Can’t get a hold of anyone on the phone. Left my phone number and no one called me back. What a way to run a business!

Very bad costumer service

This Ogden IRS phone number approach for answers on refund status was verbatim to the Salt Lake City IRS Taxpayer Assistance Center phone number results. No person answered to speak, and no option was available to speak with anyone.

I’m not surprise it’s a one star because no rep is available to answer the phone even if your first in queue

I would love to talk to a real person instead of get the same recorded message which doesnt really tell me anything I dont already know.

From 7 am to 7 pm, pick yall phones up

Kept getting disconnected and I was calling before it even opened so I could be one of the first people that called but never got through

I’ve been trying to call all day, and multiple times before this and the call won’t even go through. It just says it can’t be completed
