Horrible service all around. There was glass in the parking lot, dirty tables, absolutely no paper towels in the bathrooms, and every person working there disappeared and didn’t return for at least ten minutes. Employees were rude and disorderly.
Menu says serves breakfast all day to be told they do not serve breakfast all day. ...if you dont then you REALLY need to remove the sign. That is not fair to your customers.
Hot food on the spot , first time at this location, the food was hot unlike most locations. Would recomend

Since COVID-19 all the Jack n Boxes are doing a very sloppily job, and for the part you will find the dine in close and talking about Jasper, Silsbee, Beaumonts Jack n Boxes..Employees always seem annoyed to take orders. Usually claim to be out of most of the menu. Food is often sloppily made and rarely fresh. Literally any other fast food chain is a better option than this one.
After a 30+ min waiting time, hamburger and spicy chicken sandwich, and 2 orders of chicken nuggets were still cold.
Jack in a Box has the best fast food breakfast of the major fast food chains. My breakfast burrito was so good. So hot and so fresh. Piled full of meat, eggs and i love their cheese. It is good, stringy, greasey cheddar cheese.I wish Orange Tx had a Jack in a Box. I dont prefer fast food or dine it much but if there was one, id be a frequent visitor
I’ve had issues in the past at this location but after a couple of years without visiting I decided to give them another try. The young lady at the drive through rolled her eyes and scowled at me, even though I had only been polite. Food was terrible and I’ve been sick since eating there. After seeing how ill I’ve been since eating, my mother says she won’t ever go back and is telling others to follow suit. To the owner, I’m not interested in your generic apology and link to corporate. Why won’t you do anything about the major attitude problems from the staff and the quality of the food?
There comes a time when you have to just blame yourself for continuing to go somewhere that refuses to serve you. Not once, not twice, but more then 3 times at this same establishment. Being told we cant serve you for 20 minutes in a drive through at 2:00 in the afternoon when theres only 2 cars in front of you is not okay. I believe in giving second chances but this is beyond ridiculous.I dont typically give bad reviews but its not ok for an establishment especially fast food to blatantly ignore you. If your closed hang a sign. I watched you fill the drink and serve it before you came to the window to say youre not serving me at 2 in the afternoon.
Omg this place was great!!! Will definetley be our go to spot when we are passing through again.

We dont have jack in the box in Arkansas, therefore it is one of the things that I look forward to when I make the trip to Texas. after over 300 miles, this was the only one in my path, and they were out of seasoned curly fries. My disappointment was immeasurable and my day is ruined.My mother enjoyed her tacos at least.
Dine in closed, serving no chicken sandwiches because "non thawed out" (at 1pm in the afternoon!), lackluster service.
Food was terrible and the guy at the window lord to us and told us our fries was fresh. He got mad and didn’t want to fix our food… TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!
I went here to use the restroom and get some spicy popcorn chicken. There restaurant was locked up tighter than a museum on Monday. The inside was filled with employees and their families apparently. Only their takeout was working. Do no go here if you need to go to bathroom. Be aware I was only in Jasper to see the rodeo. I recommend any other restaurant other than this one.
Went through drive through, told us it was 15 minutes and told us to return in 15 minutes. We came back and the lady refused to take our order. This location has had people inside working and has had no one answer us in drive through or in the lobby, this store is ran by bad employees.and judging by the reviews, the owner or upper management has done nothing to correct this. We will no longer be eating at any jack in the box locations because of the poor or lack of service this store provides at this location.
Wondered why my ubereats order was taking hours to progress passed “preparing order”, but after reading the reviews i see this is normal business for this place. I guess ill have sleep for dinner tonight
Irderd chicken club was given wrong food gave me some kind of spicy chucked that was dry and so spicy I did not eat the whole thing Frys were cold and soggy

I ordered 12 tacos with no songs they all had sauce and I told them three different times not to put sauce on it plus it wasnt very friendly
I placed an order on Uber eats waited over 2 hours and then they canceled my order I guarantee you if I could give you a negative 10 I would. Ive never had this problem before with Uber eats
The Laziest group of people I’ve seen. While 2 are sitting in lobby swallowing food and fingers the other is serving burnt and what seemed 4 days old food.
Kyla is absolutely RUDE!!! There was no cars in the drive through and she made me wait 15 minutes to even order my food. Then when she was taking my order she was rude to me!! She yelled at me and when I paid, she LITERALLY THREW MY MONEY BACK AT ME!!!! Like how rude do you have to be!? I know night shift isn’t fun but there is no reason to take it out on your customers. Kyla if you’re reading this, FIND A NEW JOB PROFESSION!! There is no reason you should be rude to paying customers, especially when they’re being nice to you.
Finally convinced my hubby to try this place. Omg! One customer the entire place and they didnt have time to take our order. So we ate at Burger King instead.
Went in and stood there for about 5 mins, no one at the counter, then an employee comes out of the bthrm to go behind the counter and rudely says the dine in is closed. Wont go back. It says here on the listing that the dine in is open. No signs on the door or anywhere visible concerning the dine in. Door should not be unlocked for people to come in.
They must have been ou of bacon we ordered bacon burgers and chicken strip 4 sandwiches and and no had two pieces of bacon horrible and the straps were so hard that you cant eat them bad look
Just visited this location on thanksgiving night to try and grab dinner for my daughter. The employees that were inside were hiding on the ground and crawling on the floor to avoid having to take orders. Unbelievable that there are employers that actually put up with this and sad that this kind of service is tolerated. We will never visit this location again.
Made a order online and went to pick it up from the store. Turns out they can’t make my shake because the machine isn’t working and can’t refund me because I did it on the app. Told me to find and call the number on the app because they can’t help me. So I went to the parking lot to do the contact us stuff and then I left. Got to my hotel to find out nothing about my order was right. The fries weren’t curly like I ordered, the sandwiches weren’t like they were supposed to be, and they won’t answer the phone. So I got no refund and no help whatsoever. Terrible customer service.
Never been to a JIB where they only serve fried food after 10 ....is this a new thing or do the employees just simply not want to serve a full menu until closing🤔 Super bummed while traveling with a special needs person that went into behavior severely due to not being able to get a hamburger.
Drive through is the only thing open. They are very slow, they have you wait in the parking lot. Then they come and ask again and again what did you ordered? Orders are given in wrong order so you basically get what others ordered. Waited like 20-30 min for order and only to find out that they were missing my items, no napkins or ketchup given. Then you have to wait to let them know your order is wrong when they come out to give someone else their food. I drive through this jack in the box at least every other weekend but for sure not stopping to eat here again. I will take my business somewhere else
I never will eat or doordash to this location again. Their customer service is way below par. They will tell u they are short handed and that u will be waiting 30 mins at a fast food chain. They will not do the orders in order and will make u sit in the front of the store watching everyone that got there after you get their food first.never again. I dont understand why its so hard to do the orders in the order they came. But who am I kidding everyone in my town knows not to go here unless u wanna wait forever. Burke from jack in the box very nice and respectful and an awesome Person & so nice to me every time I go through the drive thru so many other fast food places people can be so disrespectful and rude but Burke is so nice to me and has such an awesome work ethic, and very professional at his job he deserves a raise I can just tell he loves his job he has very amazing skills and he’s good at what he does if you see this Burke you are amazing at what you. & keep up the good work. And if someone over you sees this Burke you deserve a raise . You keep being you. & thank you so much for always beige so nice to me
I recently placed a mobile order at this restaurant. My order included a free shake which I had a coupon for. When I got there, I was informed that their shake machine was down—but they kindly gave me a large fountain drink and two free tacos in its place! And I didn’t even ask for that. It’s understandable when a machine is down, etc. It’s the customer service that makes the difference.
Let me start by saying first the food is always fresh, But the Customer Service is worse than terrible!!Managers need to retrain there staff!! Bad attitudes permiate this location.
Great burgers and fries ! First time I was at one. The prices were lower than other fast food places. Staff was great.
Food was great. The only thing I didnt care for was in the drive-thru while paying with my bank card, they said it asked for my pin number. In my experience everywhere else, this is not normal.
Wanted to dine in yesterday but dining room was locked. One girl working all alone. Thats really sad. I dont know who the managers are but they should have been there helping her. I really felt bad for the poor girl.
Jasper store worst Ive visited. Took 39 minutes through drive through with only 4 card ahead of me. At the "place your order position", no employee came on speaker for well over 6 minutes. You cant get out of the line once your in it or I would have.
Usually Jack in the Box is pretty good about getting our order straight but they sure had difficulty today. Coupons throw them through a loop. I dont know if they arent properly trained to use them or if their math skills are just that bad. We had to wait and our order was small. By the time we finally got our order and were driving away we noticed they forgot our fries. It was too much hassle to try and wait in line again so we just left.
Drive through only. But quick order. And they brought food out to you when ready to not hold up the line. Employees were wearing appropriate safety gear correctly and were friendly. Food was brought to me hot and fresh without too much of a wait
Where Is The Negative Stars At? This location closes at 10 Pm right now because of covid-19. I was in the drive through at 9:21. it took so long by time I had gotten to the speaker they told me they were closed. And I proceeded to tell them I had been there since before 9:30 and no answer. So I drove up to the window and the cashier locked the window and looked at me then walked off. Very rude service here. However I spoke with the manager and she said the next meal was on them. Have yet to see this.
We had to wait for a while. They were out of a lot, but that is because of everyone ordering food during this hurricane period in addition to Covid. They were very kind and apologized profusely for the wait and lack of options. The food was yummy and hot!
If I could give negative star reviews. I would give them an -5. Waited forever for food. When I got food the Sprite had a brown tint to it gross. I told them about it and they told me I didnt know what I was talking about it wasnt brown. Terrible employee service. Stay far away from this place.
Loved the mini tacos, crispy but not greasy. Could not find the tea:(. Cokes ok. Miss the peach tea flavor drink so bad and summers coming in 3 months. Is hot here in Texas and you know how we love our ice tea. Thanks
Normally this restaurant has done very very well but this last time we went it was late maybe 10:30 p.m. and we went to the drive-thru the food wasnt ready so we had to pull around front when she came to give us our food she wasnt sure which bag was ours because she brought out two different orders then when we went and checked our orders we were missing are poppers went back inside she said sorry apologized and got are poppers. We got back in the car sound out the poppers were so overcooked there was no cheese in them the onion rings were burnt and the food just was not up to their normal standards very horrible. Night
Good location and friendly staff made this a nice trip. I had not eaten at a jack in the box in years but was very surprised with the quality of service and food at this location. They helped me rethink eating here again. They have breakfast all day and I loved the crossaint sandwich. Very full of flavor and not too big. Did not seem very busy which made it easy for me to get in and out in time for my training. They are on par with other restaurants for price and menu options.
If youre looking for something a little bit different this is the place to go. I absolutely love their breakfast items. Although Im sure other people have had bad experiences here I personally have not. Food always tastes hot and fresh not like it has been sitting there for several hours waiting for a customer to buy it like a lot of other places. Reasonably priced great quality.
This review is more over in the 8:00 PM and after time. Staff is usually down to one person who cleans, stock, takes orders, cooks, and serves the food. People will stand near window and ask for money. I give two stars because that one worker is usually chill and nice. Plus the food is pretty good and fresh.
I wish i could put let than 1 star no one is even coming to the window ... been here for 30 mins.. we wanted tacos before we went to Louisiana guess thats not gunna happen ... horrible service
