ever sell a car make sure it’s done at DMV location only and no where else and make sure that person goes inside to register the car under there name No excuses

There a a young lady there at the counter name Michelle, she is always helpful and most of all knowledge about what goes on there to help you in the best and professional way . IAAI has a gem there and we hope they recognize it.

I went to IAA today I went to window 5 Valerie I believed her name was she did not wanna give me the title when it was representative pick up and I was as a listed employee until I asked the next young lady named briana she was able to help me & gave me the title with no issue. Valerie was rude and raised her voice at me no person should get treated like this.

Came as a dealer to drop my auto for auction.It was my first time when women being so rude to me , she was screaming while I was figuring out what papers I need to fill out and i just felt that it’s not a right spot to sell the vehicles as a dealer , so I dropped the vehicle off at another auction 5 min away where service was perfect!Don’t recommend this place to anyone!

This place is TRASHHHHHHHHH, Once your car is in there good luck getting any info from them or getting your stuff back. They dont answer or return phone calls. This please should be shut down. Absolute disgrace for a company. The owner should be embarrassed to run a business like this. SMFH.

Transporters and buyer look out just had a problem where they will take there time to load up a truck for the transporter will not have time to load up and charge you storage fees the next day this is poor administration charging penny and loosing hundreds at this location everyone having problems

Looking at these other reviews I see I’m not alone . They ARE HORRIBLE . Use your customer service voice and kiss backside when you call otherwise Office Manager Denise Kullak will arbitrarily decide when she wants to HANG UP THE PHONE on you .It’s been 2 months without my vehicle thanks to “computer errors” and other convenient mishaps . Called corporate on her and low and behold received a call back FROM HER with the basic information I requested in the first place within minutes . Do not do business with them .

HORRIBLE. - negative 1 star.Do not do business, they are extremely unprofessional.The ladies all cover for each other.They transfer you from department to department.They will say hello in a sadden tone or with food in their mouth, and once you state what you need help with expect them to hang up or transfer the call to a random voicemail.They ladies that answer the phones sound like they hate their jobs & have the worst phone etiquette.If you dont want to work or provide customer service, QUIT.There are many people looking for jobs , that will appreciate working & provide GOOD customer service.Tow guys are the worst, they dont call when they arrive .This company is full of lies & should be reported to the BBB.The main customer service number for this company is horrible, the ladies are located in Barbados, and you can barely understand them.Look at all the horrible reviews!! Im not the only one!AVOID.

AMAZZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! A+++ for findin da keys fo my vehicles!!! These clerks deal wit a lot of difficult guys dat are impatient and come not prepared, but dey always do their best when they help me, because I understand the process and bring my paper work. One lady wit darky hair even help me fill it out when I had a few things wrong on da paper work.

Sold a car without proper title and documentation. The local DMV does not want to register the car with the 4 re-assignments. Send the title back and no response for 6 months.Called the IAAI Corporate and they told me the title and the sale was handle by local office.I dont see any anything been filed in DMV from this auction for this car.I have been buying cars from IAAI for 20 years and this is the the worst action.Still dont have title or any information about it.I cant even drive the car.PLEASE DONT BUY from THIS auction.

This place literally never picks up the phone and hasnt returned my message in over a month. My totaled car is in their lot with license plates on it and its impossible to get a hold of anyone to get them. Why have a phone number or answering machine if you never use it!

Lady that took care of me was really rude and threw my Id down on the counter as if she didn’t care poor customer service I came all the way from buffalo ny for poor service and no title all because I’ve never been here before and didn’t know what to put on the slip fire the crew keep the security best one there 🤷🏽‍♂️

I have recently purchased a vehicle from this company...based on the listing the car was able to run and drive, only a small body damage.... in the pictures it looked very good and ready to drive but at the time of pick up the vehicles interior was full of dirt, stained, the driver seat ripped and worst of all A BLOWN ENGINE (Not specified in the listing)After a purchase you cannot return the vehicle, all they told me on the phone was....DEAL WITH IT YOURSELFnot only they sold it for a high price because it was only a small body damage but now i cannot even resell this junk box because with a blown engine no one wants it and fixing it goes beyond the market selling price.Wont recommend buying fom them!

they are the worst Auction you could ever imagine. DO NOT BUY FROM THE BRANCH!!!!! they stated car run and drive with small front damage! I got the car with so many parts and module has been stolen! and when I can and talk to them, they say its not their fault!!! cables been cut off, and the car does not even move! Any other location is good, but this location DO NOT think of buying from them! I am ready to show prove of how much parts been stolen from the car by them.

dont buy from them. they sold us a car . someone backed into it with the loader and still shipped the car without saying anything. they wont do nothing about it , waste of time emails and calls over and over and over and over with 0 care from any of the staff or the manager . customer service never ever answer the phone and if they do they are rude. we would never buy again from this branch

This place is a joke. They said they were coming to pick up a van. Waited all day. Called the office , left voicemails and no one responded.

Freaking people are useless here no customer service at all why does IAA pay this people for. They dont know what they doing at all. They telling you to go there do this do that call this place call that place.

Worst location ever! You can never get to speak to someone at location unless you get upset with them then they transfer your call, not to mention most of the workers will LIE to you so prepare to take name ,date & time, they don’t response to email. They mailed my title to wrong address not what I’ve email to them, been over two months car is without title and all I’m getting is excuse after excuse and I’m tired of it. I will be making a complaint with BBB because this doesn’t make any sense. I will not be buying from this location again , too complicated... This my worse experience within IAAI. At this point I don’t even want the car cause this some real BS. I only give 1 star because of Zela who tired to help if not would be a zero . The workers are so Rude & unprofessional.

**BUYERS BEWARE**! Keys are stolen from vehicles and sold!! Customer service takes weeks to respond to emails and don’t answer calls! Forklifts damage the cars underneath, I had to buy a new suspension for a vehicle because of the forklift! Incomplete paperwork is handed to drivers causing problems at the DMV!

Keys are missing in every vehicle I have purchased!! but are advertised as “Present”. Horrible customer service! There’s always problems with paperwork, very poor management!! Never buying from here again!!

My car is totaled. I have Progressive Insurance. Progressive already sold my wrecked car to IAAI because they are picking it up from my house.The car doesn’t start and is parked in my driveway behind locked gates. When I asked for a time frame I was told 8AM to 5pm. That’s the entire day! If my car is wrecked then it means I need to find another car to buy, plus crash related paperwork to turn in. I drive for a living.The woman who picked up at Medford location said they don’t give out time frames. WHY NOT???? If my car is last on the list then they should tell me they will be here late afternoon. If it’s 1st, then early morning, ... If the internet/cable company can tell us a time in the span of 2 hours why can’t they? SMH. An entire day wasted.

Unprofessional staff and even worst manager if thats what they call themselves. Arrived at 430pm to pick up a car drove 3 hours and they said you need to arrive by 4pm while staff is just sitting around. Called their number and they and not connected with the branch they are in Illinois.

Place is good. Stuff is angry because there is so many people coming with stupid questions, and basically they dont know why they came there. Also if you see KEYS in the car on the picture and car is started, and in description you see that the KEYS present, it is not necessary you will get your keys with car! THEY NOT GUARANTEE KEYS. OTHER BUYER STEAL KEYS FROM CARS. Also EXPECT MORE DAMAGE THAN YOU SEE. STORAGE FEES VERY HIGH $50 A DAY.

Worst branch of all IAAI auctions. Hanging up, putting on hold for 15 mins and never answer, rude and mean when talking over the phone. They dont understand that segment of international export market exists, clients live overseas and sometimes cant speak english or its middle of the night in their country and thats why they hire freight forwarders to transport vehicles. Dont give titles to transporters even when instructed to do so. Awful management!!!

Watch out!! Do not buy from is a if the seller is a dealer or is unknown, they like to stage cars or make quick fixes and not show the cars true damage, also never believe the airbags story, ie airbag intact MEANS its just straight missing.. BUT MOST IMPORTANT, THE MEMBERS ARE IN ON THE SCAM, if I was IAAI I would sell this auction to Copart

I have been buying cars for 20 years ,never seen rude, unhelpful peaple in my life like this , and they throw the car of the forklift instead of placing slowly on ground, cost me a rediator and two hours of work on the ground and the car was perfect needed nothing . Your money means trash to them . Ill never ever buy a car from this again.

They are saying that they are working till 5 but for real is till 4.20 if you want to pick up the car. We had to drop everything in order to come before 5, spend time in traffic and get nothing because they are leaving at 4.20 instead of 5!!!!! Spend 3 hours one way!!!!!
