Jack in the Box in Yuba County

Consistently perfect on my order. Never had a mistake. Eat here about every 2 weeks for the past few years. If you want fast food, I recommend this Jack n the box.

Its okay but needs a little approvement...Otherwise the service was great 👍

Its Jack. The food is a hit or miss. When its good, its amazing, when its not its meh. Depends on whos working. Half the time they mess up my tacos or forget our French fries. Ill always go back though regardless.

Anytime I stop by later at night, around 2-5 am, I’m always told “sorry I’m not taking any orders right now”. I’m not sure if they are cleaning or simply refusing service even though they are supposed to be open 24/7. Super disappointing.

I love this place! It’s fast service is great! I ordered this giant cheese burger I can’t remember what it’s called but I always order it with extra cheese and extra sauce. But it’s huge! I remember it’s called the Ultimate Cheeseburger I order it with extra sauce +extra cheese it’s yummy

The only Jack in the Box in the north state that wont blow your bowels out through the passenger side window of your Geo Metro.

I love Jack in the Box. They have kept their prices reasonable and the food is still fast and tasty

When I went to the drive-thru they were very rude with me their food is food you know we have a Jack in The box and Yuba City so I think they need to learn how to have manners on there on their intercom and their place is dirty so you dont want to go eat inside I give him a bad review

Been here a few times and always enjoy this location. Drive through was quick and food was hot and tasty.

The general hamburger menu is okay. But the quality of their egg rolls easily outstrips most of the Asian restaurants around town.

The curly fries and sourdough burgers where barely warm. My guess is under the lights for hours. Yuck. Oh and it cost me 38.00 for garbage.

Inside sit down restaurant was clean and service was oderly and on time. Food was fresh.

Waited at counter for 5 minutes, no one took my order. Not one customer in restaurant

Great place, excellent food gets to u sometimes quick. After all it isnt made until you order it. I love the place.

2 out of 3 times this branch didnt give me or offer me taco sauce or Ketchup after ordering their tacos and getting curly fries. All while hanging a "tip cup" taped to the drive through window..Food is always hot and quick but the service is Fridley confusing..

Treats doordash drivers as second rate customers, literally had a dash order and showed up they made me park in front the then filled 3 orders behind me. This place is a joke. Sat there for 45 minutes for for a couple tacos and egg rolls, there is no excuse this order was paid for already and they have the orders before I show up

Waited in long line just get front of it and they tell me their closed now even tho its a 24 hr location

I do not like Jack in the box any more. Yuck. And only getting worse!

Been sitting in the drive thru for 45 minutes & as soon as I pull up to order, sit another 15 minutes. Ridiculous. Will drive over the bridge to yuba city next time!

Menu prices were wrong and took too long for them to fix it

Every time i come to this jack in box either 2am or 7am which 2 is my lunch then I get off at 7 but they always say they can’t take orders and ppl sit in the drive thru waiting until they just leave cause they’re tired of waiting

Meat lovers breakfast burritos are great, chicken bowls are good too and the service is always with a smile 😃Well now Ive tried the Double cheeseburger 🍔 combo and it is very good, this will be my new favorite burger only I will be adding bacon to it.

Dry burgers every time.The drive thru girl does a spectacular job, wish I could give her credit by name but I did not catch it.

They seem like they have gotten better than they use to be they were pretty quick at getting my food out

Sometimes theyre good sometimes theyre not hitting miss depends on if they have everything you want to eat or not

😁 ABSOLUTELY IMPRESSIVE!!!! We went through the drive thru around 2AM. Our food was fresh, hot, and delicious!😋 I have never been to a jack in the box as good as this one! The girl that took our order gave great customer service! We will definitely come back to this location every time we come to town.

The Sour Dough Grilled Chicken sandwich was just right. The chicken was tender and juicy, just the way I like it.

They have great egg rolls. We love the curly fries as well.

I love their deals especially the $7 that comes with a sandwich, 2 tacos, curley fries + drink :)!!! THANK YOU JACK in the BOX

They advertise that they are open 24 hours a day. Multiple times they have refused to take orders, even after I sat in the line for 15 minutes at the drive- thru.

Super slow don’t waste your time here! Employees over worked become rude as hell. They need to be banned from using DoorDash. Waited almost an hour for a $11 fare. Customer was disappointed in the long wait times as well.

There was a roughly 30 minute wait in the drive-thru (there were only 2 cars ahead of melast night and they made both items I ordered wrong. The bacon lovers burger or whatever its called had onions on it and one piece of bacon. The other item, the loaded breakfast sandwich, was missing the sausage, bacon, and cheese on it entirely. I usually dont check my food before driving off but Im going to have to start doing that now at this location. Thankfully the Habit is opening right across the street.

It was desisting noone was waring gloves they all were itching there heads and thouching everything then handling the food.. I ordered a larg and they gave me a small Plus the fryies tased like they sat there for days after telling me that they were wating on the fries so u would think they would be freash and threw the window i seen one of the employees eat my fry WITHOUT GLOVES it was gross my chicken Sandwich witch they also touched with out gloves had nothing on it when i was charged extra for the bacon and asked to add tomatoes amd extra souse i would not recommend going there i

Amazingly my egg rolls were cooked to perfection.usually they are undercooked so a bit cool on the inside. Not this time they were great.

You finally got a crew that does a very good job the food is fabulous now were before it was just good or we had to go back because they forgot to put something on thank you so much it was a delicious meal and we got the little tacos and the spicy chicken sandwich with fries yummy

Marysville Jack In Box is garbage everytime they are out of anything we try and order there rude and I forgot to order a small drink for my daughter the lady said she cant add no order at the window but every other fast food place is nice enough to add it if you forget. They will make you park and wait for 1 item than its cold by time it comes. I order a spicy chicken sandwich and my chicken was raw so disgusting we will never ever eat here again. Not only that thay have called my man names in the past very rude and It May only be fast food but be professional

Employees were nice, order was correct. This location has homeless hanging out at the order window. An altercation between someone on foot at the window delayed actual customers. And the munchies meal selection is the worst Ive ever seeen.

You get what you pay for, but dont expect change back if youre paying with cash. They claim they have no change due to coin shortage. Strange how everywhere else I go to is able to produce change. Wait time took forever, very unhappy staff.

Everything was fantastic and Yummy 😋🤤. They have the biggest and best menu out of all fast food places. They are also very friendly and fast. The meal I had was fabulous, fresh and hot 🔥... just the way I love that!!!!! Mmmmmm. Definitely recommend 👍

They were out of about half the menu! Everything I tried to order they didnt have, that was super annoying and would give a 1 star review but you guys better thank that Asian girl working there who kept everything in good spirits even though shes was so short staffed, so Im giving her 5 stars

After paying for my order ($52.52at the window I was given half my order and the worker said my card payment didnt go through. I handed back my card, which was ran again, got the other half of my order and headed home. I noticed at home the receipt I was given was for a completely different order and amount ($58.30). After checking my bank app I found that I was charged correctly for my order the first time and apparently also for the the customer behind me in the drive-thru the second time. I called the store and spoke to Alicia (said she was team leadto see about refunding the incorrect second charge. She said she was not authorized to make any kind of refund. She suggested that I drive back and they would make and give me the items in the incorrect order or anything I would like to square the second charge so she could avoid me talking to the manager (who wasnt thereand receiving a complaint....my making a return trip through 30-40 minutes of traffic to be given $58.30 worth of items I never ordered is not "fixing" the problem. She then said I would have to call back 5 to 6 a.m. the next morning to speak with the manager if I really want a refund. I called back in the morning as instructed only to find no one will pick up the phone. So now I am forced to drive to the marysville store to try to be refunded only to be told the manager is not and will not be there. After trying to explain what happened for 10 minutes standing outside the store a worker called someone on a cell phone and took the receipt. After standing outside the store another 15 minutes at 7 a.m. I was finally refunded.....so after trying to be bribed not to speak to a manager who was nonexistent, an hour drive time, and standing outside almost half an hour to finally be refunded...Frustrated is saying it politely.

Charged me full price for a lg soda rather than deduct the price of the coffee i wasnt getting. Got the sandwich wrong. Put paper towels from the bathroom in the bag instead of napkins. Didnt even give me a receipt so I could do the survey. When I pointed out the price difference she argued with me until someone told her to give it to me at reg price. She just said whatever. Very disappointed

This night things went pretty smoothly. The messed up on one of our burgers and fixed it. When the manager Brandon is working things run very smoothly. Not sure if two brandons work there still but hes the more talkative one. He makes sure the store is ran very well.

I waited in line over 20 minutes to order curly fries. After paying for them and leaving they were just warm. Aren’t you supposed to sale hot and fresh cooked food. I won’t be stopping there again.

No stars, theyre the worst! 20 minutes for fast food?! Then they had to remake our order after giving it away! To make matters worse they still did not get our 3 item order right.

This place likes to have every car pull around to the front of the restaurant because they are being timed on how long it takes them to serve each car. They are fooling the corporation into thinking they are serving the cars quickly in the drive thru. Meanwhile you are out front waiting 5-10 minutes for your food. This takes place nightly and they always say its because they are short on staff.

Food was disgusting egg rolls were burnt fries were half full and were supposed to be curly but as you can see they were regular all of our 6 tacos we broken. None of our sour sour Jacks were butterd when they where toasted then we got your new special sandwich on sourdough with the onion ring and bbq sauce on it but you were out of onion ring and the sandwich was torn to pieces as you can see....and then your store was out of all dark soda onion rings ranch and milk shakes taco sauce apparently taco packaging becouse my becouse were put in fajita bags 2 at a time... and then you drive thru person was putting his fingers ing my drink cup spilled stuff all over my cup and gave it to me dripping wet.....I worked for this Jack in the box before I know things get busy but it was not busy at this time I tried to call the phone was off the hook

All of my food was wrong!! There was a black long curly hair in my untoasted sour dough jack... The cheese was missing or crusty.... Beyond disappointed
