Im a 8+ year Jack Williams customer. I was always treated well and was charged what I felt was reasonable. My last visit changed my trust level. The bill was much larger than I expected which after some basic research led me to find that the part replaced was double compared to what I could have got myself at multiple local parts stores. Upon contacting them to question, they said they would research and call me back, but never did. During that research I also discovered they were bought by another company (Mavis). Im not sure if that played into my different experience from the past, but its significant enough of a trust issue that I will be taking my business elsewhere.Im giving 3 stars because of my past experiences and great customer service from the workers there. That however still isnt enough for me to return in the future given the latest breach in trust.**EDIT: Mavis, the company taking over Jack Williams, upon me reaching out to them as they asked refunded back to an acceptable amount for the part in question. The service person was extremely polite/helpful, explaining that they feel the high price was due to a glitch in a part ordering process they just implemented. I am going to increase my rating back to 4 stars in light of the service given. I may use them again in the future as after-all, they were my go to place for years.

Ryan Walker the Asst Manager was very professional and communicated all information to us concerning our car. This was a great experience for us and didnt cost us an arm and a leg. What a great experience!

Came in with a flat. Had the donut on. They got my tire replaced with a new one. In and out in an hour. Not bad. Decent price too.

Great company! I was visiting family and car problems started on the way up. A relative recommended this place and I am so glad they did. The staff members were amazing and were able to get the work done before my vacation was over and I needed to drive home.

Had a slow leak..I called ahead and they took my info so when I got there, they took me pretty quickly, found the cause..and ( wait for this- no charge!Ill be a repeat customer for my tire needs, for sure

This was my first time at Jack Williams, and Ill start bringing my car here from now on. My husband reccomend Jack williams to me as he had his inspection done here and was very happy with it. The gentleman up from was very nice, and even though he was busy he never got flustered with the customers coming in. All in all I am very happy with my service today. 😊

My truck got stuck on a lift but the service and people were still awesome. 10/10 would get truck stuck again.

Honest up front pricing. Quick service. Didnt upsell and provided great service.Update - I have only ever used Jack Williams to purchase tires and wheels. I now used the Camp Hill store on Trindle Road for state inspection. They had noticed something that didnt affect passing the inspection and provided a quick note on the cost of parts and labor. No pressure to fix it when I picked up the car. I feel better about using the store for more than tires. Recommended.Update - Still great service. Courtney was helpful and courteous. Note, they are in the midst of switching over to Mavis after their merger. Nothing but good things about this location.

Free brake check turned into $1100 but probably saved my life. Feel alot safer tho. I went there because I knew theyd do the job right, thanks

I called and he said I could come in right away. The employees were all very friendly and helpful. When I decided against replacing all the tires at this time they remained friendly and even put the donut on for me. I recommend going here for fast friendly service.

2 new tires on Ram1500 and alignment. Better price than I expected and timely completion. Never had a bad experience at Jack Williams. Just wish Camp Hill had a decent diner that opened before 11 AM!

I had a flat tire on the way to work and was able to get the donut on but needed a new tire. I called them about 2 to get a replacement. By 3:15 I was all done! Very nice staff with reasonable prices.

Guys did a great job! Called for tires and showed up with no appointment. Put on very promptly.

I have taken my vehicle here a couple times now. Each time has been as pleasant as having your car worked on can be. The guys at the desk are polite and helpful. The shop always seem to be clean and in good order as well.

I prefer Jack Williams for new tire needs over most others locally. I needed a patch on a tire with 10k miles on it. They recommended a new tire instead since a bit of sealant was used on the tire to make sure it didn’t go flat on my way. The staff was helpful and put the spare on for me. No charge. Today the dealer that I purchased the vehicle from patched my tire without issues due to foam sealant. They could have charged me $200+ dollars for a new tire if they wanted to. It’s unfortunate that I was unable to use my vehicle for several days due to a misplaced nail, but when it happens again I won’t go see Jack.

Jack Williams Tire & Auto worked my vehicle in, next day, when it had a blowout of both tires on the passenger side. We had are SUV back with new tires, alignment, and front wheel repairs. Well done, thank you.

I discovered a nail in my tire on a busy Friday afternoon. JW not only fixed my tire quickly but I was also surprised to learn there was no charge. Customer service at its finest.

Edit: 2 years/inspections later at different independent shops and my car passed. The “issues” (all except one which I caused and fixed myselfthat Jack Williams said my car had never popped up at the independent shops. These guys have lots of good reviews from people who don’t know they’re being taken to the cleaners.

TERRIBLE! I have been here 2 times with appointments and Jack Williams has left me waiting both times. The first time, my vehicle was done 24 hours later than I was told. The second time I dropped my vehicle off at 6am, and asked if they could have it done by 2pm. Once again I was told no problem. I came to pick up my vehicle at 2:30pm and it was still not done. The company I work for had several similar outcomes before they went elsewhere. Very unprofessional.

Got stranded overnight 4 hours from home due to a flat tire and defective spare. Called Jack Williams when they opened, they were able to find the odd size 21 inch tire at their warehouse and have me in and out the door in under 30 minutes. Been using these guys for years, over a decade for all of my vehicles. Never had issues until last year. For one was told in 20 that my brake pads wouldnt pass the next year for inspection. No big deal, replaced pads and rotors myself prior to inspection this year. I couldnt even tell the difference between the old pads and new ones. Rotors really werent that worn either. No idea where they were coming from saying they needed done. Found other reasons to fail my vehicle this year anyway. Didnt even ask to schedule repairs that needed done to pass due to parts being "special order". Whats the point taking the car to a garage if they cant fix it? I stopped at my local auto store and fixed one of the issues myself in about 5 minutes. So Im taking my vehicles elsewhere now to someone who can actually fix a vehicle if something is wrong. Personally I feel the quality of work here has declined over the years. Id suggest taking your business elsewhere if you can.

Kind of disappointing really.#1 - the oil change indicator was not reset after an oil change#2 - all 4 tires are under 30 psi after I received the car back.#3 - Not sure if the tires were rotated or not, the front desk guy told me it wasnt needed#4 - He couldnt print a receipt for the work that was done.This is an Element fleet vehicle that I need for my job. I like these things taken care of when the car comes in for scheduled maintenance for my on confidence and safety.Not too impressed with the service work there today.

The staff at Jack Williams has always been very honest with me. They have referred me back to my warranty at times, saving me money rather than having me pay for a costly repair. I have never felt pressured into a repair or more costly item and I trust them to give me an honest opinion on my car and so quality work.

I like taking my car here for all my maintenance and repair needs. They are honest about the work that needs to be done and are fair with their prices. Usually this is a very busy shop and more than likely I make drop off appointments but the guys do their best to get your vehicle in and out.

I was on a trip to Baltimore and just passing through. A screw somehow punctured and lodged into my tire. Roadside assistance was going to take 90 minutes or more and could only tow us to a dealership and no repairs could be done until 3 days later. Fortunately I found jack Williams tire online and contacted them. I was able to drive over to them and through the graciousness of one of their other customers, Blaine was able to squeeze us in and got us back on the road in about an hour. Praise all things holy that we got so lucky to find such kind people. Thank you to everyone at jack Williams for their time and expertise. Highly recommend them!

Such a great team of people! Had a car emergency with a flat tire and after calling several places in desperation, Jack Williams said they would try to squeeze me in. They really got me out of a pickle, and repair price was very reasonable. I definitely will be taking my car here for future repairs. Great work and very professional employees!

I stopped in with no appointment because I had a tire that was almost flat. They got me in so quick and fixed the nail in my tire. Only charged me $26.45. I will determine be going back when I need new tires. Highly recommend!!!

Went to this shop earlier today to see if they could swap my winter tires for summer tires. Unfortunately, they did not have the correct machine needed to swap the tires out without damaging the wheels. So you might be asking yourself, then why the 4-star rating?First of all, they made a solid effort to squeeze me in without an appointment. They also listened to my concerns with regards to the car, and that I needed the car babied due to a car show this weekend. They assigned Brad to work on my car, and he was SUPER careful. He also was the one that identified that they couldnt swap the tires without risking damage to the rim. He brought me out to the machine, explained the situation, and didnt try to press me into doing the job. That speaks volumes about the type of shop and quality of the employees. On top of it I wasnt charged for anything.Even though the didnt make any money off of the time today, I genuinely appreciate the effort. They will have another opportunity for my business with a less difficult set of wheels and tires. Of course, if they had the needed machine and did the work, no doubt this would have been a five-star review.

Blew a tire on Tuesday evening. Needed a new tire ASAP. They had the right tires in stock and were able to get me in on Wednesday. They also took the time to go out to the car and look at the other tires, gave me quotes for different options and did the service in a timely manner even though they had added us onto their schedule for the day. Would recommend. Their tire prices were also the best I found for in stock tires. Would recommend.

Jack Williams Tire and Auto Camp Hill is great! We use them for all car maintenance and service. I just purchased a new vehicle and the dealership couldn’t get me in for over a week to remove a nail from my tire. Jack Williams got me in within a day and they removed the nail from my tire without charging me a penny even though I did not purchase my tires from them! Luckily the nail did not cause a hole in my tire, but I am so glad I had it checked!

A couple of years ago we found a General brand tire which was awesome in all seasons especially winter. The only issue was most tire stores do not stock it. But Jack Williams not only had the tire in stock; purchasing 4 from them including installation was cheaper than purchasing from Walmart and then paying for installation separately. Just on the purchase and installation we saved over $160! In addition we were able to get a road hazard warranty and a discount on an alignment! I have found my tire store! I look forward to purchasing the tires for my other car! Now those are words I would never have thought I would be saying. Thanks Jack Williams for the savings, great service and enjoyable experience all around!

My wife and I needed our cars inspected. The price was very reasonable. For inspection, break pads, and a sensor it was $479.53. We dropped the car off at 7:30 and it was done around 12:30. My husband will be bringing in his car on Saturday. This is the first time my husband and I got an inspection done in this area. We are extremely satisfied with the speed and price and will use Jack Williams Tire and Auto in the future. Bonus is that we leave near West Shore so this place is convenient and close.

Called as they opened looking for a specific tire, which was in stock at their warehouse. Scheduled an appointment for the same day and they were timely to their schedule. During the inspection of the old tires they suggested looking at the alignment; lo and behold, three of the four were misaligned. So they fixed that. At the register, the young man took the time to explain road hazard coverage and purchased that too! The staff was friendly and helpful; the pup was such a good boy, just like the people...friendly! Would have given 10 stars if I could but the waiting room was a bit chilly, due to the wind opening the door and blowing the cool into the room. Will absolutely go back, suggest friends & family to go there as well... definitely worth the trip from Mt Holly!

I dropped my truck off last night and the service writers at the desk were very professional. The mechanic that worked on my truck did a great job installing my new tires and aligning my truck. There was no vibrations going down the highway. Best part my steering wheel is perfectly level. Great job I will go back for more business.Just had a second vehicle 4 tires and alignment done. Had them do my car inspection because I thought I needed new tires. Was able to get new tires at a reasonable price, tire alignment, and oil change all in one day on a Saturday. Very happy with the outcome. Cody and Matt are super helpful. They are also flexible with many pickup and pay options.
