I had made an appointment over a week ago for today ( Saturdayat 9:00 a.m. to have Highlights… I’m new to this area, did a lot of research and thought Jacob from J3 was the one… Wrong! He never showed up, I knocked on windows and doors… nothing! It’s now 4:30 p.m and I have yet to receive a Call or Text from this Company! I’m mad as hell right now… 4th of July weekend and really needed my Hair done. And I gotta say, this Rockefeller Plaza is Dirty and Unsafe in areas… it needs cleaned up for sure… almost looks a little shady! And Jacob… if you’re reading this, kill that nest of Wasp growing in front of your door, not good for business either!!!! Signed P***** off !!!

I was searching desperately to get my hair done for my graduation and every salon I called said no, they were booked. Jacob took time out of his schedule JUST FOR ME. He did not have to do that but he did, and THAT is great customer service. Not only did he totally save me, he did an incredible job! I was looking for highlights and they came out even more beautiful than I imagined. Other hair dressers told me I couldn’t have platinum highlights because my hair had a natural warm color to it, and Jacob just lifted it to such a light color in one treatment! I was blown away. I’ve never been so happy with my hair. Jacob is a very sociable person, so you won’t feel awkward or uncomfortable at any point, and he gets the job done. This was my best experience at any salon, thank you so much!!!

Jana was great - love my style, and the price was great. They responded quickly to my online inquiry for an appointment, and kept great communication throughout. Clean facility, highly recommend, will definitely be back!

Jacob has been doing my hair since I was about 15 years old. I just got married and he did my hair perfectly! He was so awesome walking around with me to make sure my veil stayed in and even carried a thing of hair spray to help keep my hair looking marvelous for all the pictures and for the rest of the night.When I started going to Jacob, he was working at Ulta and then I followed him everywhere and now he has his own salon and I hope he makes his salon into a bigger dream of his.I will forever miss going to him once I move.

My wife has been going to Jena for years and she is not only a great stylist but a solid individual and will work with anyone to make sure they are happy with their style.
