Good people work here. Very friendly and they take good care of the customers. The service department will help me get into other shops when I go out of state and will personally follow up with me on daily basis. They truly go above and beyond for their customers. I am a very satisfied customer plus a friend to Ricardo and even Tina. The whole building makes feel appreciated.

Came in first thing Monday morning with a extensive coolant leak, and even though they were booked solid for days, the shop squeezed me in and replaced the hose that failed. Would definitely recommend Ogden peterbilt. People are friendly and willing to help.

Awesome to work with and they deliver everything I need because they have a truck that runs to Amalga, Utah and Preston, Idaho. Seriously some awesome awesome top notch people to deal with!!!

Really busy dealership. Checked into shop on a Monday morning. They were completely booked up. Told that would probably be Tuesday before my truck could get in shop. Tuesday morning as promised was in shop diagnosed and on road by 0900. Great people there.

My latest experience with JGP Ogden has been fantastic.Last year I order a 579 and 5 months after getting the truck and with 35 k miles we started experiencing intermitting starting problems at the time of the first occurrence we took it to Salt Lake city JGP and they did everything possible to find the problem but we all know how hard is to find a problem the doesnt happen all the time.They did everything in they power to find the problem and we pick up the truck thinking the all the things they did fixed the problem but to find out the at our yard the truck started having starting problems again.At this time we took it to JGP Ogden and spoke with the service manager and he was able to make time on his busy work load and start working on my truck right away, well deserved 5 starts we have been working with them since arrive at Ogden and I am very impressed with their expertise and they knowledge. Trying to find a problem where is not always there is a imposable task.Also I will like to thanks those involve in this near impossible task.AT JGP Ogden and JGP Salt lake City fantastic team.and Dennis from PACCAR Support.BIG THANKS

Anyone out there that invents a cloning machine, I would start here and mirror this group nationwide. Good hearted people that are professional and fair and they dont leave a stone unturned on even the tougher jobs to diagnose. Unsurpassed team from parts to service and I can only presume sales at this facility is just as good at working miracles with their customers.

Service lady wasnt very nice. I went down to Rush about a quarter mile away. Probably wont return.

No shuttle, and bad attitude from the lady secretary. I didnt have good vibes about this Peterbilt truck repair shop, and it makes me not want to ever buy a Peterbilt truck. You spend thousands, and the dont take care of there customers.

Great mechanic shop. Friendly, helpful staff and the mechanics treat your truck like it was their own. I have had lots of work done here and have not been disappointed with any of it. As a result, I always bring my truck here for major repairs.Receptionist is friendly and sweet. Mechanics are knowledgeable and work quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone, especially those with. Peterbilt.

Great Service Got Me In Out And Back On The Road.My Peterbuilt Was Very Happy.

Had to be towed in for a major repair. I felt like the service manager and techs really cared about the quality of job they did and wanted to make sure they fixed everything that needed to be taken care of. Hotel is close by had to stay there for 4 days. Overall I think they did a very good job of fixing my truck. Yes the price is going to be higher than if you go to an indy shop, however if your truck is under warranty then your best bet is to head into a dealer shop and get your work done.

Terrible business practices and an utter lack of professionalism. I would not recommend Peterbilt of Ogden, Utah. The manager is an incompetent joke!
