I decline to answer but i have tried several times now to talk to spmebody but no responce drove there 4 times wich is 30 miles one way office never open feel ripped off .got your money while i fall further in debtthen you contacr me and tell me to book appointment i thought you were there to help me you shpuld reach out to me i paid for a serviece that was nor deliverd never again

Fast friendly service.Only draw back is we have used them for a few years now and have received the refund advance until this year.Nothing has changed and was denied.For the price they charge without the advance I’m better off doing the taxes online myself and save the almost $400

Jackson Hewitt did me great! They were patient and very nice. I went in unprepared and they were great. Plus they got me over $4000 back along with a $2000 loan that day!!! Couldnt have came at a better time
